I rate a 15 out of 10! The first-time experience of purchasing a home can be rather strenuous and challenging, but the Beazer Homes team made the entire process easy! From viewing homes and choosing my beautiful property, to closing and getting my keys, I'll never forget this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

The whole process from start to do no ish was amazing! I would recommend Beazer and this development to anyone. LOVE LOVE LOVE my new home, the beautiful clubhouse, the wakability, neighborhood and landscaping. So many beautiful details were out into the design of my home and the neighborhood.

Every aspect of our home-buying experience with Beazer Homes was nothing short of exceptional! We have visited several model homes from different builders but the minute we stepped into the Beazer Homes model home, Joanne warmly and professionally greeted and provided us with just the right amount of information we needed to make our decision to choose Beazer Homes. We felt that she wasn't just trying to sell us a house but was sincere in understanding what we were looking for. She answered all of our questions and we could feel how genuine and honest she was. This was a big factor in our decision to go with Beazer as we wanted to work with someone we felt we could trust and partner with during the entire construction and home-buying process. Beazer's build quality is top-notch. We haven't had any issues with our home since we moved in almost 4 months ago. Their claim of building an energy-efficient home does not disappoint! We find that we only need to run our heater or AC for a very short period of time and the temperature in the home is well-balanced in all of the rooms. In addition, the open floor plan and even the standard options are of great quality. Lastly, Beazer Homes truly care about our overall satisfaction. They are serious about getting feedback on our experience and they are very responsive and have taken action in everything we have presented to them. This includes every aspect of our home-buying journey from negotiations with the contract, choosing options at the design studio, the construction period, closing escrow, and even after moving in. We are so happy and extremely satisfied with choosing Beazer as our builder and would not hesitate to buy another Beazer home in the future. Its my first home and I am Loving it..

Having Brewer as our PM has been a great experience through our whole process with his weekly updates and when we moved into the home of making sure everything has been smooth. He has been very good a setting everything to be fixed in the house on things we didn’t catch until we moved. Brewer has been outstanding.

After our first month in our Beazer Duets townhome, we couldn’t be more pleased. The features, decor and top notch build quality have made for a beautiful home that hits the mark for both form and function. The service and responsiveness to any questions or concerns have been met with prompt replies and excellent customer care.

We recently closed on our Beazer home and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Alex and Greg were exceptional. Special shout-out to Greg. He went above and beyond over and over and over. He checked on things after we closed but before we moved and made sure everything was perfect. Super responsive and one of the most professional guys I’ve been around. Would recommend them to anyone

I think most large builders are not very consumer friendly, however Beazer is set-up to be sure you always have a person to turn to for help. In our case Hayley in sales stayed with us all the way through closing with prompt updates and awesome handling of any concerns that might crop up. Janssen our project manager was excellent. Every time we visited the site and he spotted us he came over to be sure we were satisfied with the progress. I believe the quality of these homes are excellent and they have a particular inside air control system that filters the outside air coming into the house. Upon purchasing the house I really didn't give this feature much consideration, however, my Grandson has been suffering badly with allergies since our move to Tenn. but when he is in our house his allergies disappear. At first we didn't catch the relationship but soon it became apparent it was the air filter system when he would walk out the door and start sneezing within a minute. Bob did a fantastic job of taking care of every issue I encountered or any question I had both during the building process and afterwards. The post closing details have been attended to nicely and all workers have been courteous and responsive. I love my new home!

From the inquiries Nicholas chupa is very helpful answer all our inquiries ! To design down to Greg they are all excellent , specially Greg he is always there every time we call him for any problem He is very accommodating . What surprised us is they are fast but every thing was build according to building code , solid and beautifully designed and we think we really got a good deal with our new build home we will recommend them to my family and friends

We had a great experience with our sales agent, Alex, and continue to have great support from Beazer Homes due to Micah. He has handled a few "hiccups" discovered after our move in, expeditiously. Very good experience overall!

My wife and I really enjoy our experience with Beazer and felt like they were very interested in our feelings and thoughts throughout the buying process. Specifically, the lead contractor Todd really made us feel like our voice and opinions were important to him personally. Never once did we feel like we were not being hear throughout the build of our new home. Kathy was our realtor and point of contact and she ALWAYS responded to us within the day we reached out. Everything was good except the transformer delivery & house delayed 5 months .

We had a wonderful experience buying and building our new home with Beazer! We got very detailed information upfront about how the process would work, which helped answer a lot of our questions and made us feel comfortable. The Counselors were extremely kind and knowledgeable about the new home building process. We got great customer service as they helped us picked out the designs and materials from thousands of miles away! We also loved that we got pictures every week so we could see the house’s progress at each step. Any issues we had, they were quick to fix them for us, and worked with us to make sure we were happy. While this was not our first experience with closing on a home . It is our first experience with working with a builder and it’d representative . Jeff ( the builder ) I had noted in my phone , showed excellent concern for us . What I really appreciated was our weekly updates video .I was told that he was the only one that did this , it was extremely helpful and kept our expectations and excitement on high ! Monika help me to feel confident that although we were out of State the communication was extremely helpful and we were well informed .
