Buying a new home has never been such a wonderful kind experience as it was with Angela in your sales department. Our final walk thru was very thorough and easy as Chris was and is still amazing after our 30 days helping us. Jody and Aaron took care of all of our concerns after moving in and made our first 30 days a real breeze. Noah did a great job on some side jobs to be completed. Thank you all kindly and a job well done! We recommend Beazer Company to everyone.;

Sam and Sola made us feel like family, I had a great experience with Beazer homes! Sam was awesome and assisted throughout the entire process from start to finish. He answered all my “millions” of questions and kept me updated on the build of the home. Sam was very thorough with the smallest details! During walk-thrus he pointed out things I would have missed. He was all around awesome and made the experience worth it!

Our experience with Beazer Homes was very good. Cyndy was very attentive and helpful. She and David provided us with updates and communicated progress as promised. The home is built very well and we are very pleased with the results.

Both our salesperson and our builder manager were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We have never built a home before so we were somewhat wary of the process. We could certainly recommend Beazer homes to our friends and family!

Smooth process, from start to end. Cynthia was very diligent in highlighting every small kinks (paint related mostly) and having them corrected before closing. She cut no corner which was very much appreciated - we bought and received quality. Great overall

I had a great experience working with the Beazer team. They showed me various units until I found the one that fit my needs best. I was downsizing from a large home and they made me feel great in my new community. I know I am going to really enjoy living here.

We are very happy with our new Beazer home. Its floor plan and overall design surpassed those of other builders’ homes in the area, at least for us. Beazer’s staff was responsive from the start and continue to help us with all the details that require attention. When they say that they will fix something, you can be sure it will be fixed. We know we are in good hands and highly recommend their homes and service.

Marc got us signed up Colin continued and Builder Troy & John built the home. All were great in the process of the new build. Since then Lorin has been taking great care of us responding to our every need on the warranty side..

We love our new home. There werer some hiccups naturally come from buying a home, but Beazer Homes was very accommodating and customer service oriented. Ken and Jessica were great and we really appreciate everything they helped us with.

We enjoyed everyone we worked with. Everyone was very responsive and very engaged throughout the whole process.

We were kept informed through every stage, pictures of theprogress every week.

Overall it’s a pretty good experience

No complaints on Beazer. But need to focus on quality of electric swithes.

Beazer Homes caught our eye because it offered a condominium development in Noblesville Indiana in a great location. Our initial visit was so stirring. Laura the Representative was knowledgeable about all the Beazer Home offerings and features. We especially we're impressed with the energy efficiency of the homes. We decided on a home that fit our timeline with great features. Beazer was very straightforward about the closing steps and their strong warranty. We received weekly calls from the construction supervisor to give updates and answer any questions, which was a wonderful touch. Our final walk-through prior to closing was detailed about features and operating instructions. The warranty on the home and post-purchase support is outstanding. The experience and communication was excellent with Beazer they are always a step ahead and are aware of your everyday living needs and are willing to fix anything you have questions about or need to change. Just remember to read everything you sign and everything will go smoothly Be aware before you buy what you purchase this was our second home to build and by far the entire Beazer team was on top of every little thing. Great community of people as well. Love our new home! Home is where the heart is when it comes to Beazer!

Buying the home was fast and easy. We used one of the lenders that Beazer Homes offered (Courtney @ VIP Mortgage was amazing) and it made a huge difference. This is our 2nd new build in three years (moved out of state) and having the open communication was very helpful and took a lot of the stress out of the transaction. Everyone has been kind and helpful (thank you D).

Joshua he was excellent. He did a good job with me and he let me know all the detail. And he update with me everything by email me all the time about everything he did, and he worked with me with my schedule time, even in my bed, a closing day and before my closing day, explain for me all the detail everything I recommended Josh build all the community because he’s very very good guy

I had great experience with the builder throughout the process. The Construction Manager was friendly and professional explaining everything in detail to my questions and also after purchase customer service was great as well.

Samantha has been very transparent and detailed oriented through the period of construction. Beazer has been very accomadative and punctual with their commitments. It has been a very happy experience for us.

Overall buying experience is pretty transparent and straightforward. Always everyone is on the communication which helped me avoid back and forth communications. Response time was very impressive as well during construction. I received consistent updates every week. The team was really friendly as well. I would like to give credit to Sean and Slater for providing such a smooth experience on owning our first home.
