Brian was my salesman. I have built 3 homes and this was by far the best experience of all 3 companies. He bent over backwards answering all my questions. He walked me through the entire process and was there at every turn. He really should be leading your sales force.His demeanor and approach is perfect for your company. Scott always did what he said he was going to do! I loved the call each week! So helpful! Since I have been in the home the warranty department had to come fix a window above the door that wasn’t in at closing. They were so great to work with! It was truly a great experience! We got nothing but an excellent service from our builder's team, especially from Mike. He's been always so patient and accommodating anytime we contact him for questions and requests. He always responds in a timely manner, he coordinates and makes sure our needs or questions are well taken care of. He's such a great man and a very valuable asset of your team!

Great experience with NewHome

Been a great experience overall. Theresa from Sales Team was great to work with. There were a few hiccups in the process but our builder Kelly, was proactive and fixed them as they came up and made sure everything was in order before closing and continues to go above and beyond with checking in on us to ensure everything is going well and helping resolve any issues we may have with the home!!

From the moment I stepped into the beazer model home I was sold. From the warm greeting to the detailed explanations by both the builder supervisor and the beazer rep. They both explained the process and the beazer built home in great detail, even answering questions over and over. The home is even better. The subdivision is still in the building process and the builder supervisor keeps it very neat and organized around here. He (Donnie) is even still around for current home owners! I’m glad to have gotten a beazer home thus far!

We've had such a great experience with Beazer throughout the whole home building process. Dawn, Mike, and Scott have been very helpful in addressing all of our needs/concerns.

Todd was our assigned construction manager, He did an excellent job in the home build and making us ease in the total home construction process, He was very considerate in making the minor adjustments we requested for and the final fixes before the home closing process, I would definitely recommend the Beazer and construction manager to my Friends.

Reliable, smooth process great customer service.

The builder is very nice and attentive. As this is inventory house, there are no choices/changes allowed for it. So whatever was inventoried is perfectly built by the builder. He is also very eager to fix the issues reported in first 45 days. He visited house several time during this period. I recommend him as the extraordinary at his work.

Our experience with Beazer during our build was nothing short of spectacular! Josh was our builder/project manager and he went above and beyond! Justin was the sales agent and he was also amazing! This is the third Beazer home we have built/own and this was by far the best experience out of the three! Kudos to Justin and Josh for staying in communication and keeping us updated the whole time! We got the perfect lot, perfect floor plan and perfect finished product for our family thanks to Josh and Justin! Can’t wait to make memories and watch this community grow!
