I highly recommend to do business with Beazer Homes their costumer service is second to one. I am Completely impressed with her professionalism. Great team to work with.

We moved from WA to AZ and had to do a contingent offer. Beazer was one of the few builders who allowed a contingency and they were very patient with us while our WA home was selling. They were very accommodating when it came to our final walk through. We were flying out for it but unfortunately the Delta computer issues caused a mass disruption and our flight was cancelled. Irving allowed us to do our walk through via our agent and FaceTime. Irving has been wonderful from day 1 and continues to check on us. Courtney who wrote up the offer was also great. We have been in our home for only just over two months and I would never recommend Beazer, not even my worst enemy if I had one. Communication from the office, simply on small things important to existing in the community, is the worst. They’re incredibly friendly, but can’t answer any questions and the info they do have, they fail to share. The construction manager is just a salesman. It’s incredibly difficult to get things done and I spend weeks on weeks changing him down for things he said he’d do. He’s made promises and provided information that’s outright false. There’s been so many issues from Beazer directly, we greatly regret purchasing a home from Beazer. There’s so many issues we’ve had with the home itself it’s unreal. Beazer can’t even handle making sure taxes are paid. The quality and workmanship compared to what they “valued” it at does not match. ... More

I can say that my experience was unlike probably no one else might have gone through. We were in a spot to sell my home and move in quick. My husband not well and he did not make it we passed before we moved but I cannot say enough about Courtney and team made everything so smooth and quick. I just love my new home and especially that I am so close to my family in walking distance it was if the house was made for me . I give the Beazer family a 10+ on everything

Very quick and efficient process.

Beezer- When it comes to details, they cover in it caulk. Most children can finger paint better than the labor used on our build. Most of the doors are hung wrong and you can see in the rooms with the doors closed. Landscaping and sprinkler system had to be replaced and or corrected by professionals. Paint and texture spray coats most of the trim, doors, and floors. Tile work has the same problems. There were two broken tiles. If the cut was wrong just caulk it. So many mistakes on the exterior paint. The spray foam installers left the fire place covered with cheese cloth to prevent spay from getting on the pipe. When we started the fire place it almost caught on fire as they didn’t remove it. General contractor just shows up and lurks around the property unannounced. Still does it after complaining to his supervisor. With all their purchasing power, they still use MDF floor trim that follows the waves of the uneven studs. Closet shelves don’t make any sense so hire a designer. It’s hard to say what the actual value is on this build after covid, but it seems like it valued 200k too high based on the clear evidence of untrained and unseasoned labor. They did a great job on the energy efficiency. Beezer has no concept of the details. Their fixes are worse than the original mistakes. Don’t bother with the closing checklist, hire professionals. ... Dawn, our sales agent was very helpful through the whole process. The contractor, John, explained most of the systems and helped with the few things that needed fixing. Joe has finished fixing what was needed. Over all, everything has gone smoothly.

construction supervisor Robert was excellent throughout the build. He took over after construction was well underway. Always responded to my concerns promptly and took care of those issues quickly. As far as Beazer homes in general, I would say their building standards are of good quality and the home is well built.

I had a great experience, everything was smooth, easy and helpful . Just start leaving here but happy with my new town house !

Quality of beazer home is getting so bad. Just moved in, but more than dozen of warranty issue have been submitted so far. There are more to come.

The entire experience has been amazing. The sales person (Detra) and QC/walk-through person (Tony) both went above and beyond. Their professionalism, knowledge and dedication were what set Beazer apart from other builders to us.

The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. Everyone is so helpful, and they care about not just your home, but your experience as well. They are very slow about getting things done. Also, they can improve their Customer Service. I was not pleased with Beazer homes builder.

I did not get to choose any options but I knew that was the deal going in. But I loved the design options they gave me and they checked almost every box for me. The communication was great and they stuck to their delivery dates. Takes a lot of the uncertainty out of the buying (and selling) process.

Our experience purchasing our Beazer home was nothing short of exceptional. From our very first interaction with Liz and Nick in their sales department, we were guided with professionalism and care. Throughout the entire selection process with Nicole and later construction with Henry, every detail was handled very smoothly. When it came time for the final completion, Henry’s expertise and attention to detail truly shined. We always felt supported and reassured, knowing we were in the best hands every step of the way.

Our experience from start to finish was amazing. We did not live in the area, Brad and Katheryn made our experience amazing. We felt as if we were there!! The weekly updates and pictures were great. Katheryn did an amazing job teaching us about our home and you could see the pride she took in building my dream home. It didn't end after closing. Brad and Katheryn made us feel special and both took pride in letting us know that we could come to them for questions. The quality of the house they built shows in every little detail. Everyone was good to work with in the office and in the building stages. Everything seemed to flow pretty good thru whole process.

House was supposedly finished a month after the initial closing date. While we were doing the final walk through, the house was still being worked on but we had to close that day. We were told not to worry because there was a warranty. Then after closing we were told that the defects, such as scratched cabinets, paint drippings or any other defect isnt covered unless they were on the pre closing list. Carpet strips weren’t installed correctly, which resulted in cutting our feet and we were told to repair it.

Just moved in and absolutely love my new Beazer home. The entire process was very seamless and easy. The customer service by sales, builder and design center was pure excellence!!! Thank you, Beazer Family for an awesome experience. Happy Home Owner!!!!!
