The team, beginning with the Sales team, to my phenomenal contractor, to my New Home Manager demonstrated support, guidance, and exceptional communication with me. The staff we worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Communicated well throughout the process. From sales, to build to follow up. Overall happy with quality of the house but do wish there was more opportunity to customize. In particular with regard to painting (colors and having garage painted), cabinets (upgrading island but not whole kitchen for color) and add-ons (extra set of doors in our case which we put on after the closing). Having said that, they did put in a walk-in shower instead of tub in 2nd bathroom for our disabled Vet son and ran an extra electrical line for a mini-split we added after closing so our son could control climate separately in his "suite". Any issues we have had with quality have been taken care of promptly with no pushback. Based on our experience, we would recommend considering Beazer if you are looking to build a new home. ... More

Jenn, Corey and Kyler help make your building experience stress free. They are there for any situation even if it doesn't person to them they will do whatever it takes to ease your mind. The experience was great due to the professionalism of the Beazer Team. Colton and Theresa assisted in making the process very positive. They were very attentive and always available to answer all questions thoroughly. Even after moving in, they are still available to assist and have never lacked professionalism.

Was a great experience from beginning to end from the whole team. Everyone was happy to help with all requests when choosing finishes. The team has been great even after closing. All minor issues after move in were taken care of. I would recommend a Beazer home.

Dealing with Stephanie and Shawn is a great a experience. They treated me like if I was family. They answered any questions and dealt with my concerns in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the results. I would recommend working with them on any housing projects.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! It was accidental that I was passing by and saw the new development and stopped by to see it! From Angela who showed us the space with so much warmth and showed us again and again without any hesitation to be sure that this is what we wanted to Aaron and Jody who still are very very attentive to all our questions and they are all very kind as well! From the first visit to the site until the day of closing the Beazer team was truly by my side. From supporting the questions I've had through coordinating the building process with full transparency with me, it honestly could not have been any better. If you'd like to build your home and have a team that puts their client, quality and safety first, this is the group you need by your side.

Darren was very helpful. He helped us settle in, showed us features in the house, how to maintain it, and what to do if something goes out of order. He also provided us resources like how to turn on the water, putting it in our name and replacing the filters. He’s really passionate with helping people and make himself available when needed. We moved from out of state and therefore could not be present while our home was being built. Gary and Meryl sent my family weekly updates with pictures. They promptly answered any and all questions/concerns we had throughout the process. We have now moved in and we absolutely love the quality of our home. Jonathan has been great at helping with any problems that have come up. We purchased our previous home from a different builder and they cannot measure up to the positive experience we have had with Beazer. Every moment from start to finish and beyond has been totally pleasant and all members of the Beazer Team that I have worked with have been 100percent helpful and professional.

Our house’s completion was delayed repeatedly and only after Corbin Pevey took over did we see the caliber of work we had expected from Beazer. The four stars is due strictly to the several delays and in no way reflects on Corbin’s performance. He has been awesome!

Beazer covers our new home with a 100% warranty. We had a plumbing issue, called the Beazer warranty rep and they fixed the issue rather quickly. Please with this extra warranty service!

From the moment we walked into the Cantera project we were very interested. The house was built with so much thought and the quality was great. All the people we dealt with were terrific and continue to be helpful. The only negative I have is a company policy about late options! There is no budging on cutoff dates and that’s unfortunate.

The communication throughout the project was outstanding. The team demonstrated a level of professionalism that is truly commendable. Thanks DeMarcus and Beazer team for great support and work.

Me and my fiancé decided to buy a home while our lease for the apartment was up. Everywhere we went people did not take us seriously. When we walked into Beazer Marlo greeted us with the biggest smile. She was super sweet and immediately started answering all my questions. We checked out the two homes that were available when we walked into the Fairfield we immediately knew due to layout that this was our home. It took us not even a day to reach back out to secure the home. Marlo kept us updated throughout the process. Keith the construction manager updated us weekly and would even jot down any questions I had. Both would always get back to me in a timely manner. When it came down to the inspection my inspector was impressed by the build quality. He said many homes right now are not built this well. Our signing for the home took no more than 30 minutes. The entire process was easy and over all our first home purchase was a breeze. I have been in my home for over a month now and everyone who comes to my house loves it. They always comment on the layout and how open everything feels. I recently saw a video for a house in Plano Tx that’s just over 1.5 million and they have the same exact railing as we do for our stairs. To me seeing that added to the love I have for this house. I am excited for the years that come by. I hope they keep Marlo at the office for wildflower ranch so I can stop by every now and then to thank her! ... More

I have had a wonderful experience with Beazer homes. My sales person Samantha informed me of everything that was happening along the way. When something went array she went over and beyond to get it fixed for me which was not her fault or the builders, just a miscommunication. They gave me tours along the way to keep me in the loop which I appreciated and had wonderful customer service!

The team was great with keeping me updated at the build was in process, they answered any and all questions I had. After I moved on they have been available for any (small) issues that have come up. I’d highly recommend buying a home from Beazer.
