Buying my home with Beazer was a breeze! Marika, James, and Phil are an amazing team to work with at Beazer. I just happened to stop by to look at a spec home and ended up building a new home. They made everything so easy for me. They were always available for questions and they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I am currently in my new home and I LOVE IT!! We categorize our new home purchase with Beazer as "outstanding" from beginning to move-in. Our sales consultant was diligent, thorough and professional; our construction project manager was superb; our design team leader was equally outstanding in all aspects and we concluded with our exceptional and caring quality chief before move-in and final inspection of our home. We enjoyed an exceptional experience and one of the major components of our experience was the absolute professionalism and trustworthiness of the Beazer Team that we worked with. Each professional was very responsive, followed through on commitments/obligation and worked very diligently to make sure that we were informed, questions answered and no concerns left on the table. It was a wonderfully smooth purchase process and working with our Beazer Team was a real pleasure. We have been impressed with Aaron since day one. He has been very informative and helpful the entire process and even after we are completly moved in. He always offers information and answers any questions promptly.

First off, Jennifer was very good at her job. The buying experience was pleasant. The quality of work is very underwhelming. There were several framing issues in the pre drywall inspection that as a homebuyer I should not have been the one to point them out. The fix for those issues was as good as it needed to be to pass inspection. The painters did a horrific job. There was paint on every outlet cover, there is paint drips on trim and all over the floor, and the overall quality of work is something I might expect from a cheap apartment. The heat and air is where it really gets interesting. If you look at the Waverly home owners group on Facebook you will see how many people are having issues with their heat. I can’t wait to see how bad the AC is in the summer. But the worst thing is,my family is lucky to be alive after having a gas leak from the unit in our utility room. So the good thing is, Mike and the warranty team have been on the ball fixing the heat issues and they will reimburse you for about any expenses you may accrue. I am very thankful for the home in a safe community with good neighbors. The heat unit didn’t work fully for the first two weeks. It is still an ongoing problem with my upstairs unit reading 10 degrees hotter. When I asked the company about the issue the only response I got was, heat rises. Yes I understand heat rises, but for a gas unit it should only be about 3 to 5 degrees, not 10. The HOA manager is non compassionate towards individuals. She tried to compare me wanting the safety of my pets to someone wanting to change out their door or add onto their patio. The drywall is cheap, I can hear my neighbors in high traffic rooms. Multiple pieces of flooring have weird patterns in the grain. For the amount paid for the home craftsmanship is lacking. ... More

When I looked at this property I knew I found a new home on my first look and I never looked at any other place.

We had such a great experience working with Garrick throughout our entire home building and even after we closed on our home. He is super attentive to detail and eager to answer any questions or concerns that we have. And he takes his time to ensure that we understand how to use all features in the house maintain certain things for optimal performance. Would recommend Beazer to anyone looking at building their dream home.

Purchasing our first home was a breeze working with Phil and Corbin. Every question was answered promptly and the guidance beyond their general scope was truly invaluable! Amazing people and build quality through and throughout.

My sister and I had good experienced with Stephanie and Andrew . Stephanie helps us a lot ,very well informed ,gives us photos and communication updates on my house since I'am out of state at that time . All of crews are easy to communicate when we moved . Well organized . Thank you vey much .

Joel and John were great. This was our 4th new build and it is by far the best experience we’ve had.

Bill did an exceptional job keeping us informed during the entire home build and answered all of questions and was a pleasure to work with. Mark kept us up to date on the mortgage industry rates and processing of our loan. It’s nice to have mortgage choices. Beazer provided some nice incentives which was helpful during our purchase. Larry was very informative on our build walkthrough appointments and followed up with any of our concerns. Overall, this purchase was easy and concerns after we moved in have been addressed in a timely manner thanks to Bill.

Hayley, Cynthia and Mike were EXCEPTIONAL ! They held my hand through the whole process. Answered every text/email promptly. Always courteous and professional. They made me feel like I was the only client they had. They really cared about us and our experience. Can’t thank them enough.

Buying process was smooth. Structurally sound with good quality. Warranty response is great. Finishes could be be better with a greater attention to detail.

From the pre-sale engagement, access to pre-approved lenders, excellent sales staff, and after-close services, the Beazer team delivered a truly remarkable experience on property that is both state-of-the-art and well-priced. Your designers obviously don’t live in the type of homes they design. You need to have them walk through newly completed homes to see the real life interpretations of their designs. Specifically the bathroom stalls are terrible. Anything lesser than a 4ft x 4ft should be a travesty.

We had a frustrating experience with Beazer Homes during the purchase of our new home. Despite some positive interactions with the construction manager, several issues have left a sour taste. Unresolved Issues 1. Unauthorized changes to contract: A random broker's name was added to our contract without our consent. Beazer then removed their own name and re-added it at closing, which felt deceptive. 2. _Restrictions on customizations_: We were not allowed to make changes to the home, such as paint or carpet upgrades. 3. _Poor yard conditions_: The backyard is prone to flooding, has poor drainage, and is infested with mosquitoes. 4. _Lack of cabinets_: The home was designed without cabinets near the fireplace, which was a significant oversight. 5. _Delays_: The home was completed a month late, which caused inconvenience and stress. 6. _Outdated appliances_: 1. _Water heaters_: The water heaters are outdated and cannot connect to the internet for monitoring and control. 2. _HVAC thermostats_: The thermostats were outdated and needed immediate replacement. 7. _Limited storage space_: The home has very little storage space, making it difficult to organize and maintain. 8. _Subpar security system_: The Honeywell alarm controller is poorly designed, difficult to use, and essentially worthless. Positive Experience with Construction Manager 1. _Help with blind issue_: The construction manager intervened to resolve an issue with Beazer trying to renege on providing blinds. 2. Efforts to make things right: The construction manager worked diligently to address issues and make things right after the home was completed. Overall, our experience with Beazer Homes was frustrating, particularly given the high cost of the home and the numerous issues we've encountered. ... More

Despite massive initial delays from COVID-19 and weather events, my experience with Beazer Homes became exceptional thanks to Warren and Jason's outstanding support. Warren, in particular, transformed what could have been a challenging situation into a positive journey. His attentiveness, rapid response to concerns, and personal oversight of construction details demonstrated genuine care for customer satisfaction.
