Brian and Sam were incredibly helpful and personable from start to finish. Also would like to mention the customer service team was just as supportive towards the close and after.

Very smooth process from start to end. Design center had all our likings. CORY Did an amazing job bringing the project on-time .Beazer builds a fine Home with top of the line materials. I recommend giving Beazer a visit if you're in the market for a High Performance Home.

We love our new Beazer home. The quality and materials are far superior to other builders. The regular communication from Lonnie and Brad made the process super smooth and Kellie from warranty is great. Neighbors are already bragging able how low the utilities are. We are excited to get our first bill. Great job!

The quality of the construction is breath taking. My Agents Nicolas and Shelley really made it happen for me, and they were quite patient. Hunter was very informative during my virtual tours with my Agent. I am very well pleased with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend Beazer Homes to any prospective Buyer.

I was very pleased with the Sales and Construction Teams. They are very helpful and quick to respond. Ancillary Services of HOA and closing attorneys office could use some process improvement. Getting assistance from the HOA company (may change with transition from Beazer) at times took continual prodding. The closing funding confirmation from the attorneys office took too long. Receiving keys was delayed an unreasonable amount of time due to the closing office process. I love the location, the amenities and how well the facilities are kept up.

The home building experience was good. Great communication. The HOA, which is still controlled by Beazer, is awful. Poor communication. Long wait for approval. Still not approved. If I'd known it would be so bad, I would reconsider purchasing in Beazer Harborview.

During this process of buying a new home the sales and construction team were knowledgeable of the product and professional through out the entire process. Since the home I purchased was already completed, Shawn was able to walk me through a unit that was just framed and inspected for drywall so I was able to see the top quality material that went into the home. Purchasing my home was a very enjoyable process. From my sales person Craig to my builder Mike , who was there to correct each minor problems I had any concerns about. It was definitely worh it. I love my new home.

The overall experience was exceptionally rewarding watching our house being built from the ground up. Craig did a great job throughout the buying process. And our construction manager Bethany, was courteous, helpful, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure we get the house we paid for.

My experience was positive and would recommend. Competitive pricing, good value, and the Beazer team was responsive throughout the process.

Had an awesome experience with Garrick. He was super helpful and transparent throughout the whole builder process. Even after closing Garrick and Brittany have both reached out and confirmed all appointments and making sure we have everything done.

Experience was easy and is going well with the exception of no cable pulled through the blue hose in the primary bedroom internet and cable closet. That has been a loan in the butt!!
