From start to finish Beazer Homes has you covered. They walk you thru step by step not missing a beat to make the process of buying smooth. They go above and beyond to make sure this life event is a happy one you will remember for ever. But wait it doesn't stop after your closing day, Beazer Homes continously check up on you to make sure your quality home is up to your standards after moving day. The warranties that come with the house is exceptional, simply call or email in to customer service and the problem is resolved in under a week. Great work from a thoughtful builder.

We were so happy with our experience working with Chris and Cindy. They both were very responsive throughout the entire process and everything happened exactly as they said it would from the beginning. We were expecting delays since it is a new build but we actually closed earlier than the target date. We were here in the beginning when it was all dirt streets. Seeing our dream home come to life was exhilarating. The Waverly neighborhood is shaping up to be a beautiful place to enjoy for many years to come. Overall purchasing experience was stress-free and smooth. Since moving in, there have been some minor issues that were covered under the warranty and fixed tinely. Joseph, our customer care rep, has been helping us and has been great. Build quality seems good for the most part, and the neighbors seem really nice. My wife and I look forward to raising our family in our beautiful home for years to come!

I’d like to say Alex was incredible to work with. He made things very smooth and effortless to get to closing. He was very responsive all the way to closing on our house and ensured to make sure everything was perfect even after closing. Janssen was also absolutely incredible. He got us familiar with our home and any minor things that needed attention was done very very quickly. He as well checked in on us after closing to make sure we were all set. Overall one of the best teams I’ve had the experience of working with.

Everyone I dealt with in this community was excellent! Even at times they did not have an answer immediately they would respond in a timely manner. Angie, Mary Allen, Chris and Jody are assets for Beazer homes!

We love everything about our house. Beazer has excellent customer service and they made the process easier by taking us through each step in our initial meeting. The weekly updates about the construction progress were helpful. Our builder Chris is very knowledgeable and responsive and addressed all our concerns even the smallest ones before closing.

Nothing is built perfect but when an issue arises, the representative is right there to have the issue fixed

My experience with the purchase of a new townhome was greatly enhanced by the compassionate understanding of what my needs were. This began with Detra. And then the experience was greatly enhanced also by Brett and the progress photos since everything was delayed. So far, the icing on the cake has been Tobie who has been helpful in every way.

We would like to thank Beazer and their incredible staff for their 5-star customer service and for making this an incredibly stress-free experience. At every level we experienced professionalism and a willing to go the extra mile for us. We love our new home and appreciate all the fine attention to detail that the Brandon and his team gave in turning over our home.

The team at Beazer Homes were very pleasant and informative from the start to finish of our build at Bordeaux Walk.Weekly updates of progress were provided and beneficial. Travis was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the process. We are happy and excited to be moving into this community. I must add that watching homes go up around us that the workforce that build these home are dedicated and hardworking. Thanks Beazer for a comfortable and quality home!

Nancy, our new home counselor, went the extra mile to make things happen. She listened to our lot requirements and found us the perfect lot. She kept us updated on progress and provided prompt follow up to our questions. Nathan, Cameron, and Jorge are very knowledgeable and professional, getting back to us quickly to answer questions or resolve any issues. Jorge is a pleasure to work with. He provides excellent customer service and keeps us up to date on scheduling of trades. He makes sure to follow up to ensure things are taken care of. They all go above and beyond and are true assets to the Beazer team. Throughout the building process, we only had one hiccup - cabinetry. Overall good experience than before and we like the quality of material used in building the house

From start to finish Jessica walked us thru the process. Her experience and knowledge of the Beazer Homes made us feel confident in choosing the right home and community for our family. She is always professional and patient, always made us feel comfortable to reach out to her no matter what questions we had. We know this journey was less stressful because of Jessica.

The build processes was quick and painless. JB was all over everything we needed to be done and kept us updated every step of the way. He is super busy all of the time but will always make time for you when you need him.

We worked with a very knowledgeable on Beazer homes she has sold us 2. Also worked with Jace. He also helped with several issues. Great team and great experience.

We fell in love with the plan, the builder, the sales office and follow post moving in!
