I am very happy with my Beazer home i live in a Bedford style layout and its been just amazing for me and my kids and any situation that comes to my attention the Beazer personal are always there to help with quick answers and service. Thank you!

I’ve purchased several different homes over the years and each experience has had their pros and cons. However my purchase of Beazer home at HarborView has been exceptional from start to finish. The staff (Brad and Brandon) has been extremely helpful and supportive though the entire process! Hence the title “Best home purchase experience ever”!

I just want to say that working with Angela with the purchase of our house was great. She was able to go above and beyond for us. Buying a house was a huge blessing to my family. After we moved in we have nothing but kind words to say about Vito. He is very helpful and gets the job done. The both of them are great at their job and my family and I are thankful for what they do! Thank you guys.

Just wanted to thank Brian for all the hard work he has put together for us in our new home. He always had everything completed in a timely manner. He always reassured me that he would correct any issue or concern I had and made it a better experience. Theresa was very nice to us from day one of showing us arpund the model home.,she gave a very warm.welcome and expalined everything to us regardung all the model houses which made everything so easy for us to choose our new home which we love so dearly.She walked with us the whole jprocess untile.we managed to close on our home,even affter closes on the home.she still checks on us..We appreciate you Theresa and thank you so much for picking up all.our calls even on odd hours

I have a great home and community here in the Rosa in Las Vegas I'm a first time home buyer so I was very green, but with Bezer personnel I had all the support I needed.

From choosing the lot and options for our home with John, to getting the weekly updates from Cary as the build progressed, we always felt like they were as invested as we were in the home. We moved from another state, so having the weekly communication was important. Cary was very transparent at all times. We've been in our new home for a little over a month and any minor issues that have come up so far, have been taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction. What impressed us most was that the build was completed very close to the estimated date. That made everything so much easier

We had a great experience in purchasing our home and with the help of KC and Corbin we were able to address all our building concerns with ease. Michael was friendly and helped during the whole purchasing process as well.

I have had a great experience with Beazer Homes. They went out of their way to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction prior to closing. Cynthia and Ryan are amazing and have even come back after closing to make sure everything was ok. They go above and beyond to make things right. It's refreshing to know there are still companies that care about their customers.

We love our home and had wonderful support throughout the building process. After moving in, the warranty support was absolutely awesome. The Beazor team was always helpful, responsive, and supportive. Fantastic experience and I recommend them highly!

Beazer made buying my first home easy and stress free. Any questions that I had were carefully listened to and answered. As a first time homebuyer I was scared to be doing it alone. I liked that Beazer offered choice lenders for securing a loan. I received updates on my house progress every few weeks. Having meetings with the builder along the way made the experience more personable. Alex the sales rep was responsive, patient, and helpful. Sales office very professional very quite community friendly Neigbor’s

Abigail and Abe helped us so much during the buying and contract phases. Nathan at the design center was so knowledgeable and helped us make our home truly ours. Finally there aren’t enough good things I can say about Greg, he was amazing throughout all the phases of our home being built and kept up a great line of communication.

I normally steer clear of sales folks, and don't engage much. The less I share the better has always been my motto. But my wife and I moved to the Mavera neighborhood after Chrissy sold us on a Beazer home. She was great, not aggressive but rather curious and met us where we were in our process. We spent multiple weeks looking at other builders in the area and Beazer was not on our list at all. After seeing the build quality, features of the home and energy savings, we were convinced.

Corbin was our construction manager and he made the whole process run smooth and enjoyable. We had many problems during the building process -- almost all of them related to personal issues. For instance, my father fell and broke his hip and we needed to make the home appropriate for a disabled person later in the process. Corbin helped us with these problems. In fact, the only thing we ever heard from Corbin was "no problem, we can fix that." He was great, and we truly appreciate his knowledge and expertise.
