Our builder Paul was excellent and was always accessible and willing to walk us through what would be going on each week. He really was a godsend. Would buy with Beazer again

It was a pleasure working with Hunter and having him as our construction manager. As first time home buyers my husband and I felt like we were in great hands with his knowledge and expertise. Hunter was very professional and took the time to explain each step of the home building process, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns. We truly appreciated the weekly progress updates he would provide and if there were any issues he was very diligent and on top of it to resolve them.

Liz from the Sales team was great and a special shoutout to Henry from the construction side. He is always available for any questions or concerns and walked me through every little part of my new home in detail. Great team.

Joe did an outstanding job building my home. He communicated each step of the way, listened and acted on my concerns, was a friendly and calming face when adversity or delays occurred, and overall awesome to work with. My home building experience would have been different if it weren't for Joe.

The home is spacious and comfortable. The process of buying was easy and people are helpful

We had a great experience using beazer as our first new build for our family. The timing of completion was right on schedule. We loved the great communication from Dawn throughout the entire build. The rest of the construction team, Gabe, Scott, and Mike were all on top of updates, features, and we're available for any questions and concerns during the build. Keep up the good work.

Although it was stressful going through the loan process and title the team at Beazer was very supportive and helped us many times. Greg and John have been very helpful getting anything taken care of at the home and Nick was awsome explaining things and helping us through the process. We love our first home and my girls can now grow up in a nice community. Thank you all

Dan the Man! He knows how to keep the buyer informed every step of the way before and after the sale. Also, knows exactly how to build a beautiful home!

As a first time homebuyer, I felt the home buying process was definitely much smoother compared to all other competitors. They definitely lived up to the promises and expectations. Be sure to get Home inspection done in two phases if possible because issues if any get identified will be promptly fixed by the team. Overall it was genuinely trustworthy builder to go for in the Raleigh area.

I would rate my experience with Beazer Home, a five out of five. When my husband and I decided on a Beazer Home , we decided to take a tour once we arrived at Jasmine point we were greeted by a very friendly, well informed funny sales rep Michael who throughout the process have become more than just a sales rep our contractor Dan was always on top of our weekly update always answered all her questions made sure that everything was done in a timely fashion. Beazer makes buying a new home easy & fun. Everyone throughout each process including Justin in the sales office always took time to answer all of our questions, and sent us weekly updates on our home’s progress. During the home design portion Jennifer had great suggestions and took all the guesswork out of what can seem like an overwhelming task. Beazer has up-to date and a great variety of options in which to choose when making a house your home. Then there is the walkthrough of your new house, and Chris was there to ensure everything was in perfect working order. There is no request too small that Chris and his team can’t handle.
