Our experience with Beazer was great, we were given weekly updates on progress of our home and Hunter continued that service after closing addressing any issues we had very promptly. I would highly recommend Beazer to anyone in the future.

I've never bought a brand new home, but had bought homes before. We went looking at models homes from three different builders just to look. Beazer homes were steadily above in finishes, energy efficiency, attention to detail, and livability. I'm glad we saw the other builders homes to just know how valuable this home is. Once we decided on the home, I pushed the sales team, who worked with the selected lenders and we got closed and in our home in a miraculous 32 days from seeing it to keys to the front door. We identified some cosmetic issues in the punch walk which all got taken care of before we closed. But, the after care is what convinces me this was a good choice. We had a superficial defect in one toilet - they replaced it. We had the breaker on our refrigerator tripping - they replaced it. There nothing in this house that I don't feel comfortable asking them to look at, and they are always attentive. I don't know why I might move again, but Beazer will be the first builder I look at in any area. ... More

Me and my husband had an amazing homebuying experience with Danell. From start to finish she was so welcoming and made my first home buying, experience great. The only part that I wish would have went smoother is working with the lenders that Beazer recommended. Overall, I do think Danell and all the hard work that she put in over the course of our eight month process.

I had booked home with Beazer and Garrett was assigned builder for my home. He took care of most issues reported and closed us on time. There are few pending stuffs post closing for which he responds on time and working with vendors to get them fixed and/or corrected. Overall it is a nice experience to work with him.

We really love our home. The layout is dang near exactly what we needed, and there’s enough room for all of us to comfortably live. The buying process was a bit chaotic. I’ve worked with Nick before, and on the initial walk throughs he’s very informative and good at what he does. Once we were under contract though we experienced a lot of stress. We were told there were multiple walk throughs we would get. I asked about those on multiple occasions and heard “I’m going into a meeting with the builders and should have an answer for you this afternoon” with no follow up. We asked about lot 50 being opened for us since we were at the last day of February, and the answer I got was that our house choice elevation would not fit on that lot. Funny, that lot has a sienna sitting right on it now. I finally got a walk through with John and met him and Greg. They really turned the experience around for us in that moment and we were very appreciative. Near the end I would have my realtor call Nick, and he wouldn’t answer. Then I would call, and still no answer. Then my lender, WHO DOESN’T WORK FOR BEAZER even though I know there’s a referral deal for using them, would call and Nick would pick up immediately. This happened on more then one occasion. It happened more often then it didn’t. For the final walk through our floor outlet was put in the wrong spot, John got that fixed for us really quick! It was nice. Then our appraisal was another issue. It came in low, and Nick said “[Here’s our offer, take it or leave.]” No negotiating? We said we’d agree, but I wasn’t totally happy about it. I also told him I’d be totally happy if we could negotiate some of the furniture from the model home into the deal. I was told it was under contract BUT that if the person didn’t want the furniture Nick would make sure I was the first person in there. I liked a shelf set from the flex room, and the bedroom set at the top of the stairs. Greg brought us the shelves, but Nick never called me. I also found that the furniture was sold, and I was never offered a chance to bid on anything. Then closing came. We got our keys from John around 5:30 pm. Closing was another nightmare. We signed one night, and the next day it took someone ALL DAY to sign and we almost didn’t get our keys that day. With that aired, I want to EMPHASIZE how appreciative we are of Greg and John. There was a lot asked of them, and they delivered! I could ALWAYS get ahold of them both and they answered my questions. If they had to get the information first, they always contacted back with me with the answer. I never had to go looking, so to say, for Greg and John. They make a huge difference to your company and I think they should be rewarded for their work ethic. It is far above what I’ve experienced from any one else in Beazer, and out in the world of real estate. Mr. Gregory H______, the Maintenance manager/ coordinator was very helpful in correcting discrepancies found during inspection and performing any issues as found. Excellent response to resolve issues as it comes during house purchase. I give him a 5 stars all around, he is wonderful person to work with. Mr. Cesar and Ms. Nora

I had a great time with watching my New home be built , Gregory and John were such professionals that I really don’t think you could get anyone better them !! Loved them guys. I am amazed at how well my house was and is built through Beazer Homes ! I’m so glad it all happened the way it did ! Very Happy here. :)

Beautiful interior & layout . Energy efficient design and was very beneficial during our very hot summer. Any touch ups we needed, Brian & D was right on it . Overall experience from start to closing has been very good. Amber in sales was very professional and very knowledgeable.

Beazer has been great to work with and has gone above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met during and after the building process. The staff is friendly and accessible and I am grateful for the quality standard that Beazer maintains.

Buying our home here in Surfside Plantation was great! Brandon, Jessica and Rudy were the best! Only complaint I have is the interior paint. Have been to Sherwin Williams 4 times trying to match interior paint with no luck. I would highly recommend using a better quality semi gloss for future homes. Flat paint is near impossible to clean scuff marks and is impossible to match. Such a disappointment.

Great experience purchasing my home from Beazer! The sales team was responsive and professional while out of state and made things very easy! I had a few things that needed to be looked at after moving in and the customer service team was on it right away. Benito with the construction team has been communicative and helpful in navigating the process of requesting work orders. Overall, I am very happy with the process and the team!

The whole buying experience with Beezer was great. You can tell that the construction managers really want you to have the best experience in your new home. Any inconvenience they will get to it as soon as possible even with all of the other construction still going on in the development.

We saw advertisement on Facebook and liked the plans and price range. We immediately visited site on same day. Kristen welcomed us and explained us all available options. We decided to go with end unit and Maxwell floor plan, it has nice view both front and back. During construction process Kristin was giving us weekly updates with photos. We would also like to thank you David and DaMarcus for answering all our questions during our visit at construction site. DaMarcus helped to address most of the issues we noticed during our initial 45 days. We highly recommend Beazer homes.

I am an employee of Beazer Homes and have now purchased my second home from Beazer. David did an amazing job finishing my home and went above and beyond my expectations. I'm extremely happy about the rating my home received on the HERS score. 33 on the HERS score is an incredible achievement and will certainly save me alot of money on my utility bills. :) Thanks David and Beazer for providing me with another quality built home.

We had a fantastic experience with Beazer and everything went incredibly smoothly from the day we walked into the community office. Kevin and Cory specifically were great to work with and answered every question we ever had and addressed everything promptly. Made a stressful time (moving/buying a new home) much easier.
