Great service and good quality home built

First time of buying a brand new house and I’m so fortunate to meet my dream home built by Beazer. Very stylish and modern design, super smart and energy efficient configurations, great home plan maximizing use of every sqft. I couldn’t ask for more. Big shoutouts to Joe, John and Maria for doing their 200%, making everything so smooth and offering so much care to us.

We couldn’t have asked for a better first time home buying experience. From start to finish we were guided through the whole process and the entire team helped us through each step. We’ve been in our home over a month now and still can’t believe we are living in our dream home! As the title says…Beazer doesn’t build just houses, they build dreams.

I’m very happy with my experience. Chris J was such an amazing person to work with through the building process. He made sure everything was done right. He went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed, even after closing. He’s very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I would highly recommend him any time, and any day!

I am a second time buyer with Beazer and with great reason. The process is flawless and any questions are explained completely. Details are given throughout the stages of building and the team takes the time onsite to show you when, how and why they proceed methodology to provide a solid energy efficient home. I had a smoke/carbon monoxide detector fail and 1 phone call had someone onsite the same day with a resolution. This team in Estrella Mountain Ranch (Acacia Foothills) takes pride in workmanship from sales to close.

Again Rob and Brandon were significant in the sale of my home. They keep me informed weekly about the building process and details of how things worked.

All staff members and construction crew were a pleasure to work with and accessible whenever needed

I love my new home very nice well built lots of space very comfortable Wayne was the Greatest very down to earth very knowledgeable and supportive very dependable any problems you have he get it asap . Beazer homes highly recommend

Monika Newman was a wonderful & very knowledgeable sales rep who made the whole buying process very easy to follow. She had the perfect personality for the job & really presented herself as a community ambassador of sorts. I was saddened to learn however that she's no longer working for Beazer. There will be a void in her space, not everyone is as personable as she was.

D, Aunt Susie, and Christie made our home buying experience super smooth and as flawless as one can make it. The communication, coordination, and high level of customer service was and still is top notch! Beazer Homes is very lucky to have folks like these three on their team. Through the struggles (which were out of their control), they showed compassion and empathy which helped us through it. These three individuals are greatly appreciated!

I would like to say that the entire experience was super smooth from beginning to end. Devonyll is the best! Even after a few months still stops by if I am outside to make sure everything is going good. Thanks for making it a great experience!!!

Amazing staff all around that helped us find our dream home! The weekly updates via calls and emails with progress pictures were incredible and made us feel included in the process. Our GC and sales rep were the best. Shoutouts to Brandon and Jessica!

The minute we walked into our home, we knew it was THE ONE! It is exactly what we had searched high and low to find! Our Construction Manager communicated with us throughout the completion of our home and met with us right before closing to make sure yet again that we were completely happy. It’s so incredibly energy efficient, our utility bills are a fraction of what we used to pay on a smaller home. Given the choice, we would choose Beazer again!

We've had very positive experiences with Beazer Homes in purchasing our new condo, from visiting the homes, purchasing and moving in, to after moving in. The people from Beazer Homes we met and worked with are super friendly, eager to help, working diligently to make us happy. They patiently answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. They're willing to go above and beyond to correct things for us, especially after we moved in. We are really impressed with their prompt responses in addressing our findings after we've moved in. We can definitely feel that they appreciated we've placed our trust in Beazer Homes and purchased the property from them. In return, they'd want to ensure us that we've made the right decision and to do whatever they can to make us happy. I'm still enjoying my home I have so much to say I don't know how to say it

The Beazer team was highly responsive and helpful during the homebuying experience, allowing us to make the most of our selections and preferences. Overall, the build quality and attention to detail were great. We had few complaints during our walk through, and are really enjoying our new home!

Christie and Susan were extremely kind and professional throughout this entire process. They kept me up to date with each step and make the process seamless. I had a very positive experience with them and will ensure that I recommend them to friends and family. D was an amazing project manager. He communicated with me throughout the process and made sure that I had everything that I needed. Whenever I had an issue, he was always super responsive and made me enjoy my experience even more.

Everyone was so easy to work with and very helpful at every stage of the process! They are very detailed and thorough in the work and so helpful with questions even after we had closed on the house. High quality builders.

My husband and I were looking for a house in Tennessee and came across a quick sale home in the Waverley community located in Mount Juliet. The house is exactly what we were looking for. Their sales team was extremely helpful with getting us in contact with some of their lenders, one of whom we decided to go with who is able to help us close on our house in just over two weeks. Chris and Mike from Beazer met me to do the walk-through before closing and were extremely friendly and helpful then and are still a pleasure to work with to this day, almost three months after closing.
