Robert crossing is one of the earliest community I looked when I started looking for my new home. After half year searching and touring, I found Robert Crossing is my dream place. Kristina is a great person to communicate with. She is passionate, nice, and very sincere. During the inspection and blue tape process, I met Sam, who is the best building manager I’ve ever worked with, not one of the best ones. Sam is super responsive, reliable, and talkative. No hassles, super easy process

The whole transaction of the looking at the model home, negotiating on the price and closing of the home went very smooth. Communication was very transparent and timely to make sure things progressed as the plan. Won't have asked for any better. Kudoos to Beazer homes for making the process smooth.

The built took way longer than we expected to be in our home but the final result was very satisfactory. The after move in follow up from George, Nathan, and Cameron has been fabulous.

The warranties that come with the house is exceptional, simply call or email in to customer service and the problem is resolved in under a week. Great work from a thoughtful builder.

We were so happy with our experience working with Chris and Cindy. They both were very responsive throughout the entire process and everything happened exactly as they said it would from the beginning. We were expecting delays since it is a new build but we actually closed earlier than the target date. We were here in the beginning when it was all dirt streets. Overall purchasing experience was stress-free and smooth. Since moving in, there have been some minor issues that were covered under the warranty and fixed tinely. Joseph, our customer care rep, has been helping us and has been great. Build quality seems good for the most part, and the neighbors seem really nice. My wife and I look forward to raising our family in our beautiful home for years to come!

I’d like to say Alex was incredible to work with. He made things very smooth and effortless to get to closing. He was very responsive all the way to closing on our house and ensured to make sure everything was perfect even after closing. Janssen was also absolutely incredible. He got us familiar with our home and any minor things that needed attention was done very very quickly. He as well checked in on us after closing to make sure we were all set. Overall one of the best teams I’ve had the experience of working with.

Everyone I dealt with in this community was excellent! Even at times they did not have an answer immediately they would respond in a timely manner. Angie, Mary Allen, Chris and Jody are assets for Beazer homes!

We love everything about our house. Beazer has excellent customer service and they made the process easier by taking us through each step in our initial meeting. The weekly updates about the construction progress were helpful. Our builder Chris is very knowledgeable and responsive and addressed all our concerns even the smallest ones before closing.

Nothing is built perfect but when an issue arises, the representative is right there to have the issue fixed

My experience with the purchase of a new townhome was greatly enhanced by the compassionate understanding of what my needs were. This began with Detra. And then the experience was greatly enhanced also by Brett and the progress photos since everything was delayed. So far, the icing on the cake has been Tobie who has been helpful in every way.
