Since moving into my new home, I’ve reached out to Tobi on multiple occasions with various questions as a first-time homebuyer. She has gone above and beyond, been very communicative, and has ensured a positive experience leading up to and after my purchase.

We purchased the house in late January and for the three months we have been in this house we had amazing experience in follow up from everyone. Small cosmetic fixes, electrical issues, paint issues are all being taken care of. The team consisting of Keisha, Mike, Joanne, Shannon, Troy, Cindy - everyone has been very helpful and happy to help us. I truly am very happy our first house has been bought from Beazer. Highly recommend purchasing from this team!

We had a fantastic experience at Brookstone West during the building and purchase process of our new home. Cyndy, David, Kyle and Adam were professional and experts in their respective field. Each of them graciously answered question after question we had from the drainage of the yard to the rafters in the house. The weekly update calls were informative and exciting as we learned of the progress made each week. Great communication!! As the closing date came closer and closer, they paid attention to every detail in our home to ensure the home was ready for us on time and perfect. We appreciate the time and effort they made to ensure we had a smooth walk through, closing process and finally handing us the keys to our new home. We purchased a move-in ready Garden Home so our experience is a bit different but we can say that our meetings with John, Bob and the Phils’ were great. Everything was explained and gone over and questions were answered promptly. The mortgage process was also very easy. Once we submitted our information we were contacted within the hour. All in all we’re very pleased with the progress and those people we dealt with.

We felt that she wasn't just trying to sell us a house but was sincere in understanding what we were looking for. She answered all of our questions and we could feel how genuine and honest she was. Beazer's build quality is top-notch. We haven't had any issues with our home since we moved in almost 4 months ago. Their claim of building an energy-efficient home does not disappoint! We find that we only need to run our heater or AC for a very short period of time and the temperature in the home is well-balanced in all of the rooms. In addition, the open floor plan and even the standard options are of great quality. Lastly, Beazer Homes truly care about our overall satisfaction. They are serious about getting feedback on our experience and they are very responsive and have taken action in everything we have presented to them. This includes every aspect of our home-buying journey from negotiations with the contract, choosing options at the design studio, the construction period, closing escrow, and even after moving in. We are so happy and extremely satisfied with choosing Beazer as our builder and would not hesitate to buy another Beazer home in the future.
