Overall we have had a great experience building with Beazer! From the start, the sales associates weren’t pushy (unlike another builder we met with). We were provided with weekly email updates on the progress and had an open line of communication with Justin and our builder, Chris. They stuck to their timeline and actually moved our closing up to get us in before the holidays, which was great. We had an independent inspection and everything checked out well. We have only had a couple cosmetic issues that have been taken care of by Chris and through the warranty system. We would build with Beazer again in the future! ... More

Had an excellent experience buying with Beazer. There were some issues that were a concern to us but the Beazer team addressed them and made the move in process as seamless as they could.

Throughout the build process, Christian always kept me informed of progress through messages and photos. He always took time to address my questions and concerns I came across on my own walk throughs and during those scheduled. Christians knowledge and professionalism were comforting qualities. I’m very happy with how this process went. Thanks Christian!

Jake and Ben were great to work with

Jake, my construction manager, was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly, he was responsive whenever I had an inquiry. I enjoyed working with him.

Our builder Mark could not have been more helpful thru this whole process. My family was extremely happy to see him return to sweetgrass village. This past week. Can’t wait to see our neighborhood grow with Mark overseeing it.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers and we went with Beazer after spending a lot of time researching our options, neighborhoods, and builders. Kevin, our construction supervisor, was with us every step of the way and communicated updates daily and asked us questions. It was a wonderful experience thanks to him, and our new home is absolutely wonderful. Thank you Kevin and the entire Beazer team!

I am so proud of this home and the staff at Beazer for being super stars at their craft! The Super always says hi to me and my family and Brian is always great with my family needs and schedule. They are agreat asset to the Beazer and need a pay increase! I have seen some great staff but they go above and beyond and for that i am truelly grateful.

We love our new home. We were first time home buyers, and Ray and Josh made the process as smooth as possible. They answered every question we had, and included some add-ons to the house that we didn't even ask for, in order to ensure that we were happy with everything.

Keendron assisted us with the purchase of our new home, throughout this process Keendron was always available and answered all our question. Keendron guided us throughout the process and made us feel secure and comfortable. Thank you Keendron for always being professional and providing us with excellent customer service skills, you made us feel like family.

This was the first time my wife and I have built or purchased a home and we could not have had a better experience than with Beazer. Everyone was wonderful to communicate with, quick and efficient to answer questions, and overall helpful during the entire process.

Mary was very easy to work with. She helped throughout the process. Jody and Aaron fixed everything they could on the punch list. They were all helpful with making this an easy process. They are hard workers.

Elisa and David overall made it a great home buying experience! Elisa helped us by answering all our questions since day one and David made sure all our concerns are addressed before closing.

This experience was amazing, I cannot totally explain how the team was always available and willing to assist with any needs or crazy questions no matter the time of day or night, or even days off. If there were teams like this at all New Home Builds everyone would want to purchase new… this is our third new construction and this is by far the best and the first review I’ve done because this team deserves the best. Beazar Homes are absolutely amazing!! Their technology is top tier and would highly recommend to anyone looking. Not only is it more energy efficient but the customization options are great. We love our home. The quality, time to complete and detail is out of this world. Big thank you to Sam for making sure everything was quality!

I'm extremely impressed with the construction manager. Mr Sam, I hope I have his title correct. I will not forget the Confidence he displayed in showcasing, the highlighted parts of this beautiful home. I asked many questions of him that special day of my life. He understood my needs and answered everyone of my questions. With the positive, ( not a negative) attitude, I felt free to share with him further questions. Once I realized by hearing all the knowledge he had of the home, I felt confident to know I could possibly work with him in the future. It turned out, when I needed to learn the ends and navigate around the house, he was available by phone and hands on, if needed. The greater part of knowing Mr Sam, was his honesty. This man is a no nonsense person and he Says what her mean, and he means what he says. If anything was beyond his control, he politely apologized. Mr Sam is professionally unique. He knows how to work with people, who does not have the knowledge he carries in his career. Patience is one of his strongest qualities. I'm very thankful he was the first person to show me my new home. It matters when you are dealing with people. I realized I was fortunate to have met him and I know for sure. Working with Sola and Sam have been the best process. Anything that i needed they were one phone call away. High recommend Beazer home and having Sam in charge of your build.

We toured many properties in the Las Vegas area but decided on Jasper Point because of the walkability of the community and the fantastic people we have worked with at Beazer including Kirsten, Greg, Clint and Kathlyn. Very friendly, helpful and us being out of state buyers, they frequently sent updates, pictures and answered countless questions to ease the buying process. We'd recommend Beazer and the talented folks at Jasper Point to anyone!
