Having Brewer as our PM has been a great experience through our whole process with his weekly updates and when we moved into the home of making sure everything has been smooth. He has been very good a setting everything to be fixed in the house on things we didn’t catch until we moved. Brewer has been outstanding.

After our first month in our Beazer Duets townhome, we couldn’t be more pleased. The features, decor and top notch build quality have made for a beautiful home that hits the mark for both form and function. The service and responsiveness to any questions or concerns have been met with prompt replies and excellent customer care.

We recently closed on our Beazer home and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Alex and Greg were exceptional. Special shout-out to Greg. He went above and beyond over and over and over. He checked on things after we closed but before we moved and made sure everything was perfect. Super responsive and one of the most professional guys I’ve been around. Would recommend them to anyone

I think most large builders are not very consumer friendly, however Beazer is set-up to be sure you always have a person to turn to for help. In our case Hayley in sales stayed with us all the way through closing with prompt updates and awesome handling of any concerns that might crop up. Janssen our project manager was excellent. Every time we visited the site and he spotted us he came over to be sure we were satisfied with the progress. I believe the quality of these homes are excellent and they have a particular inside air control system that filters the outside air coming into the house. Upon purchasing the house I really didn't give this feature much consideration, however, my Grandson has been suffering badly with allergies since our move to Tenn. but when he is in our house his allergies disappear. At first we didn't catch the relationship but soon it became apparent it was the air filter system when he would walk out the door and start sneezing within a minute. Bob did a fantastic job of taking care of every issue I encountered or any question I had both during the building process and afterwards. The post closing details have been attended to nicely and all workers have been courteous and responsive. I love my new home!

From the inquiries Nicholas chupa is very helpful answer all our inquiries ! To design down to Greg they are all excellent , specially Greg he is always there every time we call him for any problem He is very accommodating . What surprised us is they are fast but every thing was build according to building code , solid and beautifully designed and we think we really got a good deal with our new build home we will recommend them to my family and friends

We had a great experience with our sales agent, Alex, and continue to have great support from Beazer Homes due to Micah. He has handled a few "hiccups" discovered after our move in, expeditiously. Very good experience overall!

My wife and I really enjoy our experience with Beazer and felt like they were very interested in our feelings and thoughts throughout the buying process. Specifically, the lead contractor Todd really made us feel like our voice and opinions were important to him personally. Never once did we feel like we were not being hear throughout the build of our new home. Kathy was our realtor and point of contact and she ALWAYS responded to us within the day we reached out. Everything was good except the transformer delivery & house delayed 5 months .

We had a wonderful experience buying and building our new home with Beazer! We got very detailed information upfront about how the process would work, which helped answer a lot of our questions and made us feel comfortable. The Counselors were extremely kind and knowledgeable about the new home building process. We got great customer service as they helped us picked out the designs and materials from thousands of miles away! We also loved that we got pictures every week so we could see the house’s progress at each step. Any issues we had, they were quick to fix them for us, and worked with us to make sure we were happy. While this was not our first experience with closing on a home . It is our first experience with working with a builder and it’d representative . Jeff ( the builder ) I had noted in my phone , showed excellent concern for us . What I really appreciated was our weekly updates video .I was told that he was the only one that did this , it was extremely helpful and kept our expectations and excitement on high ! Monika help me to feel confident that although we were out of State the communication was extremely helpful and we were well informed . Monika our sales person was awsome ! So was Jefff our builder.

We purchased a home already being built. We loved the selections and didn’t have to wait very long. Ken helped us in the beginning and throughout the buying process. Will made sure our house was perfect to move in and even checked on us after move in. He was Very quick to fix things that needed attention.

The entire process was pretty smooth right from the first visit of model home and final movement in the new house. I haven’t encountered any major issue to be highlighted post moving into the new home, the warranty support team is also very responsive. The promise is what delivered though there will always be slight here and there though team is responsive and cooperative in solving them. I am overall a happy resident of the community and loving my first home through Beazer.

Had a great experience with beazer they are a reliable company and you can count with them every step of the way, even if something needs revision they are quick to fix or replace anything that needs to be done. Special thanks to Greg, Carlis and Abe for being helpful and very patient to address any questions I had along the way and even after closing.

Everything is great. Everyone is great. We know that everytime we do have an issue, that Beazer is behind us 100%. We have nothing to worry about.

Bob was the best,always there to answer questions and called once a week with updates.very happy with the home it's 100% what they said it would be.would proudly recommend it to anyone looking to buy

From walk through to taking occupation went like a dream, Bob has been so helpful and Laura checking in to see if we have all settled well, we are delighted with our new home, will highly recommend Beazer Home

To knotch all the way through the buying and building experience. Cindi constantly checked in on paperwork items and went above and beyond to help me feel supported (including taking into account my allergy to plug ins in the show room which was so sweet) Todd the designer is super knowledgeable and friendly and had excellent suggestions, and Joe continues to be amazing with warranty issues to make final adjustments to the home. I feel really good about everything. Thank you, Beazer! I’m looking forward to being where for a long time.
