From start to finish, the process was fairly quick. Once introduced to Cory, it felt like time flew to closing. The builder team, all teams really from design center to in person rep, we’re amazing. Cory went out of his way a few times to make sure we understood everything and stops by and checks on us. I can’t say enough great things about the builder team!

Working with Cynthia at Beazer was an absolute pleasure! She kept me updated every step of the way and always made time for me to stop by and see the progress. The two agents were great and always friendly. Agents are quick, fast, and professional. Always provide updates with new homes and updates on the new homes in the community. This is a great family oriented community. All neighbors are friendly and caring.

Beazer and their representatives were very timely and communicative during the buying process. All concerns and questions were clearly answered in a timely manner. This was my first home purchase and I chose to forego a realtor. Purchase a home without an agent was only possible thanks to a fair and transparent builder's representative like Connor. Garret has been easy to work with on the initial cosmetic items shortly after move in. So far I am happy with my purchase.

When my daughter and I went house hunting one weekend, the first model homes we looked at were the Beazer homes on Casselman road. On that first day, we fell in love with the model home bcuz my daughter and I really like the features and the amenities. Shawna (the sales rep) was really great explaining everything to us and what to expect as far as the loan processing and all the requirements that needs to be met in order to qualify.

My experience was great. I worked with ERIC at Beezer Home. He was a pleasure to work with and he is very knowledgeable about the housing, The prices the lot and all the little details that goes with buying a home . ERIC went over and beyond to make sure there was no issue Dealing with financing purchase and closing of escrow Any issues that come up - They quickly resolved it . Thank you again !

The team is excellent in answering all our questions and providing help with little unexpected surprises in our home like leaking kitchen water faucet, readjusting our bedroom door and with touch up paint and fixing the chip in the floor in our Laundry room. We love our new home and hope to spend many happy years here.

Working with Craig (sales) and my realtor was easy and informative throughout. Mike who ran the build also was fantastic and has quickly addressed the small handful of minor issues that have been found throughout the build. Would highly recommend their work.
