Great communication from start to finish on my home build process. Ronnie was very informative and proactively updated me on the progress of the build. If I had any concerns or issues, Ronnie clearly explained the situation to me and make sure everything was done right. Any issues identified in my inspection report were immediately addressed right away. I was treated with the upmost customer care from the construction manager.

Robert our salesman was personable and communicated well.

Construction manager D and his team did what they promised to do. All the work was completed in a timely manner. Thank you very much!

D has been such an honed to work with, he has been so helpful and on top of any situation that we had questions of. I would buy another house because of him thank you Amber and thank you Mr.D for his experience we are so blessed!

Eric and Ken were both great in purchasing my first home! Ken was very easy to work with and was very clear and direct through out the process. Great communication, never misleading, and always followed up with any questions I had. Eric was very thorough in making sure everything was perfect on the house.The build was fantastic and the service after was even better. Also it meant a lot to me he sent out an informative text before our random “Houston freeze” to help me prepare. Never asked him to, but I’m thankful he did as I needed to help. Great experience couldn’t be happier!!

He is very patient and responding to our question very timely manner know his work very well. He was great help in overall to us since the day we had bought this house and moved in property. Till now whenever we need his help is responded back to us by text or call in a very timely manner and take care of his Homeowners request very seriously. Overall if i can give more than 5 stars we should recommended him with 10 stars of service.

From start to finish, our experience with the Beazer team has been a great one. Laura was very helpful and knowledgeable in our initial sales meeting and Erin was incredible in helping us with our selections. Our superintendent, Scott, absolutely knocked it out of the park! Starting with his constant communication, prompt attention to any concern and ultimately delivering our home with a zero-item closing punch list we could not be happier! At this point, after four months occupancy we can happily and truthfully say, Beazer far exceeded our expectations!

I had such a great experience with beazer homes. They kept a good communication during the entire process, fast responses and solutions. They made all the process smooth and respected the timeline of the project. I would definitely recommend Beazer homes.

Where do I/we start? Normally, I would start with an “A,” but this time I’m going to start with “D!” D is a freakin’ phenomenal Superintendent!!!! We simply can’t say enough about him - in ONLY the positive! Our experience was to say in the least… an amazingly smooth experience. And we felt very informed and well taken care of every step of the way!!! As a majorly high-producing perfectionistic Realtor myself, I WISH that ALL of MY CLIENTS could have an experience working with a such a HIGHLY SKILLED SUPERINTENDENT - JUST LIKE D!!!! (It would be a fantastic experience for my future buyers; it is such an enhancement to the purchasing process to have the privilege to work with D… and in all reality, it would make my life so much easier as an agent - As his level of competence is off the charts!!! If only Beazer and ALL other home builders could / would/ should be forced to hire ONLY superintendents that are JUST LIKE D, then so many buyers would actually be way more thrilled, and less stressed out about their moving! It’s extremely stressful to move and buy a house much less add onto it all the new build stuff… And he makes you feel like everything‘s gonna bejust right!! And then he delivers! D DESERVES a PROMOTION! Here’s why: 1st: D is extremely knowledgeable!!!! 2nd: D Takes his time, answers questions, and has the unique ability to answer questions in various ways, so that no matter what learning style you have, when he’s done explaining/answering you are left with a clear understanding for what he’s conveying! 3rd: D knows that sometime in our business we have to play psychologist to the person who’s walking in the door to see the home. Help talk them off the ledge and help them to realize what they’re actually purchasing so that they can make informed decisions. And keep their emotions out of it. I’ve watched D enough now, to witness and attest to the fact that he is able to pivot and handle with ease all of the those emotional roller-coasters of a ride - that seem to happen towards closing and during walk-thru(s)! 4th: D is extremely trustworthy & reliable! When he says that he’s going to have something happen it gets done!!! 5th: D does his best to preemptively take care of any needs the buyer has during the closing process. Sometimes handling things before they even would come up for the Client(s)/Buyer(s)…. And I only got to witness it 1st hand because I was not only one of the clients, but also the Buyers’ Realtor! 6th: D makes you feel like family or at the very least you feel like you’re talking to an old friend. And not just any friend/family member, but one who’s got your 6! D, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts as buyers we appreciate you being such a wonderful Superintendent! Experienced fraud from Beazer management since the day I gave them the security deposit. They kept on increasing the price, first within 30 minutes of giving them the security deposit. Started sending text messages daily after 8:30 pm in the nights to sign the contract or risk losing security deposit, is it even legal to send texts at such odd times? Buyer agent was unilaterally removed from the final contract when the file got transferred from other Beazer community. They didn’t even allow to back off from the contract even after literally begging them within 2 days of submitting the earnest money. We were and still are very impressed with Beazer's Solar Ready NetZero home build quality. From the beautiful design, the techonology package, including Tesla Solar Roof, fully integrated energy storage system and Tesla EV charger to mention few. But what really impressed us the most, is how well insulated and air tight the new home feels, evident in how well it maintains temperature during these record breaking cold winter. Impressive energy efficiency. Secondly, the buying, designing, and even during construction phase, the entire process experience always felt very personalized and exclusive for us as if we had our own personal concierge guiding us through. Beazer's staff always made us feel welcomed, and that our opinions mattered. We were very comfortable seeing the level of transparency on every meeting regardless of delays or shortcomings during construction. We were always informed and invited to visit and chat with staff and or the new home site for an informal or scheduled walk through. All our questions were answered and we were reassured of any concerns identified in the process, from final inspections and post move in date, Beazer continues to strive in addressing any occurance post build completion included in their wall to wall 10 year warranty. We purchased our home in December of 20024 after an exhausting search. The design and quality of the home was immediately recognizable. Amber and Kyle were very helpful during the process and super responsive to our questions…even after closing. We are completely satisfied with our Beazer home!

We love our new home! We constantly hear from sales people, and associates of Beezer that the homes are well built, and we see that. Unfortunately, some contract people don't share the same values. We have several doors that are so misaligned that they squeak, chatter, or even won't close unless slammed. The later is the back door to the patio. Hinges are bent to accommodate the misalignment. I think a Beezer Quality rep should come out and look at this.

The house is fantastic and well put together. Had one small issue and they warrantied it immediately. Kyle and Amber have been great to deal with. The wife and I could not be happier

The process to sign-up was fast for a typical home buying experience. We signed at the end of July and were in the house by September. Betsy helped us with the house signing process. Leah, our home-buying consultant, made sure to fix all of the flaws we found in the house. She has always been available if we’ve had an issue with the house, and she is currently helping us with current house issues 5 months into living here. Expect fast, friendly service with this company.

Sean, is a knowledgeable man, and he was on top of things to make sure all projects was finished and high quality. I had a very busy couple of weeks at work and Sean worked with my schedule to complete projects. When I forgot to call him back he either texted or called to give me a nudge that work needed to be complete. I am happy, pleased, and satisfied with Sean. Beazer should be pleased they have him on their team. I’m sure it’s possible he could go to any other builder, and probably be paid more; however, he chooses to stick it out with Beazer and that’s because of the quality of his work and the keen eye to the home buyer needs. I didn’t move into my home until almost a month after closing, and I have been living here for a month, it’s kind of remarkable that I still see Sean in the morning when I leave for work, and guess what I see Sean 8 hours later still monitoring the quality of work in the community.
