I wanted to share the Beazer home that we purchased recently is such a Knitch above the rest of the builders and the efficiency of the home is amazing.

We approached the home building experience with a level of healthy skepticism. We had read things about others builders that made you think twice about the journey. However, I'm here to tell you, that having the RIGHT builder makes all the difference! We had ZERO issues from the beginning to end. It wasn't perfect. Along the way there were a few bumps, but every single time something needed to be addressed it was addressed. We were particularly impressed with the service and care we received from Greg. He became a friend to our family. His expertise and attention to detail is second to none. He is a big reason why the whole experience was so enjoyable. My Wife and I did not plan in buying a house in Little River we just wanted to rent. After three years of renting with a $750 rent increase we decided to buy. We came across the community of Sunset Landing just 3 miles away from where we were renting. We were impressed with the price and even more impressed with the sales person (Monika). We had a great experience talking with Monika and were really impressed with her knowledge. She is also very pleasant and represented Beazer well until she was let go for some reason. After our purchase, Monika introduced us to the project manager Jamie. Jamie just came on to work with Beazer. He is fantastic. Jamie was in touch with us several times a week to give up updates on our new home. He took videos to show us the progress. Our Beazer experience would not have been as positive if it were not for Jamie. We have a few minor fixes that need to be done under warranty but all in all building with Beazer has been a great experience. ... More

Harry and Rob have been the best. They were actually more helpful and available than my realtor! I appreciate Harry listening to our urgent needs and being there for us. This is so important to a buyer that is out of state purchasing hr second home with time crunch. Thank you so much for making this a great experience!!!! I have found my experience to be nothing short of excellent and professional. The purchase experience was easy as well as working with the mortgage company. I have lived in the new home for going on two months, and the customer service team has willingly and happily satisfied every need that I have. I really like the community that I am in and would recommend, based on my experience, that people consider Beazer. Additionally, the promised completion date was achieved without delay, which was important to me because I had to relocate from out of state in a very short timeline.

Christian $ Steve are great! Everything went very smooth throughout the building process and Christian was very informative and always kept us in the loop. We have been in the home for about 7 weeks now and are loving it. We would definitely recommend these guys here at Beazer Homes!

After months of moving through the construction process from sales to physical construction, settlement and move in, I couldn't be happier with Cynthia and Shawn as my sales professional and building superintendent. These guys as a team go far above and beyond their "call of duty" to make sure all steps are seamless and smooth. They both have always been very receptive and knowledgeable. I have been involved in the construction industry for over 25 years and understand the process. I know how quickly things can go off the rails. I also could have purchased anywhere with any other builder. I chose Deep Harbour and Beazer because of the level of professionalism presented by both Shawn and Cynthia. Their attention to detail and open communication sealed my deal. We are glad with our decision to buy a Beazer home in the Cove. We truly enjoy the serene environment and the clean neighborhood with promises of getting better in greenery and kept after landscaping. The existing and new residents and owner are young professionals mostly new to Sacramento. Beazer stage were very helpful in home buying process, on time delivery of the house nearly exact to the original plan and the added options. I highly recommend Beazer construction quality and refined finishes throughout the house.

Had a great customer service experience with Beazer Homes and very satisfied with the overall process. Matt Cherry, Joe MC Clure, and Tony were very helpful and transparent even after closing. Will recommend Beazer to anyone looking for a new build home.
