I recently purchased a new home, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship that was put into every aspect of the home. The layout is open and spacious, with plenty of natural light and beautiful finishes throughout. One of my favorite things about my new home is the kitchen. It's modern and functional, with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space for meal preparation. The bathrooms are also stunning, with luxurious fixtures and finishes that make me feel like I'm staying in a high-end hotel. The neighborhood is also fantastic - it's quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors and plenty of green space. I enjoy taking walks in the evenings and feeling a sense of community with the other residents. We had a really easy buying experience with the builder, our builder John, was very helpful in answering questions, getting any issues resolved at closing and has also taught us alot in the process about the building process. He has gone above and beyond in helping us. Our entire experience was made 100x better by the builder/manager we had.

We purchased the house in late January and for the three months we have been in this house we had amazing experience in follow up from everyone. Small cosmetic fixes, electrical issues, paint issues are all being taken care of. The team consisting of Keisha, Mike, Joanne, Shannon, Troy, Cindy - everyone has been very helpful and happy to help us. I truly am very happy our first house has been bought from Beazer. We had a fantastic experience at Brookstone West during the building and purchase process of our new home. Cyndy, David, Kyle and Adam were professional and experts in their respective field. Each of them graciously answered question after question we had from the drainage of the yard to the rafters in the house. The weekly update calls were informative and exciting as we learned of the progress made each week. Great communication!! As the closing date came closer and closer, they paid attention to every detail in our home to ensure the home was ready for us on time and perfect. We appreciate the time and effort they made to ensure we had a smooth walk through, closing process and finally handing us the keys to our new home. We purchased a move-in ready Garden Home so our experience is a bit different but we can say that our meetings with John, Bob and the Phils’ were great. Everything was explained and gone over and questions were answered promptly. The mortgage process was also very easy. Once we submitted our information we were contacted within the hour. All in all we’re very pleased with the progress and those people we dealt with.
