Great experience with purchasing my Beazer condo home. Michelle and Micah were both very professional and helpful in providing information and answering my questions. Great customer service from both of them after I moved in as well. Happy with my condo home purchase and highly recommend Beazer Homes!

We’re thrilled to be in our new home. It seemed like the day would never come but it did and we’re extremely grateful to everyone who help make it happen. Special thanks to Kelly for keeping us informed and letting us know when issues arise. She an answer to any question we had and did a great job working expeditiously. Another big thanks to Wes and his crew. When we learned that our original closing date would be delayed we definitely disappointed. However, Wes and his team stepped up big time and worked to the bone in order to have our home ready in time. Throughout our home buying experience everyone from Nancy to Jorge gave us great customer service and that did not stop at closing. We have had the need to contact warranty services since closing and Jorge has been extremely responsive in handling any issues that have come up. We are so impressed that the person we need to call for things is not only readily accessible but friendly with a happy to help attitude. All builders should have a Jorge!

From beginning to the day of getting the keys to our new home Frank (new home counselor) and Nate (construction manager) we're helpful, informative, honest, and all around great people and wouldn't have wanted to go through this process the first time around with anyone else. No matter how many questions or concerns we had we were given their undivided attention to make sure we were heard and received our questions were answered. The only downside to this process was the lender, we wish we chose a different one from the options provided as it was constantly hard to get a hold of our rep during the time sensitive steps and at times had to have several people involved including our realtor reach out to them for communication. Working with Rich(richard) and Ken at Beazer Homes was an outstanding experience. Ken helped us through our home buying process and made it super easy and wasn’t pushy as some other builders sales teams were. Rich has been amazing to work with as our builder rep as he made sure everything was in order before closing and continues to go above and beyond with checking in on us to ensure everything is going well and helping resolve any issues we may have with the home. The new home consult team (Nancy & Eileen) kept has continually updated through the buying and building process. Earlier build delay issues were made up when Nathan took over as builder/superintendent along with the rest of the build team. Jorge has been readily available to schedule the few warranty issues that came up after move in.

We have bought many homes over the years but never a new construction home. From the sales agent to the design studio to the walk throughs, we have been thoroughly impressed with every Beazer employee for their knowledge and way they treated us.

We are Very Pleased with our new Beazer Home. Overall Beazer team is great during construction process. After Sales services are also Great! Slater & Sean both are good in resolving issue throughout the construction to getting the Closing Done! Thanks

From our first meeting with Kevin until the day we closed he was exceptional in helping us with the process. He would send us weekly reports on the progress of our house and include pictures for us to review. Any time we had any questions or concerns he would reply to us within a few hours (even on his days off). We had heard nightmare stories from friends who had homes built by other companies in the past and were pleasantly surprised at how smooth and enjoyable Kevin made this process. I would highly recommend that if you are looking to build a home, use Beazer!

One of my friends referred Beazer Homes saying that their customer service is very good. We felt the same when purchasing house. Construction was on time. Design center experience was great. Slater is our sales rep and he responded to our emails, texts and calls quickly. Warranty request responses are also great. Overall great customer service.

I love my Home. It is the best build home I have purchased. The construction and the personnel I've dealt with have been wonderful. The Assistant Construction Manager Branon has gone over and above in addressing my concerns and followed through with each of them, this has been my best experience in a new home purchase. I will always consider a Beazer home in the future.

I would like to say that this is our third beazer home purchase in my family and it has been the best experience. The reason for this is Lauren, she was so helpful, kind, informative, quick to answer any questions I had and she even gave us a care package when we moved in! She really cares about her clients and it shows! Purchasing a home can be stressful but Lauren made it easy and kept us up to date with progress photos. Thank you so much!

This is the second new home we built. While we started our home build process full of excitement about settling down and getting rooted in a community, we entered the process with trepidation because our first build process was very stressful. Our nervousness quickly dissipated, and our excitement grew throughout the process, from the initial purchase to the final move-in. Kevin and Kyle were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive and did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the process. Their weekly communications, including videos and photos, helped us prepare for a smooth move. They were also very personable, as we often found ourselves conversing about our families and work. It was clear early on that this was not simply a business transaction. We are also extremely satisfied with the quality of the home build. We had an independent inspector walk the home and provide a detailed report of issues to address before closing. Our independent inspector asked us who the builder was and stated that our home was "VERY well built." He mentioned it was clear to him that the build team was thoughtful and detailed in how they built the house. Not only was the build structurally sound, but the home is also BEAUTIFUL. We could not be more pleased with how our home looks. This is in no small part due to the guidance we received at the design center when selecting our design choices. That process was fun, and our design team helped us make choices that brought the home together nicely and under budget. Philip and Jessica were up close and personal. Kept us informed the entire process. Went out of their way every week as we completed our build. They truly went over and beyond and continue to check in to be sure we are happy and satisfied. We are highly impressed with the Beazer family in our process of building.
