Irving has also been an outstanding resource for Beazer Homes as we transition to living in a new state with new homeownership requirements. I began my home search unaware of exactly where I wanted to live. As a first-time home buyer, everyone told me to get the best home for my money. I decided to look in Moreno Valley. Driving down the street I noticed the banners at Iris Park and thought, let me check it out. From my first encounter with Josh, my mind was half way made. He was informative, answered All my many questions, along with communicating with my agent. He definitely took the pressure out of my decision. Although I looked at other homes, I continued to stop by and ask for Josh so I could tour a home or ask more questions, lol. After pondering for a few days, I decided to call Iris Park my home. I'm very happy with my decision, from my walk through, getting my keys, as well as any concerns post move-in, someone has answered my questions, concerns, etc. I can't leave out Angel, he handles the maintenance in the community, and he's awesome! Everyone in the process has been fantastic, from our salesman Brad to our construction supervisor Lonnie to the warranty person Kellie. They were/are very professional and they respond to and address any concerns we may have immediately. We are very happy with this Beazer team.

Buying our first home seemed a bit scary/confusing at first but Andrew was there for us every step of the way. We were given tips, advice, and assurance through the home buying process. The home is very well made with many up-to-date features! We got weekly and almost daily updates on our home from Andrew which made it that much more exciting. Would 100% buy another home from Beazer!

They consistently made time to answer my questions, address any concerns, and ensure I was informed and comfortable every step of the way. I always felt like a priority, and the team's professionalism and dedication truly stood out. I would absolutely recommend Beazer Homes to anyone considering a new build!

The Beazer team at Somerset was AMAZING! From Megan and Abby in the office, to Brandon in the building process, and Justin in customer service; They all went above and beyond. From sending pictures as the house was built, to making any imperfections perfect, I felt included and informed throughout the entire process. Even after we closed on the house this team has been there for us. They go out of their way to check on us and or help us with anything we need. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help! I am happy to call this place home!

My experience with Chris was amazing. He constantly kept me in the loop when one or two small concerns came up. He was immediately out to fix them or have his people do it very reliable when he said he would come over he was there answered all my questions and concerns we have been in the home about two months and again there have been some minor repairs that needed. He was all over it immediately.

A real nice experience getting a new home you cannot ask for more in the buying a new home process. it was just NICE and EASY!

We went through many building issues problems Not an enjoyable experience Was also nit happy that our contribution fees were increased without our knowledge we signed on before the changes increase took affect all I was told was too bad no homeowner in the whole community was aware of these changes no one will reply no one will answer you especially the vice president of sales everything about this hoa is shady Lots of discrepancies we feel very disappointed and discriminated with our landscaping All I get is one answer in person then when they leave here comes the real person through email with not helping us Now I have to pay extra to have it fixed Beazer does what they want for whom they want Not all options are given at time of purchase So my recommendation is a big No ... We recently purchased a home in a Beazer-built community, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The quality of construction and overall experience have exceeded our expectations so far.

From the start, the sales rep Chris was amazing at helping us build our dream home. Day or night, he was there for us with every question. David, the construction manager, went above and beyond throughout the building process and made sure everything was above our expectations and to our satisfaction with still occasionally checking up weeks after moving into our dream home. Out of every other builder out there, I knew Beazer Homes was the perfect one from the quality of the build, to friendly and supportive staff. Great experience so far! Beazer home team They are great at following up on any issues that come up. Great communication skills

If I'm reviewing the homebuying experience and not the house, this is between 1.5-2 stars. First of all, from October through February we were told we'd be closing mid-May, and then all of a sudden in February the closing date gets changed to March. This late notice resulted in us having to spend an extra $3000 on rent because we had to make a decision on extending our lease before the new close date was communicated. And then, as we are a few weeks from closing apparently our Beazer rep left the company. Did anyone from Beazer pick up our account in his place? Of course not. Meaning we never got any of the introduction packets or instructions that were supposed to be delivered before closing until we had to request them ourselves several weeks after closing. I'm going to advise anyone who works with Beazer in the future to do so through a real estate agent, because as a first-time home buyer Beazer does a terrible job. ... More

The team at Beazer, Joel & Amber (Sales Reps), Brittany (Realtor), Kyle (Builder) and John (Warranty) provided an exceptional buying experience. They are all knowledgeable, professional, friendly and above all, honest. When it comes to warranty issues, Beazer continues to provide outstanding service well after the sale. Beazer offers homes that are visually pleasing with well thought-out designs. They're very well made with an almost excessive attention to detail. If you're looking for a home, I highly recommend Beazer.
