Very happy with my house.

I am very happy with my new Beazer home. The staff are so helpful even after purchase to make sure everything is how it’s supposed to be. Pretty sure other companies don’t give you someone to text after you purchase a home to talk to about any questions. If you are looking for a nice community and great people, definitely look at Beazer.

Hello, My wife and I have an amazing and positive experience with Beazer Homes and their sales/construction team. Cathy, Manny and Jay are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They made the home buying process very seamless and any concerns we had were addressed in a timely and professional manner.

My wife and I were looking for homes for 2 weeks and our realtor showed use approximately 50+ homes, resales and new. Finally we were introduced to Beazer Homes in Estrella Mountain Ranch. What they had to offer was very appealing to our needs. The craftsmanship and quality of the home exceeded our expectations. What really made up our mines was the air handling system that cleans contaminates out of the air while also helping with cooling the air and this intern helps the airconditioning. Also the home is well insulated to help keep it cool in the summers. Amber W. was our point of contact and she did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the home and products. We were able to see a home on May 31 and move in on June 27. The Beazer team helped us with every aspect and made themselves available for 2 window measuring visits before move in. Thank you Kim and Parker!

My overall experience with Beazernot bad. The sales people on the other hand, need more training and honesty, integrity and loyalty ! The design center the young lady I had was not knowledgeable on a lot of things that were discontinued or no longer offered ! over all experience pretty good.

It's been a great experience . When I've had questions or when I needed dome minor repair, it was handled immediately. Things couldn't have gone better.

The overall process can be stressful. That was not the case. We have bought homes before, so we understood the process. Beazer has a good team of professionals that care about their customers and their products. We have had a couple of small defects arise from settling of the house. We contacted the builder and he was on it immediately. We appreciate how quickly he organized the repairs. We are very pleased with our decision to purchase our home.

From looking at the home with Ryan, and the pre-buy walkthrough with Kyle. I was very impressed! Kyle's attention to detail was amazing! I'm very happy!

We started in the homebuying process in March 2024. There were several delays due to the section being new and some delays with the roads. Once the process finally started, we were well informed on the progress with our home. Our contractor was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed watching our home come together. This will be our last home purchase and we definitely feel like we made the right decision.

Our experience with Beazer homes was wonderful. This was second time we chose to build our home with Beazer. They were incredibly professional, high-quality work and excellent service. I can honestly say I had no idea what to expect when buying a home. Harriett and Kierstyn were exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. Harriett’s level of professionalism is unparalleled. I would recommend Beazer to everyone looking for a new home.

I can't recommend Bryce enough! From start to finish, Bryce demonstrated professionalism and a personal touch that made our experience exceptional. Even after the completion of our home, he made it a point to check in and ensure we were satisfied with everything. Recently, we encountered an issue with the drainage in our backyard. Although it was no longer Bryce's responsibility, he went above and beyond to ensure the problem was addressed. He kept us informed throughout the process and frequently stopped by our house to update us on the progress. Bryce’s attentiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. House is beautiful snd very energy efficient. It was fresh and clean when I moved in. I got a very detailed explanation of the home and a manual. So exciting for me to buy a brand new Beazer home!

The entire experience was phenomenal from the beginning when Nadia showed the home and highlighted all of the features and upgrades through the walkthrough and closing when Matt explained all the inner workings of the features to the home. Both Nadia and Matt were only a phone call or text away if needed. They were eager to help with any questions I had!

We had a great buying experience from the beginning. Each person we dealt with throughout the build process was exceptional in everything but they all stood out with the information they provided about the modern differences between Beazer and other builders. Understanding how our house works and how energy efficient it is has helped us come to enjoy the house more. We appreciate the attention to detail and the overall willingness to fix area where there were some bruises that happened through the build process. Every builder has them but Beazer never hesitated to take care of us with any issues we had. Purchasing my new home with Beazer was a non stressful experience. They worked very well with my realtor. My sales representitve Nick and on site construction manager Paul have been very helpful and accomodating.

Brian and the design center team did a great job. The sales team was phenomenal.

Lezlie was amazing during the buying process and Jason was very helpful with the home once we closed and had a small issue. Would definitely buy an another beazer in the future!
