I met with the sales rep and signed a contract to build a new home with Beazer. From that first meeting, then going to the design center, meeting with the project manager for inspections throughout the build, and closing on the house, the process went very smoothly and the construction was well done! My experience was simply delightful. Gary was immensely professional, knowledgeable and tenacious in initiating the sales/process. Tina was as cheerful as she was diligent in providing timely and responsive updates. Bob was very knowledgeable and exhibited exceptional professionalism by providing detailed information on the construction process and functionalities of the home.

Everyone during the process was very understanding with the information I was given. I felt very comfortable and pleased with my decision choosing a Beazer home.

As a first time buyer the process seemed very overwhelming but Beazer and their team made it very easy. I am satisfied with the quality of the home, specially how well insulated the houses are made. Dawn is simply AMAZING! She walked us through the process without any "hiccups" and being out of town home buyers, she took lots of pictures and updated us often. The design center was awesome---easy and actually a very fun experience. Closing was also super easy and seamless. Keith from the mortgage company couldn't have been any greater! JC is the contractor and took care of everything---even after we moved in, we had hung a flag out front (in the stucco) and a huge gust of wind(s) literally took the flag out of the wall. Closing was smooth and it was great buy. We are here for last one month . No major issue found in house. Also Builder is helping us if any issue comes .

It was a great experience overall, it was our first home! Josh our builder contact was great! Since the first day we met at the blue tape walk. Everything was smooth and great. He took care off all the small details the home had and even after the closing day few things came up and he took care of it. We are in love with our new home!

There are many builders out there, but Beazer Homes is the only option you should be considering. The quality of their build is superior compared to other builders. They built my home as if they were building a home for themselves. Choosing Beazer Homes was the best decision I have made.
