Jackson the Construction Manager for Beazer's Bayside community has gone over and beyond these past 45 days after closing on my townhome unit. He has been very responsive and sincere in wanting to take care of any missed work and imperfections. His offering to touch up after the move-in was very valuable and he has continued to be a great resource in answering any building/construction questions so I'm a more informed home owner. I highly recommend the Beazer team and give a 5 star review for my great home buying experience.

We clearly had no idea what we were doing but they made the process so easy and were with us every step of the way! Earlier this year (February 2025), I found myself in a tight spot — my lease in a luxury San Jose apartment was ending in March, and I knew a rent increase was coming. I decided it was finally time to explore the idea of buying my first home. Beazer at Arista was the very first community I visited, and from that moment, I knew it would be hard for anyone else to compare. The Hazel floor plan immediately caught my attention with its smart layout, spaciousness, and the overall quality of the build. The community’s location on the south side of Rancho Cordova — just east of Anatolia and with easy access to Folsom and Elk Grove through Grant Line and White Rock — made it even more appealing. As a single-income buyer, I needed to be careful and confident in my decision, so I toured five other communities and over a dozen homes after that first visit. Nothing matched the standards, transparency, and professionalism I experienced with Beazer Homes. From the very beginning, the sales team at Arista made me feel like more than just another customer: Jody, my first point of contact and a New Home Counselor, was warm, personable, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the right home. She even shared her own experience living in the area, which gave me a great sense of what life in Rancho Cordova would be like. Cindi, another New Home Counselor, deserves special recognition for her responsiveness and dedication. She was quick to answer my emails and calls, always following up to make sure I had everything I needed. Every time I walked into the office, she greeted me like an old friend — that kind of hospitality made the process much more enjoyable. Once construction began, the build team continued to impress me: Von, from construction, led my frame walk-through and did a fantastic job explaining every detail. That’s when I could clearly see that Beazer’s reputation for quality isn’t just marketing — it’s real. Matt, also from construction, guided me through the final walk-through and home orientation. He took the time to address every small concern I had and made sure anything we pointed out was fixed promptly and professionally. His commitment to customer satisfaction was obvious. Aldo, from Customer Care, has been excellent since closing. He was also present during my final walk-through and took the time to thoroughly explain the features of my home, how everything works, and what’s covered under the Beazer warranty. He was incredibly relatable, friendly, and easy to talk to — the kind of person who immediately puts you at ease. Even after closing, Aldo has continued to assist me with follow-up requests and questions, always responding promptly and making sure I’m taken care of. I did have a handful of touch-ups needing to be done and Aldo made sure everything was taken care of. Knowing that I can still reach out to him and get timely help or advice gives me tremendous peace of mind. It’s rare to find that level of ongoing support after you’ve already closed on a home, but Aldo truly embodies Beazer’s commitment to customer care. Every stage of the process — from my first tour to getting my keys — was smooth, transparent, and supported by genuinely caring professionals. Buying your first home can be overwhelming, but the Beazer team made it feel achievable and even exciting. I’m now settled into my new Hazel floor plan home and couldn’t be happier. The craftsmanship, energy-efficient features, and overall community feel are everything I hoped for and more. Everyone has been amazing from the first viewing of the home, through the buying process all the way to now 2 months post-closing. Mark made the purchase a breeze and everything was easy and transparent. All my questions were answered and addressed. After moving in, there were small items needing attention and Kyle has been great about coordinating with contractors to get those fixed. He continues to follow up to ensure they are addressed. I was afraid that things would be ignored once the sake was complete, but that has not been the case at all. I feel well taken care of! The home overall is great quality and the only items needing fixed have been very minor, cosmetic concerns as to be expected. I didn’t take Beazer’s claims seriously about being the #1 energy efficient home builder because I feel like they all claim something like that. However, my electric bill has proven those claims to be true! Buying my first home was one of the scariest things I’ve done, but the team at Beazer has helped make that a pleasant experience. I had a seamless buying experience with Beezer. After I purchased the home, I was able to talk about any issue to the general contractor weekly. Brice (General Contractor) and Robert (Sales Agent) always addressed any question or concern. I was able to move into my home seven weeks ago and couldn't;t be more pleased.

From start to finish, buying and closing was extremely easy. The builder was very helpful in allowing us time to close on our previous home’s sale before closing on our new Beazer home. The quality of the home is better than any new home we have purchased in the past. The amenities throughout the home are very functional and esthetically pleasing. We have found our forever home.

The experience from the start of construction to completion was excellent. Everything was transparent and smooth, and we felt they were trustworthy with no hassles throughout the process. The construction manager was responsive whenever we had questions and always provided effective solutions. I highly recommend the construction manager for any future projects.

My initial consultation with Cindy in sales and continued my relationship at which time I received weekly updates from Jamie all the way through closing and then David stepped in with Warranty work . The team worked like a well greased wheel.
