Beazer was very good throughout the buying process. As a buyer, there is a lot of paperwork. Make sure to get it all of it and stay on top of it. Document any issues and bring to beazer’s attention asap.

Other than having to wait 13 weeks for them to begin our new-build, Tiffany-our sales counselor- and Chris-our builder-have been great. Both were very responsive throughout the entire process; Chris does near-weekly calls and texts. He’s available and accessible and so was Tiffany. Our home is gorgeous. We love being on the water in Towne Lake. Nearly all of our community has sold and we are now building friendships with our neighbors.

I recently purchased a new home, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship that was put into every aspect of the home. We had a really easy buying experience with the builder, our builder John, was very helpful in answering questions, getting any issues resolved at closing and has also taught us alot in the process about the building process. He has gone above and beyond in helping us. Our entire experience was made 100x better by the builder/manager we had.

Am happy that I decided to go with Beazer, overall process was very smooth no hassle with construction, orientation, follow up everything was answered and quickly done. It’s great go head Beazer
