It was smooth and constant communication during the construction phase

We had a wonderful experience no complaints

My experience was easy and hassle free. I had a strong and experienced lender who got me a great deal and Beazer gave me lots of incentives! My home is beautiful and I am very happy, but I didn’t give you five stars because I can hear the lady above me walking across the floor a lot and I hear her slamming closet doors. However, I’m really grateful to have an opportunity to own a brand new home- thank you!

From start to finish the home building experience was a breeze. This includes the home designer experience working especially with their designer. Working with Brett (builder) was a snap and he went over and beyond with addressing our concerns during the build and after we even closed two weeks early. Great group to deal with.

Satisfied with the builder of this property. Extended home warranty is nice to have for things that could go wrong. The house is very well built and has multiple modern amenities. .

Kyler and Isaac have been kind, communicative and responsive throughout the process exhibiting a high-level customer-centric experience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Great house. My combined energy cost, Water, electric , and Gas for the first full month was under 150 dollars.

Great communication throughout the process and home was completed on time. Warranty items have been addressed immediately as well.

Josh was very attentive and gave great communication to us and our agent throughout the build of our Beazer home. He would give us great updates on the process and that kept us at ease. He was very thorough with the final walks and even before our walks he was making sure the house was 100% complete for us. The little things we did find he was on them right away and got them done. Could not have asked for a more thorough closing walk with Josh our builder.

Our home buyer experience was great, Shawn and Grant were amazing and always willing to assist and answer every question or concern we had!

Our home is beautiful and we love it. Great quality which was the biggest thing for us. Communication about concerns or little fixes have been easy thanks to Josh. We can tell he really cares about us loving our first home.

Great homes for the single family

My experience with Beazer Homes was great! Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. They were accommodating and responsive to my questions. I greatly appreciate how construction manager, Hunter kept me informed through out the entire process. His customer service is outstanding! Thanks again!

As usual, Harriett, Gregory and the whole team at Jasper Point are on top of their game. We're trying to save more money to buy more houses from Beazer because of them. :)

Very impressed with team and quality of work

Blue tape issues did not get fixed. We were told after we move in they would be completed. Due to us possibly scuffing up walls more. They would paint over that as well. Once in new home if they were to come fix issues it would void out 1 year warranties. We had signed contract meaning issues were fixed even though there was a verbal agreement and recording of it taken.

Our experience buying a Beazer was easy. We were kept informed every step of the way, from securing a lender, to construction, to closing. Stephanie, Beazer's agent, was always helpful and available to answer questions, and Shawn, our builder was very professional. We were happy with how they helped get us into our townhouse with ease.

They worked with us for our needs.

House is great the general contractor was awesome, along with the studio. All other aspect with mortgage company and follow-up with sale team here not as expected. They were not knowledgeable.

My home buying experience was a simple and easy. I have no complaints. My realtor was very knowledgeable about the home buying process and she was transparent throughout the entire process. My lender was transparent and he was available when I had questions. I had a great experience. I have no complaints.

During the process of building the construction manager Corbin apprised me regularly. He was always available on the phone to explain or to give clarifications on any issue I raised which set my mind at ease. During closure the process went like clock work.
