I did not get to choose any options but I knew that was the deal going in. But I loved the design options they gave me and they checked almost every box for me. The communication was great and they stuck to their delivery dates. Takes a lot of the uncertainty out of the buying (and selling) process.

Our experience purchasing our Beazer home was nothing short of exceptional. From our very first interaction with Liz and Nick in their sales department, we were guided with professionalism and care. Throughout the entire selection process with Nicole and later construction with Henry, every detail was handled very smoothly. When it came time for the final completion, Henry’s expertise and attention to detail truly shined. We always felt supported and reassured, knowing we were in the best hands every step of the way.

Everything went well from our buying experience to our move in.

The experience for buying the house is very comfortable and received very great service and assistance from your sales representative.

Our experience from start to finish was amazing. We did not live in the area, Brad and Katheryn made our experience amazing. We felt as if we were there!! The weekly updates and pictures were great. Katheryn did an amazing job teaching us about our home and you could see the pride she took in building my dream home. It didn't end after closing. Brad and Katheryn made us feel special and both took pride in letting us know that we could come to them for questions. The quality of the house they built shows in every little detail. Highly recommend Beazer Homes.

Everyone was good to work with in the office and in the building stages. Everything seemed to flow pretty good thru whole process.

House was supposedly finished a month after the initial closing date. While we were doing the final walk through, the house was still being worked on but we had to close that day. We were told not to worry because there was a warranty. Then after closing we were told that the defects, such as scratched cabinets, paint drippings or any other defect isnt covered unless they were on the pre closing list. Carpet strips weren’t installed correctly, which resulted in cutting our feet and we were told to repair it.

Just moved in and absolutely love my new Beazer home. The entire process was very seamless and easy. The customer service by sales, builder and design center was pure excellence!!! Thank you, Beazer Family for an awesome experience. Happy Home Owner!!!!!

We originally signed a contract to purchase a spec home, but the slow real estate market in the state where we lived kept us from selling our home in time to complete the purchase. Beazer graciously allowed us to transfer our earnest money to custom build a home, and they sold the spec home. Our home in another state finally sold, and we closed on our custom Beazer home. They have been prompt and efficient in correcting all issues in the new home. Never been treated so badly and they literally ripped me off. Extremely unhappy with their sales rep and acting VP. I literally had to play super superintendent and if it wasn’t for this nothing would have gotten done properly. House was 6 months late and just a nightmare to deal with. They say they want you to be happy I’m telling you I’m not but more importantly they don’t care that I’m not. Read their mission statement. I personally wrote a letter to their president and he did nothing to help me nor did he care. If we would have had the sales rep we wanted and their real VP not left none of this would have happened. The area is awesome the home turned out because of me being the super superintendent but it was painful and they turned their back on us for complaining. Apparently it is illegal in their minds for you to question or point out things not done right or improperly. They know I’m not happy and they knew I would tell the world you’re reading this so that should tell you everything you need to know. If they truly wanted you to be happy you would not be reading this because it would be positive not negative. Never again will I buy a Beazer home. But as you can read they don’t care and if they did you would not be reading this. Whatever you do do not buy a home directly from them. If you must buy one buy one already built trust me you will be happier and will get a better house. ... More

Awesome team making purchase process easy, team who did the walk thru and after services, great job on following up and explaining.

Had a good experience with sales personnel. However, closing was another story. Our closing was postponed twice, once a week or so before closing. The second time was a day before closing at which time we were informed that due to some issues, we wouldn't be able to close. We were faced with a manager with little support and empathy. It made our experience with Beazer unpleasant. We had already contracted movers, furniture, etc., and were staying at a hotel waiting to close.

In general, the overall homebuying experience was great!

Great building experience! Christian and his team sent us weekly updates on the process and kept us informed throughout the entire process.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our new home! From start to finish, Beazer exceeded our expectations. The team was professional, transparent, and communicative throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our vision and turned it into a reality, paying close attention to every detail. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and you can tell they truly care about quality. Every deadline was met, and there were no hidden surprises or costs.

I know each person and experience is different, but I can't provide many positive experiences with purchasing a new home with Beazer. I know that in the future I would think twice and look at other builders. Now that I have moved in, I feel they care more about the sale and getting it done rather than making the experience and home good for the buyer. Be mindful about what you see if the model because they don't always provide you what you think is standard and will state "it is subject to change by the builder, and you signed that in your contract" (to me this is false advertising if I fell in love with one area and that is not what I got). They don't build a home with a practical daily functional use view in my opinion (short depth shelving, use of flat paint in daily use areas with no option to upgrade, etc.). The communication throughout both buying and warranty is/was lacking and from talking with other buyers who moved in the community before me, they had the same issues and obviously Beazer is not learning from those and making sure new home buyers don't have to experience it. Recommend always getting a third-party inspection. It's a lot of money and to not get the home exactly as you thought, is disappointing. Really feel that we made the best decision for our family. Move in process was really good and Josh and Colten made things happen in a priority and fast time frame. Did not enjoy the preferred lender process with US Bank but overall did not change our experience.

I cannot say enough about the Beazer team we dealt with during our new townhome purchase. Rob Law (sales) was outstanding; very attentive to our needs. He is a true professional. Trey Peck was our primary contact for the building process; he too was outstanding. Providing weekly updates on the build progress and very responsive to our questions and requests. Buying a home remotely can be a stressful endeavor but the Beazer team made it a (surprisingly) pleasant process.

Started with just a lazy Sat afternoon, taking a drive. Came across this new division. Took 1 tour loved the presentation, went to our old house slept on it literally 48hrs later made the commitment to sell our old home and buy here. It felt like a custom home for us because we purchase when it was only wood and foundation slab. Watching our house turn into a home was a lovely experience. The builder was very communicative, every Monday about the progress and they finished a week before expected, so we got to move in 10days early. We visited during the build and every Sunday there wee new additions to the house. It was a wonderful experience. The purchase was smooth and not as scary as people make it out to be. Beazer worked with us, our schedule and really are excellent. I have been talking about our new area to friend and family and the beautiful models Beazer has. The homes are absolutely gorgeous. We have been in our new home about a month now. The timeline for the build was a little longer than anticipated but the home as a finished product is awesome. We have had a few hiccups with things like the oven not working 100%, and Beazer has jumped on each issue to make sure it was addressed and we were satisfied with their response time. Overall, it has been a great experience and a really nice home.

Everyone at Beazer, the whole crew, from the ladies in the sales office to the guys overseeing the construction was great to deal with. Every question asked was answered swiftly. No guess work through out the whole buying process. They made sure any issues were resolved quickly. I didn't really know how to get the solar system up and running, Larry helped get that going. There were minor issues with little things in the house, Carl and Tony got on top of it. That's what matters...the point after. Not just selling you the house at the beginning.

Overall had a great experience with everyone in this community. I had consistent communication before closing (Tiffany was on TOP of it!) and Carl was also always very friendly. After closing, there were some issues which took some time to get fixed. However, once I was assigned to Tony for after-care assistance - he was amazing!! He is really on top of all the issues and gets things done really well. He is always on property and checking up on everyone. I would definitely recommend Gardenia to anyone looking for a well-made townhome.
