Very communicative throughout the process.

We had so many issues with our home during the build process, at the end nearing closing, and afterward, and it was as if no one was watching and no one really cared. Like asking for things to be correct was a burden instead of quality work being a point of pride. When issues were raised, we were ignored for several weeks and several emails, and then when we brought up the lack of communication and dismissiveness, we were treated like we were hysterical and obnoxious for expecting professionalism. We have had 3 new construction homes before, and never had such an awful experience in our lives. And they know you can't just back out because it's been months of planning and selling a home and packing and preparing for schools and everything... so they take advantage and treat you like dirt and then threaten you if you are unhappy. If we had the ability to do so, we would have backed out. And we certainly will tell anyone and everyone to avoid Beazer and never purchase from them in the future. Never. I would like to thank Jill and Greg for their help and support from the start of construction to the completion of closing on the home.

On a weekend, we came to The Garherings just looking for a community of friendly people that liked to do things together, we found our home right away! The managers and personnel called us by name. They were excited to tell us about all the features and really liked what they had built. Helping us put up curtains was great!

We had an easy process with Roman and Josh helping us get everything ready for closing. Easy closing and move in process.

I had a good home buying experience.

My family and I bought a Spec home from Beazer. It was also a new build. We were able to purchase it for a good price, with a great interest rate. The process was difficult at times but I always had support and guidance from Courtney, the Beazer home Counselor. She was/is willing to always address my concerns and reply to my messages. When I have had questions or other things that needed to be addressed, Cameron would stop by to support or resolve whatever issue I had regarding my home needs. Both of them have been nothing but professional and helpful during this home buying process!

My experience so far with Beazer has been very positive. They make quality houses and sticks to the energy savings. Their process is very transparent and seem less through out the closing

Everything from beginning to end was great. Customer service is always a plus for me.

From the moment that we got in the model office until when we got the keys, we have had great support, lots of information on how the house was built and we are now enjoying the time with the family in our new home We appreciate Beazer team for all support provided and the great quality of your product!

This was not pleasant home buying experience for me since many of the questions I had were not answered clearly. I asked a lot of questions and the response was you can trust the builder. In the end the answers I was given did not come through.

My sales agent, Michael was easy to work with. He assisted in what I felt was the best deal for me and my situation. He was very attentive and responded well to questions I had during the sales process. Once the build started, Corbin kept me up to date weekly with the progress of the build. He responded to questions I had in a very timely manner. I love my house and the quality of work. I will definitely refer others to Beazer.

It was OK, Michael and Corbin did a good job of walking me through the home buying and building process. They acted in a professional manner. There were instances however, where I would come to the house during construction and find some things that was not communicated during the reading of the materials in the contract. For example, finding out that there was no motor to the garage door. The expectation was that It would be standard, but it was not communicated to me, so I had find out myself and was not pleased at all. There were a few cases where I was surprised in learning that a few things were not in the house. I have mixed feelings with the buying process, I just feel like there were instances where the communication fell short and I felt like I had to settle on the house instead of getting the house I want. ... Excellent experience. Very professional and responsive team from the construction superintendent to the sales office. The upgraded amenities were standard in Beazer Homes. We closed in 2 weeks.

The communication from start to finish was just amazing. Harriett provided up to date progress notes and kept me in the loop continuously through the whole home buying process.

We moved in on May 29, 2024. Shari and sales team were great. However, after moving in, noticed floor is sloped, cracks along corners and along ceiling, irrigation system not functioning properly. It is now mid July and only the breaker and a couple of outlets have been fixed. We notified Beazer of all these things back in May, but not much movement on resolving. Not happy.

Beazer needs to do a better job managing quality. At least this has been my experience. Could have been a lot better. This is not my first time purchasing new build construction home. A bit disappointed. Issues are still being resolved. Two warranty tickets still pending resolution.

From the initial home search to finalizing, construction quality, closing, and maintenance, Beazer Homes has provided excellent service, especially for a first-time home buyer. I highly recommend Beazer Homes to anyone looking for a new home.

The builder with Beazer was amazing to work with he checked in with us every week to give updates, answered any questions we had and when it came down to the home visits and inspections anytime we found something no matter how small they were right on it. They truly seemed to care that they wanted our home to be perfect when we moved in. Been here 3 months and we love it!

We love our home, the condominiums are carefully designed, the layout is beautiful and it is very spacious! The neighborhood is also very nice, highly recommend this community!!!
