Good experience working with representative Colin. Always available for questions. Good responses on any issues that have come up. The issues I've had are all minor ones and Beazer homes has reacted to my requests.

I came to the game late buying a spec home, but the overall experience was great. Travis was super about keeping me up to date on the final pieces, and did everything to get me a closing date that I wanted. Dealing with the HOA has been easy. I wanted to put in a fence and a pool and they approved everything before I closed, which really helped my timelines

Overall working with the folks at Beazer was great. Only one problem. We have never received the “black book” with information we would like to have or or a thumb drive containing this info. We’re hoping this review will cause someone to contact us with the info.

My wife and I are first time home buyers and came across The Cove by Beazer homes in March of 2023. We were very impressed by the beautiful community and look of the homes. The team was very helpful with helping us select the right plan and customizing the inside. We were extremely satisfied with the final result and absolutely love the community! Would definitely recommend Beazer Homes to other people looking to purchase a quality home!

He has made an effort to attend to all my requests and he does it in an agile manner, I appreciate his professionalism. This isn't our first time buying a new home, but Phillip by far has been the most empathetic and responsive construction manager we've had the privilege of working with. He represents Beazer well, and has made the inevitable hiccups and post-move in issues easy to get through as we make this house our home.

Cynthia demonstrated exceptional service throughout the process, promptly addressing all my concerns and being kind and friendly.

After living vicariously through my good friend during her homebuilding process with Beazer in 2020-2021, when I was ready to buy my first home in 2022, I researched many builders and also decided to go with Beazer because of the great experience my friend had (and I saw the finished results first-hand!) plus everything you get for the price. Even though it's not technically a custom home, I feel like it is since I was able to choose so many options that make it unique to me inside and out. I was also building from afar (living in Seattle the entire year the house was constructed) but never felt I was being cheated or out of the loop. I flew down three times during that year - at the very beginning to choose my lot, a couple of months later for the design appointment and finally the pre-drywall appointment about four months before the house was complete. The rest of the time, I received weekly (sometimes more often!) updates and a LOT of text messaged photos of the progress. Mark, Janine, Benito and Shawn responded to every question and guided me through every single step. I had no issues at all with not being nearby. The one or two delays (cabinets and tile, if I remember correctly) didn't affect the timeline at all - they promised me it would take no more than 12 months and I closed three days shy of that! After closing, there were a few things that still needed to be taken care of and Shawn checked in almost every day those first couple of weeks to make sure things were handled properly. Overall a great experience. Home was built in less than 6 months, and came out great!

Moved into our new home on August 4. My wife and I had a great experience with the team of guys we were dealing with leading up to our closing. Brad, Mike and now Phil were nothing but professional and extremely courteous with s regardless how many times we bothered them with phone calls and texts. Having a home built in Myrtle Beach while living in New York could have led to major headaches and anxiety but Brad and Mike were able to alleviate those concerns.

We are so happy with the way our new home turned out. Greg was the best GC and stayed in communication with us every step of the way. The quality Beazer provided was unlike any other new builds in the area we looked into. 10/10 recommend.

Communication is key and Tiffany and Chris definitely set the bar for top tier communication during the building process. They both are absolutely amazing and very pleased with the process! The home interior is beautiful!
