We had a great experience using beazer as our first new build for our family. The timing of completion was right on schedule. We loved the great communication from Dawn throughout the entire build. The rest of the construction team, Gabe, Scott, and Mike were all on top of updates, features, and we're available for any questions and concerns during the build. Keep up the good work.

Although it was stressful going through the loan process and title the team at Beazer was very supportive and helped us many times. As a first time homebuyer, I felt the home buying process was definitely much smoother compared to all other competitors. They definitely lived up to the promises and expectations. Be sure to get Home inspection done in two phases if possible because issues if any get identified will be promptly fixed by the team. Overall it was genuinely trustworthy builder to go for in the Raleigh area.

I would rate my experience with Beazer Home, a five out of five. When my husband and I decided on a Beazer Home , we decided to take a tour once we arrived at Jasmine point we were greeted by a very friendly, well informed funny sales rep Michael who throughout the process have become more than just a sales rep our contractor Dan was always on top of our weekly update always answered all her questions made sure that everything was done in a timely fashion. Beazer makes buying a new home easy & fun. Everyone throughout each process including Justin in the sales office always took time to answer all of our questions, and sent us weekly updates on our home’s progress. During the home design portion Jennifer had great suggestions and took all the guesswork out of what can seem like an overwhelming task. Beazer has up-to date and a great variety of options in which to choose when making a house your home. Then there is the walkthrough of your new house, and Chris was there to ensure everything was in perfect working order. There is no request too small that Chris and his team can’t handle. Brian was my salesman. I have built 3 homes and this was by far the best experience of all 3 companies. He bent over backwards answering all my questions. He walked me through the entire process and was there at every turn. He really should be leading your sales force.His demeanor and approach is perfect for your company. Scott always did what he said he was going to do! I loved the call each week! So helpful! Since I have been in the home the warranty department had to come fix a window above the door that wasn’t in at closing. They were so great to work with! It was truly a great experience! We got nothing but an excellent service from our builder's team, especially from Mike. He's been always so patient and accommodating anytime we contact him for questions and requests. He always responds in a timely manner, he coordinates and makes sure our needs or questions are well taken care of. He's such a great man and a very valuable asset of your team!
