Dawn is simply AMAZING! She walked us through the process without any "hiccups" and being out of town home buyers, she took lots of pictures and updated us often. The design center was awesome---easy and actually a very fun experience. Closing was also super easy and seamless. Keith from the mortgage company couldn't have been any greater! JC is the contractor and took care of everything---even after we moved in, we had hung a flag out front (in the stucco) and a huge gust of wind(s) literally took the flag out of the wall. Closing was smooth and it was great buy. We are here for last one month . No major issue found in house. Also Builder is helping us if any issue comes .

It was a great experience overall, it was our first home! Josh our builder contact was great! Since the first day we met at the blue tape walk. Everything was smooth and great. He took care off all the small details the home had and even after the closing day few things came up and he took care of it. We are in love with our new home!

There are many builders out there, but Beazer Homes is the only option you should be considering. The quality of their build is superior compared to other builders. They built my home as if they were building a home for themselves. Choosing Beazer Homes was the best decision I have made.

Great communications! Both Scott and Laura were very communicative during the whole process. The only hiccup in the whole experience was with Beth, the closing coordinator, when I didn't respond to a question about whether we wanted the Simplwifi device or not. My my wife responded with no (and I thought that I did too) and I was not contacted that they didn't receive my response. Instead they assumed that we did want the device. Other than that issue, the house has been great, seems to be very well built and we love the energy savings features.

We had a great experience moving from out of state. Beazer made the process very simple and was able to accommodate us virtually. Throughout our process, Bethany kept us informed of the progress and what was on the schedule for the upcoming week. Seeing the progress weekly was really exciting. Bethany was on top of everything and kept us well informed. Love our home!

We built a Duet home in Sienna in May 2024 and are very happy with our decision. The entire process from purchase to design through build has been smooth. We had Ronnie as our GC and he has been by our side the entire time. He addressed all of our questions and concerns and was very detailed. We would recommend!
