House is beautiful snd very energy efficient. It was fresh and clean when I moved in. I got a very detailed explanation of the home and a manual. So exciting for me to buy a brand new Beazer home!

The entire experience was phenomenal from the beginning when Nadia showed the home and highlighted all of the features and upgrades through the walkthrough and closing when Matt explained all the inner workings of the features to the home. Both Nadia and Matt were only a phone call or text away if needed. They were eager to help with any questions I had!

We had a great buying experience from the beginning. Each person we dealt with throughout the build process was exceptional in everything but they all stood out with the information they provided about the modern differences between Beazer and other builders. Understanding how our house works and how energy efficient it is has helped us come to enjoy the house more. We appreciate the attention to detail and the overall willingness to fix area where there were some bruises that happened through the build process. Every builder has them but Beazer never hesitated to take care of us with any issues we had. Purchasing my new home with Beazer was a non stressful experience. They worked very well with my realtor. My sales representitve Nick and on site construction manager Paul have been very helpful and accomodating.

Brian and the design center team did a great job. The sales team was phenomenal.

Lezlie was amazing during the buying process and Jason was very helpful with the home once we closed and had a small issue. Would definitely buy an another beazer in the future!

Christian was a non-stop source of help for us in the process from beginning to end. Dude was 100% on point and gave accurate and appropriate responses that helped guide us to where we needed to be because of him I have recommended Beazer and Wildcat ranch to several people at my office as well as friends who live near by and want a good quality home. Buying a home can be very stressful but not with Beazer and especially not when you work with Hayley and Cynthia. Any questions, concerns and even if an issue did arise both Hayley and Cynthia took the time to assist and I felt they truly cared about any concerns. My experience with beazer homes was wonderful the home is very beautiful and exceeded expectations. I highly recommend.

From the selection of the home plan to the handing over of the home keys, the process using Beazer was easy, drama-free, and high quality with a high level of constant communication during the build process. High five to Keith on the build side and Marlo on the sale side for making this process seamless and pleasant.

Even though we have closed builder is still helpful when little things are needed or even help with a dog who ran from the house.

Beautiful home and amazing team. Sales agent Myla was extremely friendly and was on top of every little detail and prompt in responding. Wade was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during our walk through. Home was very well built. Only wish 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were bit bigger.
