Beazer Homes provided us with a smooth purchase to closing experience. Everyone we met when we arrived at the building site had a smile on their face. They were poised and confident in their role of dealing with the public. Each introduced themselves and inquired of our intentions. Our salesperson, Sara Beth, was thorough, knowledgable, informative with regard to all aspects of the contract and the home. She spent time showing us any model home or sale unit we wanted to see and some of them twice. All effort was made to make us aware of the quality of the product Beaser is offering to the public and the awards that Beazer has acquired along the way for their outstanding building and environmentally efficient systems. The quality of the home that we purchased is extremely satisfying. A great deal of time was spent after normal working hours to finish up the last details of the transaction, all with enthusiasm and attention to detail. It was a pleasure to have all the details of the closing so carefully worked out for us. All we had to do was show up and sign! Easy-peasy. Pre-closing we were taken through the home room by room, appliance by appliance and shown how everything worked, the guarantees, the check lists, and the information about the homeowners association. With the walkthrough we found a couple of items that we felt needed to be addressed. Each of our suggestions was met with a "yes of course" and each detail was followed up by the team at the final walkthrough. This was the easiest process with Beazer. Appreciated the weekly home building updates with Brandon Pack and Pamela Wilson. We ran into some snags at the end but still closed on time. Love the Ansley floor plan!

Building can be super stressful. Thankfully Beazer made our experience less stressful. Brad and Lonnie were both informative and even included weekly pictures throughout the whole process. The houses are high quality and built to last. If anyone has built in the past, you know that sometimes there are still things after you move in that need attention. Beazer doesn’t just build and forget about you like some other builders may. We had sensor go out in the garage door only a few months after move in, which was fixed in no time thanks to the Beazer team! Highly recommend building with Beazer!

I want to commend my construction manager for making the experience smooth, informative, and reassuring during final closing days and walk through before closing .She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to walk me through every room, system, and feature of the house with care and professionalism. She patiently answered all of my questions, explained how various systems in the home, and made sure I understood the builder's warranty and maintenance recommendations. She also took note of any small issues I pointed out and assured me that they would be addressed before closing—which gave me peace of mind. I began my home search unaware of exactly where I wanted to live. As a first-time home buyer, everyone told me to get the best home for my money. I decided to look in Moreno Valley. Driving down the street I noticed the banners at Iris Park and thought, let me check it out. From my first encounter with Josh, my mind was half way made. He was informative, answered All my many questions, along with communicating with my agent. He definitely took the pressure out of my decision. Although I looked at other homes, I continued to stop by and ask for Josh so I could tour a home or ask more questions, lol. After pondering for a few days, I decided to call Iris Park my home. I'm very happy with my decision, from my walk through, getting my keys, as well as any concerns post move-in, someone has answered my questions, concerns, etc. I can't leave out Angel, he handles the maintenance in the community, and he's awesome! Everyone in the process has been fantastic, from our salesman Brad to our construction supervisor Lonnie to the warranty person Kellie. They were/are very professional and they respond to and address any concerns we may have immediately. We are very happy with this Beazer team.

Buying our first home seemed a bit scary/confusing at first but Andrew was there for us every step of the way. We were given tips, advice, and assurance through the home buying process. The home is very well made with many up-to-date features! We got weekly and almost daily updates on our home from Andrew which made it that much more exciting. Would 100% buy another home from Beazer!

The Beazer team at Somerset was AMAZING! From Megan and Abby in the office, to Brandon in the building process, and Justin in customer service; They all went above and beyond. From sending pictures as the house was built, to making any imperfections perfect, I felt included and informed throughout the entire process. Even after we closed on the house this team has been there for us. They go out of their way to check on us and or help us with anything we need. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help! I am happy to call this place home!

My experience with Chris was amazing. He constantly kept me in the loop when one or two small concerns came up. He was immediately out to fix them or have his people do it very reliable when he said he would come over he was there answered all my questions and concerns we have been in the home about two months and again there have been some minor repairs that needed. He was all over it immediately.
