Quality of the home is cheap and not thought through. Urgency to fix warranty problems is the least of there worries and they do not care much after you receive keys.

Everything was top-notch the most well built house we could ever imagine everything was perfect. What a great experience. We love our home thank you.

Closed September 11th, 2024 still many issues not remedied. Jeremy was our builder agent more than 10 things were not complete before closing though he told us multiple times he had it under control. He needs a lot of training and was not able to explain most systems to us. Joel saved most issues Jeremy is a -0- Joel is 5 though so not everything was bad. Jeremy is a very lazy kid he just wanted to blame others for issues. Jeremy also told us many things we should have noticed before closing that were not possible as no exterior caulking and many inside items were not completed until after closing. We still have a few open items. Lesley from warranty has also been good so far she just came into a bad situation. We would go by every week at least once a week and Mark's updates were never right about a single update things he would say that were completed had not been started. Mark also is a -0-. We know that we are not the only people who have had issues in this community as most home buyers here have experienced similar instances with the same individuals. In closing two complete -0-'s and one five is why I give the experience a 2 overall which seems fair at this point. ... More

From our first phone call, through construction, closing and after, Shavon and Justin have “gone several extra miles” to ensure our new home met ADA requirements as well as other specific needs of my 90 year old blind husband. We love our home, it’s beautiful, quiet, wonderfully energy efficient so our electric bill is very low, and safe.

Although few issues remained after closing, the construction manager is very active and helpful in resolving every problem.

Prior to moving in we found many issues that needed repair and pointed them out however they were not addressed. We were told that they could be repaired later if they were not fixed. After moving in we still found many issues

Eric was the gentleman who helped us. He was always available to answer any questions. He was fantastic

Our home buying experience with Beazer was excellent from start to finish. The weekly updates from Brad (sales) and Katheryn (construction mgr) were much appreciated, especially as an out of state buyer. We have been in the home for 2 months now and love it. Everything we wanted it to be. The couple of small follow up issues we have had have been promptly resolved by Kelly in customer care. Couldn't be happier with house and Beazer.

Good experience buying investment property

The experience of purchasing my home was fantastic. The process went smoothly. Tiffany was incredible. She was knowledgeable, replied promptly and provided great support when the sale of my home in NY was delayed. My home is beautiful and I would recommend a Beazer home in a heartbeat to family and friends

Great Quality Home Builder with amazing sales & customer services team who would willing to do above and beyond clients’ expectations.

It’s been a smooth experience and after buying the home you are assigned an agent to address any and all concerns and she has been just perfect.

The builder has been very responsive regarding any issues which you have with a new home. The only downside to our experience is the settlement attorney and settlement office was very poor which we had previously outlined to Beazer.

Since moving to the Metro Phoenix area 21 years ago, I have purchased six homes, 5 which have been my primary residence and 1 which was an investment property. The first house was a new build with another builder. My Beazer home purchase has been the best experience I have had in purchasing a home. The new home process starts with the new home counselor. Christie was absolutely wonderful. She really understood what I was looking for in a home. She listened to me and I felt valued as a customer even before I made the decision to buy a house. She coordinated with my agent with facilitating the achievement of my goal. The support related to financing and design was extremely helpful. The construction process was incredible. It was evident that planning, execution, attention to detail, and open communication were values exemplified by Brandon, my construction manager and his team. I was consistently kept informed of the process and always had my questions addressed. Having Kalona as may customer care support/concierge has been great to coordinate the resolution of any minor issues. Beazer associate help us with the appropriate guidance to a successful homebuying experience. After arrival to our new home Mr. Lozano was welcoming and also followed up with us. He definitely amazing as his job. We are really grateful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my home buying experience with Beazer. I felt they were very attentive to details and to my requests - always responding vey promptly to all of my questions. Now I’m in my new home and I love it. It is not only beautiful, but is well built and very quiet for being a townhome with others on both sides. I’m amazed.

In my opinion there are too many doors. I think bifold would be more practical and take up les space in rooms. I think openings should be wider to accommodate wheelchairs or walkers. I think the use of door handles instead of knobs is preferable. If these options were available, I do not recall them being offered.
