I had a great experience with the sales team, Shannon and Jyoti, and Joe, the repair rep, has also been so helpful.

Cindi, Vaughn, Joe, and Aldo made the process very exciting and fun! All of our questions were answered and we knew what was happening every step of the process.

We are happy with our new Beazer home. Our salesperson was great and would have no problem recommending Jennifer and Beazer at Chambers Creek.

From sales agent to construction supervisor to after closing supervisor, staff were wonderful and were dedicated to me becoming a happy and satisfied homeowner. I love the home I selected, explanations during the building process, walk through explanations, acceptance of repair requests and completion of those requests. I have been eyeing Beazer Homes since 2018. I now have one and I am happy.

This is my first home; I am glad of buying under Beazer. The customer engagement experience was excellent from start and beyond closure. The Mortgage Choice program under Beazer is excellent in providing competitive offer to be considered by buyer. It has been 1.5 months since I have occupied my new house. Overall I am satisfied with quality delivered. Certainly, Beazer is trustable builder and I do feel they are committed to provide best service to customer.

Working with Beazer was easy from start to finish. Everyone on their team is professional and knowledgeable, and I’m so pleased with my new home. Dave from the builder team has been especially great to work with. His quick response times, friendly attitude, and quality output have been a really impressive part of my experience.

My home buying experience was excellent from initial purchase to final move-in. The builder's team was friendly, helpful, kind and attentive. Also, they respond quickly to my requests. The walk-thru process was very smooth.

After looking at over a dozen existing homes for purchase, I became frustrated with the available inventory and wanted a home that would be more reflective of my lifestyle and needs. During an online search for a home, I came across a Beazer new construction condominium for sale. I decided to drop by the sales office one day. The selling agent Amy welcomed me. She provided me information and allowed me to tour the model and an available unit. I immediately fell in love with the 2-story condominium layout, craftmanship and all the modern amenities and wanted to proceed with the buying process. The buying process was simple and pleasant. Amy was highly informative and helpful throughout the entire process. The financial lender was transparent about his portion of the process and accessible whenever I had a question or concern. Sam was excellent, she went above and beyond to ensure the home was perfect. We had issues with the realtor and her supervisor about the property and were very worried about the quality of the home after our conversations with them and their frankly unprofessional behavior. However, the builder and building managers went above and beyond to dissipate those fears. Sam really was the MVP and the reason we were comfortable moving forward with our home. She has been so responsive and helped us with all issues even after the closing. You will have a great property build if Sam is on your team.

Security is great. Home is solid, well built new construction. However-2 negatives. 1-garage is way too small for my vehicle (you could build them 25% bigger). 2-Road noise is problematic (nothing you can do about that). Overall: I’d likely buy here again, but negotiate a bigger garage. Me.

Buying home in texas while you are away more than 1700 miles not a easy task. You need good and reliable people to count on for each steps. From the site visit , selection of plot, follow Hindu philosophy Vastu and get a modernized home of your choice, not possible when u r too far from place, but Beazer made it possible. Thank you team

I knew immediately when I saw this gorgeous house that it was meant to be mine. Tiffany was amazing during the purchasing process. And Josh was amazing teaching me all about my new home and helping me with any issues that arose.

I met with the sales rep and signed a contract to build a new home with Beazer. From that first meeting, then going to the design center, meeting with the project manager for inspections throughout the build, and closing on the house, the process went very smoothly and the construction was well done! Anytime I had a question or concern, it was immediately addressed. The Project Manager, Phillip, has gone above and beyond to ensure I am completely satisfied with my new home. He has been great! My experience was simply delightful. Gary was immensely professional, knowledgeable and tenacious in initiating the sales/process. Tina was as cheerful as she was diligent in providing timely and responsive updates. Bob was very knowledgeable and exhibited exceptional professionalism by providing detailed information on the construction process and functionalities of the home.

Everyone during the process was very understanding with the information I was given. I felt very comfortable and pleased with my decision choosing a Beazer home.
