At the beginning of the year my wife and I were moved to the Houston area and we decided that, for the first time, we will build our home instead of buying one preexisting one and could not be happier!!! We where able to select every detail, every color, and everything... In the Beazer side, Ana and William where outstanding to say the least, helping us in every step of the way, ensuring the quality of the house was achieved, and that we were, as we should, very happy and thrilled about the experience. Overall I believe this has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my personal life and the Beazer team made it possible in a way that we are so appreciative! Overall we had a great experience with our home buying process with Beazer. As with any construction there were areas of improvement and finishing touches needed after closing but eric stayed on top of all of our requests and concerns, scheduling all the different trades to come by and address said areas. No home builder is perfect however, Beazer really strives for customer satisfaction. I would buy a Beazer home again.

Beazer has very streamlined process. There is nothing much to add considering their magnitude of projects. The main question is the value to your money. It might be very attactive with initial lower costs, but they quickly add up in their upgrades and crazy lot premium costs. Considering the lot sizes they have and the house plans it doesn't make sense to me. They have in built some or almost un noticeable cost cuttings or cheap materials unless you live in the house. The paints of the house are cheap even with upgrades and they don't even leave anything behind for any quick fix ups after moving in. The over kitchen and bathroom cabinets is a major draw back even after upgrade. The width and depth of the over all cabinets is smaller. The depth of cabinet drawers is a joke to me. Bathroom cabinets are of no use with any kind of drawers. They do not install any additional faucets like towel hangers, toilet paper holders. Not a lot of flexibility in customization, again it is understandable as they are mass builders than a custom. Moved in and saw some things were missed with the final walk through. Additionally, some things were completed after walk through which left a mess. No one has cleaned it up. My yard is a mucky swamp with green slime destroying the shared fence. Some contractor walked through paint after final walk through and it’s all over my pristine sidewalk and entryway. Everyone is very attentive until after closing. No returned emails regarding repairs. No follow-up for email requests over 1 month. No response, no reply. No call, no follow-up. Now I have extra expenses to replace the rotting shared fence and also pest control for the over abundance of mosquitos breeding in my yard-swamp. ... More

Great experience from start to finish. Angela in sales is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and patient. Huge asset to this team. Works extremely hard with each client. Bill the project manager goes above and beyond every single day. Im convinced he must live here. Huge help and always with a smile. Knows his business well and how to treat his homeowners. Jody and Aaron have been great help also. So far it’s been a very easy transition and I love living here. Thank you beazer

Expect that new home construction completion dates will usualy shift out to later dates. Beazer does a good job of keeping buyer informed of changes

As we all know, building a home can be very stressful. Fortunately, Brady at Beazer Homes was our guy in charge of our new home being built. His communication was top tier and he kept us in the loop with everything that went on at the house. As time went on…our bond with him got even tighter and my Fiancé and I now consider him family. After our home was completed and we moved in…we had questions about little things here and there and he came by the house and took care of things on the spot. Once again…Brady made our home buying experience a great one!

Chris was great at making sure our home was in top shape to move in. He still is great with communication whenever we have question!

Angela, Chris, and Jody have all been very helpful with explaining the step by step building process. My weekly phone chats were always informative. Thanks.

After purchasing our house a little over a month ago, I have been very happy with Beazer Customer Care. Once I place a work order, I usually hear back from Beazer within two days. At that point they contact the sub who worked on the project, and then it’s just a matter of time before they fix the issue. Many times Beazer keeping me in the loop if it doesn’t happen right away. I would purchase from this builder again in a heartbeat.

The customer support after the purchase has been great. The Beazer crew remain readily available, steadfast, and professional for all my questions and concerns.

I have a good experience with the sales person and the construction manager. However it’s been over a month and we still don’t have internet because over a pipe that is broken, as soon as we purchased the home they didn’t care about us, about fixing the issues in the neighborhood itself. It’s been incredibly annoying specially for someone who works from home. Not to mention the poor quality of the grass that was installed in our house.

It was a great experience with Beazer. They worked me through the process.

From the start with Cassie and Liz in the model home to Bret, the building manager to Maria in the design center, my wife and i were guided through the whole process with informative emails, texts and above all personal guidance from some wonderful friends that work for Beazer homes.We are enjoying our last home of our lives and would recommend Beazer homes to all. The Sales team, Angela, was easy to work with and informative. The construction managers and the new home counselor, Chris, Jody and Aaron, always addressed any problems that arose. They are knowledgeable and eager to satisfy.

This is a quality company from the moment you are greeted through & after you are handed your keys. They guide you through the process keeping in mind what is best for you. Any detail in the building is an important detail & it is addressed in a timely manner. I never felt like is was being a bother with questions or concerns. We love our new home!

Angela was instrumental in preparing for move in. She was attentive to detail and ensured the unit was ready for move in. Despite delays in closing date, she truly made a difference once the unit was ready.

Our buying experience was very easy and enjoyable with our sales person Michael and our weekly updates from our builder Corbin. They addressed any concerns or requests we had quickly, respectfully, and professionally all the way through the process.

The Salesperson is very helpful with various issues and answering questions promptly, and the closing took place very conveniently. Overall, all is good.

The team has been wonderful in helping us through the entirety of the process. Rafael and Darryl have been great.
