I have such a wonderful experience with all staff members, Liz, Grey, and Billy . This is not our first home but this was our first clean energy environment home . Customers service are on point, Easy to work with , answer all the questions we need . They make you feel like you apart of the family , there to help you through all the process, and even after you moved into the home they are there for you. I have told a few of my friends and family members to check them out if they looking to move. Thank you

I recently purchased a home in Goodland from Beazer Homes and couldn't be happier with my experience Craig showed me the house and i fell in love with it instantly. My lender Cindy was also extremely helpful and made my closing process really easy. I can't say enough great things about Bethany. She has been an absolute gem. I can honestly say my experience with Beazer Homes as amazing from start to finish. The sales agent mad the process so easy and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The construction manager was great about keeping me updated and always took the time to explain things. After moving in, the warranty department has been so responsive and quick to help with any little questions or concerns. It really felt like everyone cared about making sure I had a great experience and a home I truly love. I'm so grateful for the entire team and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build.

Overall very good experience. The buying process was easy and smooth. Post close onsite construction manager DaMarcus was nice to checkin regularly for any issues and took relevant actions.

We were shopping for a new home for some time and went to multiple new construction and resale properties. We did not feel like we were pressured into anything at Beazer and the sales team and construction crew made us feel comfortable about our purchase. We were also happy that Beazer was willing to work with our contingencies since we had another property to sell before and made that process smooth. Every house and property transaction has imperfections and surprises, but we were satisfied with the quality of work and service from Beazer at Poppy Meadows.
