From the beginning with picking out what model we wanted, Lynn was really professional and knowledgeable and made our experience very easy, everyone we spoke to from Beazer was great and helpful in picking our floors, tile lighting and everything else, I have told everyone that asked me that they should check out this Bilder if they are thinking about buying a new home.

They have been wonderful in answering our concerns and questions. They have gone above and beyond time after time.

We were priced out of the Washington DC real estate market and were very happy to find a Single Family Home near the beaches(!) in Delaware which was more inline with our budget. The experience with Beazer has been terrific - Trevor has been a tremendous resource as our New Home Counselor and Colin has done a great job educating us about the new home and helping us settle in. We are new to Delaware and had quite a few questions during the buying process, but they were all addressed with attentiveness and in a very timely manner. Since this is my first time buying a brand new construction, it has been overall a great experience. What ever issues I had in the Condo have been addressed accordingly. I will like to thank this amazing team that has helped me in this process. Jason, Warren, Lee Ann and also Boris who is new to the team.

Although some structural issues did arise after closing as with any new-build, Warren and Boris have been great to work with to address the problems. With some issues still being ironed out, I'm sure they will continue to exceed expectations and get everything resolved promptly with the same attention to detail they always exhibit.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first home with Beazer, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. My journey began when my realtor introduced me to the Beazer homes at Dale Woods, and I couldn't have asked for a better opportunity, as I was specifically looking for a new build. Upon visiting the Dale Woods office, I was warmly greeted by Myla, whose enthusiasm and friendliness immediately made me feel at ease. Her welcoming nature was so infectious that I felt inclined to buy a home right then and there. After deciding on a particular home, Myla guided me through the paperwork and provided me with multiple lender options, even offering incentives for using certain lenders towards my closing costs. Throughout the entire building process, Myla kept me informed every step of the way. With regular updates via pictures, emails, and texts, I always felt in the loop and excited about the progress. She was incredibly responsive to my questions and shared in my enthusiasm as my home took shape. When it came time for the final walkthrough and inspection, I had the pleasure of meeting Wade, another fantastic member of the Beazer team. He took the time to explain every detail of the inspection process, ensuring I understood everything completely. Once I closed on my home, Wade was there to address any issues we identified during the inspection, demonstrating his commitment to customer satisfaction. The beginning of my process was stressful but when I was introduced to Joshua that changed. Joshua made my home buying process easy. Anytime I had a question or concern he was able to provide answers for me in a timely manner. He is very attention to detail oriented when going over things and also has excellent customer service. If I was to do the whole process again Joshua is who I would work with throughout . Everything turned out perfect. Thanks again!

She sent photos of every stage of the home building. She answered multitude of questions.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers and felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. Justin kept us well informed and updated us regularly through each step. We were naturally uneasy about such a big purchase but Justin was always available for questions and was able to alleviate any nerves we had. We were so happy with our whole experience and are grateful to the team for making it as painless as possible.

Great communication from start to finish on my home build process. Ronnie was very informative and proactively updated me on the progress of the build. If I had any concerns or issues, Ronnie clearly explained the situation to me and make sure everything was done right. Any issues identified in my inspection report were immediately addressed right away. I was treated with the upmost customer care from the construction manager.

Robert our salesman was personable and communicated well.

Construction manager D and his team did what they promised to do. All the work was completed in a timely manner. Thank you very much!

D has been such an honed to work with, he has been so helpful and on top of any situation that we had questions of. I would buy another house because of him thank you Amber and thank you Mr.D for his experience we are so blessed!

So far so good! No complaints, and both Dave and Justin were very helpful all throughout the process

Eric and Ken were both great in purchasing my first home! Ken was very easy to work with and was very clear and direct through out the process. Great communication, never misleading, and always followed up with any questions I had. Eric was very thorough in making sure everything was perfect on the house.The build was fantastic and the service after was even better. Also it meant a lot to me he sent out an informative text before our random “Houston freeze” to help me prepare. Never asked him to, but I’m thankful he did as I needed to help. Great experience couldn’t be happier!!

He is very patient and responding to our question very timely manner know his work very well. He was great help in overall to us since the day we had bought this house and moved in property. Till now whenever we need his help is responded back to us by text or call in a very timely manner and take care of his Homeowners request very seriously. Overall if i can give more than 5 stars we should recommended him with 10 stars of service.
