I dealt with Cynthia in the sales office and she was fantastic. Great person, kind and caring and she knew her product!! Then I met Shawn for my walkthru and he was amazing. Very thorough and knowledgeable and has been there for me since. Any time I have reached out, he was more than happy to help!

As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I were grateful to have Josh guiding us through every step of the process. He made everything smoother and far less stressful than we anticipated. After moving in, we experienced a few minor issues with the house, but the team was quick to respond and arranged repairs promptly. Overall, we’re very happy with our home and love being part of this community—our dog does too!

My experience purchasing a new home at Tirreno at Iron Wing in Litchfield Park, AZ, was a bit of a mixed bag. The communication after the initial sales meeting with the sales representative was lacking. Unfortunately, she is no longer onsite, and I’m unsure who the current contact person is. Additionally, the title company used by Beazer Homes was not the best. As an out-of-town buyer, I expected a smoother closing process, but there were several hiccups along the way. The final walkthrough of the home revealed several issues that required attention, leading to a punch list post-closing. The construction and customer service teams didn’t always communicate effectively, which added to the challenges. However, I want to express my gratitude to the customer service representative Alex who handled my warranty cases. His consistent communication and dedication to resolving issues before his promotion within Beazer were greatly appreciated. While I’ve purchased multiple new homes, I believe Beazer has room for improvement in these areas. I love our home and the way it was built. I feel like Beazer did a great job with the quality and they are flexible and work with the buyers. I would have liked more communication during the building process and updates. Overall, I would recommend beazer to friends and family. They are very accommodating!

I had an excellent experience building with Beazer! We had a great team from start to finish that was easy to get in touch with and kept us up to date along the way. We’ve been in our home for about 1 1/2 months now and are very pleased with the attention to detail of the builders. Any time we had a question or concern, we received timely responses and helpful input. We enjoyed the design process and would recommend Beazer to anyone in the future!

I had an amazing experience building our home from the ground up with Beazer. The sales team was informative through the process, but what made the experience so great is due to Beazer’s local construction management team. We were helped by Abraham here at Estrella to make our house a home. Abraham, the construction manager, went above and beyond to make sure all issues were addressed and he just made the experience so pleasant. He truly deserves all the praise.

Jarod and Bill were great. We have followed this community since it was posted on the City website. They were very helpful and responsive when we had questions and to initiative to inform us of any changes or releases. It was great working with them

The buying process was smooth from start to move in.. Everyone was helpful and was there to walk us through the whole process..If i had questions or concerns they were addressed immediately. I would definitely recommend a BEAZER HOME.

Beazer has done great with building us a great quality home. The customer care representative Carlis has gone above and beyond to make sure our home is perfect ! He is super patient, responsible, and truly cares for the buyers! Thank you Carlis for being such a wonderful and positive part of our home process! We truly thank you! We saw a lot of homes from other builders before purchasing this home and Beazer was by far the highest quality!
