First time buying a new home, third time buying a home. It was a great experience thanks to the employees that keep you updated with everything and walk you through the entire process!

Overall we had a great experience with everyone at Beazer. Really our only complaint would be that we went with one their choice lenders and the settlement process was unorganized and stressful.

Home buying experience was decent but not exceptional given that some of the information provided wasnt accurate and also had some timeline and home quality issues. To their credit the issues were resolved quickly however having things repaired versus getting the correct first hand makes a difference.

Building a home with Beazer was a well-guided experience; from choosing the floor plan, selecting floor plan design adjustments, having choices at the design center from flooring to hardware to lighting, selection of 4 different lenders and get an incentive, and more! From our first impression with the sales rep to final impression with the construction manager, we are pleased to own our first Beazer home.

Cracked pipes. Drainage pipes that are not hooked up. Roofs that leak. Poor quality flooring. Beazer Works for themselves, not their buyer. I won’t even allow Beazer in my home and I’ve only been here for two months. I prefer to pay for quality workmanship going forward. I do everything to discourage people from buying a Beazer built home.

Wonderful experience. Everyone had great communication. The agents at the office were professional and make sure all my questions were answered.

We had to either rent or buy sunrun solar panels. We were not given a choice when buying our Beazer home. Sunrun installed them damaged, we are paying full price, they have dodged my manager requests for months, and I am paying hundreds of dollars a month for electricity because the panels don't work. Please use a better rated solar company on your new builds

Overall, our experience with Beazer Homes has been fantastic. There were a few frustrating delays during the process, but with a new build, that’s to be expected. The quality of the home is great and the service was and still is exceptional. Very happy with our purchase!

There were a few hiccups during the home buying process, build and post close, but overall it was a great experience. We have bought several homes and the best part about the process was our Superintendent in charge of our build and once we moved in. He really went above and beyond to take care of anything we needed. Prior homebuilders once the home was built they moved on, but Rich was proactive in checking in on us and was always accessible. He was the absolute best part of the home buying experience, and I really hope this feedback makes it back to him! He's knowledgeable, organized, easy to reach and has such a great demeanor to balance homeowners needs and being fair to the company at the same time! ... More

Great home buying experience

The wildflower beazer team made the home buying process a breeze. They were easy to get a hold of, and clear on the home buying process.

I recently bought a home from Beazer in the Nashville area. I was thoroughly pleased with everyone I worked with in the process. They helped me make all of the design choices that go into a new home and kept me well informed about the progress of the build. I am very pleased with everything about my new house.

My home buying experience was great. It was my first time buying a house and Beazer made it easy and efficient to walk through every step of the process. John and Garrett were especially helpful, walking me through from start to finish and were very quick in their responses to all my questions.

From beginning to end we had a great experience with them. They answered every question we have had even after closing they still continue to answer questions. Or concerns we have.

The service after you purchased the home is horrible, you have to call and call until you get fed up. They have every excuse not to do the work, they installed quartz in my house it was an upgrade but failed to tell me that they do not polish and seal the quartz I have circular marks and quartz from suction cups. A lot of skipped steps all they want is the closing.

Home construction was very quick and easy to make selections on the house. Different options to choose from from layouts to outside finishes. Would like to have been able to get more feedback as steps progressed but it was so speedy I see why some things we missed. Great incentives from the preferred lenders. Very helpful post close as well

My husband and I had a great experience from start to finish. We never thought we would be building a home from scratch, but the process was so easy and we got everything we wanted for options. We love our new Beazer home!

Dawn, Joe and Paul have gone above and beyond to help us with purchase and after moving in. We love our home and the workmanship appears to be great.

We recently purchased a brand-new home from Beazer Homes, and our experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite their promises of quality and energy efficiency, we encountered numerous issues post-purchase that were poorly addressed. On the closing day, Beazer claimed to have deep cleaned the house, but this was clearly untrue as the house hadn't even been properly vacuumed. Their promise of energy-efficient homes, tested with gas to ensure no air leaks, was also misleading. We discovered a significant gap in the entrance door, which took over a month to get fixed. The interior paint job was atrocious. During our walk-through before closing, we marked all the walls and ceilings needing touch-ups with tape. However, Beazer simply removed the tape without addressing the issues. Despite numerous texts and follow-ups, we were forced to do the paint touch-ups ourselves as we couldn't get any response from customer service. We also faced electrical issues, with bathroom lighting and power outlets not working. After over a month of persistent calls and texts, an electrician finally came and discovered a power outlet buried behind the drywall, which had to be cut open to be fixed. Beazer's lack of transparency and communication extended to the upgrades we selected. We chose a level 3 oven because the level 1 was unsatisfactory and level 2 wasn't available. However, we were not informed until closing that this was an induction stove, which only works with certain cookware. When we escalated this issue, the upper management was rude, defensive, and disrespectful, offering no solutions or understanding. If you're considering buying a home with Beazer, I urge you to not sign any paperwork until every detail and touch-up is 100% completed. Our experience involved constant back-and-forth to get basic issues resolved. Beazer's customer service and management left us frustrated and disappointed. Please be cautious and ensure that everything is thoroughly checked and completed before finalizing your purchase with Beazer Homes. ... More

It was an excellent experience buying a home at Beazer. People were very helpful when we encounter some minor issues when we moved in.
