Our experience started off on the right foot when we walked into the sales office and met Hayley. She presented us with the Beazer difference and my wife wasn't looking anywhere else.(I lost count of the number of houses we looked at). After settling on a lot that met our needs we were off to the design center and worked with Sidney. I sat in the corner and let Sidney and my wife paint the picture. Having a professional help with the design was really a plus. Once the construction started our Project Manager Cynthia was there for us. Any issues or concerned that came up were addressed and handled to our satisfaction. Not only was the Beazer team we worked with topnotch but they genuinely cared about the product they built. My experience with Home buying at Beazer homes turned out good choice and hassle free. Sales Manager Sanjeev is transparent from buying to closing. He is a good mentor for new home buyers.

Amanda was very helpful and efficient in selling us a new home in Amira. She’s not pushy and understood what we were looking for. The craftsmanship in some areas of the home is certainly lacking, but Eric has gone the extra mile to make sure the home is up to our standards and any mistakes are fixed.

My fiancé Emily and I had the pleasure of exploring several builders and nearly a dozen communities before discovering Beazer Homes’ Chase Oaks. From the very first glance, we knew it was the perfect fit for us. The homes were impeccably constructed, with a clear focus on the details that mattered most to us. We had the delight of working with Trevor, who was not only friendly and outgoing but also incredibly knowledgeable. He provided valuable insights on everything from the mechanical aspects to various design elements. Trevor even went the extra mile to communicate with my father, who lives locally and acted as our liaison when we were out of town. When it was time for our pre-closing walk-through, we met Colin and Zach, and it was another wonderful experience. They spent hours explaining the intricacies of the house, showing us how to clean and maintain it, and creating a punch list that they handled with utmost professionalism. On the day of closing, we met Jessica, the warranty manager, who was excellent in explaining what to expect and how to contact their in-house warranty team. I called her and she even sent me measurements of the home to my text message to make sure my stuff would fit. She was very knowledgeable. Matt on the construction team has been kind and very helpful with any questions or concerns that I have had.

Our experience with the Beazer Homes team was exceptional from our first visit on May 29, 2024 exploring new home developments in Sussex County, Delaware (for a planned move back East from the Midwest to be closer to family) all the way to our settlement day on September 17, 2024. Beazer Homes Chase Oaks was the fourth new development we toured that day and we were impressed most by their attention to detail to build a well-constructed home. We knew we did not have look any further. Trevor in the sales center is a true sales professional - personable, great with details and very responsive to our endless questions with our long-distance move. Beazer Homes obviously chooses the best business partners and contractors throughout the construction, closing and the home warranty processes. Colin, construction manager, and his assistant Zach made our pre-closing walk through such an informative experience to get to know how to care for our new Beazer DREAM Home. We really appreciated the tips on how to use every day items like baby wipes to clean up scuff marks on walls! Beazer Homes stands head and shoulders above the rest with their in-house warranty service. This is our first time buying a newly build home. Our sales agent is Angela and she has been very helpful. She reassured us that the process will go as smooth as possible. Dave explained everything we need to know about our new home. Dave showed us our frame walk and he was very particular with the quality of the homes. One thing that I still remember and appreciate is when he said he builds the home like his family will live in it. That is the most reassuring statement someone could ever say. Vito has been very accomodating when we did our final walk and until now that we have moved in for couple of months now. Excellent information and support from Cynthia Cooper, Sales Rep, during the entire purchase process. Extremely helpful with answering questions. Similar excellent information, support, and responsiveness from Sean, the on-site construction manager, from initial purchase through the walk-through, closing, and answering any questions after we moved into the townhome.

Process was easy from the start. Our sales agent DeAnn was very helpful and kept us informed from beginning to end. The team building the house was amazing as well, Dave kept us up to date and on schedule. Mortgage process was great and closing was easy. Great group!
