After months of moving through the construction process from sales to physical construction, settlement and move in, I couldn't be happier with Cynthia and Shawn as my sales professional and building superintendent. These guys as a team go far above and beyond their "call of duty" to make sure all steps are seamless and smooth. They both have always been very receptive and knowledgeable. I have been involved in the construction industry for over 25 years and understand the process. I know how quickly things can go off the rails. I also could have purchased anywhere with any other builder. I chose Deep Harbour and Beazer because of the level of professionalism presented by both Shawn and Cynthia. Their attention to detail and open communication sealed my deal. Beazer should be very pleased to know how hard their staff works to make sure the client feels comfortable and secure with a major purchase such as a new home. We are glad with our decision to buy a Beazer home in the Cove. We truly enjoy the serene environment and the clean neighborhood with promises of getting better in greenery and kept after landscaping. The existing and new residents and owner are young professionals mostly new to Sacramento. Beazer stage were very helpful in home buying process, on time delivery of the house nearly exact to the original plan and the added options. I highly recommend Beazer construction quality and refined finishes throughout the house.

Had a great customer service experience with Beazer Homes and very satisfied with the overall process. Matt Cherry, Joe MC Clure, and Tony were very helpful and transparent even after closing. Will recommend Beazer to anyone looking for a new build home.

Working with everyone in Beazer was nice. Specially Greg, from the pouring of the slab to the completion of the house he kept us up to date.

I had amazing experience buying Beazer homes. All the upgrades are as expected. I mean finishing is good but could be better. Customer service is great since they have done quick jobs for repairing after move in. The grass layout could be better. Overall nice work

The buying and building of our new home was seamless. The experience with Beazer was exceptional. Hayley and Janssen did an great job of communicating and keeping us up to date on progress with our home. I would highly recommend Beazer to anyone looking at building or purchasing a new home.

Working with Beazer Homes was great , the best part was how they made you feel included, from the Kick off meeting to the final work through, they explained everything in the home as they were completing it. Working with Bobby and Brett was great, they were always there when we had any questions. Great Experience!

From the first introduction to the final closing date the Beazer team were true professionals and provided top not assistance. They answered every question we had, walked us through the entire process and made it a smooth transition. We love our new home!

I had a wonderful experience with Beazer. The construction process went smoothly. Janssen provided weekly updates and completed my new home by the date promised. Even after delivery, it is still apparent that Janssen and his team are committed to making sure I am a happy homeowner.

This was our first time buying a brand new home. It was actually a spec home that was being built in the neighborhood and was pretty far along when our realtor found it. We didn't get to pick any of the features, but we were happy with everything our house had. We were also impressed with everything the house came with such as gutters, sprinkler system, everything energy efficient. The support after purchase and closing was very impressive. Brewer the construction manager was amazing. First he was able to get the house finished a couple days early which meant we could close earlier. At the walk through, Brewer already had a bunch of things marked before we showed up for our walk through. We had to have a second round of punch out items fixed and he took care of coordinating all the appointments. Even when I would forget to reply to a vendor, he would send me reminders. If I ever had a question about the house, all I had to do was text Brewer. While we didn't start this house from scratch, we are really pleased with our Beazer house and everything it came with. From the time we met Steve we were welcomed with open arms. He was inviting, knowledgeable and always available and still is. Christian too is a Godsend. He was always punctual, polite and prepared. Even when we experienced a challenge he met with us to discuss, review and resolve with a proactive approach. These 2 gentlemen are extremely valuable to the team and played a major role in helping add us to the Sycamore Cove Community. When clients and/or future neighbors have an opportunity to work with these guys, it is likely they'll feel at home, they'll feel confident in the event there is an issue and they'll share in referring others to the Hidden Gem known as Sycamore Cove. ... Just purchased my second Beazer home and I can wholeheartedly recommend Beazer Homes.

We have recently moved from California to Florida. We did a lot of research on Florida homes and homebuilders. After visiting lots of new home developments with an agent we settled on Beazer homes. From the first time you walk into a Beazer model home the high quality and standards of construction are quite evident. The sales people are very knowledgeable and not high pressure. We found what we wanted, our forever home. The construction process went smoothly and on schedule. Through out the construction we were kept informed by our construction manager Greg and service rep. Alex. We were able to visit at various stages to see the extra efforts to make our home energy efficient, secure, and safe. At the end of construction we received immediate support massaging a few rough edges. Greg and Alex went above and beyond to make our forever home perfect. Good experience working with representative Colin. Always available for questions. Good responses on any issues that have come up. The issues I've had are all minor ones and Beazer homes has reacted to my requests.

I came to the game late buying a spec home, but the overall experience was great. Travis was super about keeping me up to date on the final pieces, and did everything to get me a closing date that I wanted. Dealing with the HOA has been easy. I wanted to put in a fence and a pool and they approved everything before I closed, which really helped my timelines

Overall working with the folks at Beazer was great. Only one problem. We have never received the “black book” with information we would like to have or or a thumb drive containing this info. We’re hoping this review will cause someone to contact us with the info.

My wife and I are first time home buyers and came across The Cove by Beazer homes in March of 2023. We were very impressed by the beautiful community and look of the homes. The team was very helpful with helping us select the right plan and customizing the inside. We were extremely satisfied with the final result and absolutely love the community! Would definitely recommend Beazer Homes to other people looking to purchase a quality home!
