We recently purchased the model home in a community near Dallas. We had several small issues that needed to be addressed by Beazer. The issues were handled quickly and efficiently. Our overall experience has been very gratifying. We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Cleaning hand over is worse. 45 days warranty experience is bad

Beazer needs better quality control processes and oversight of contractors. We've worked with multiple builders over the years, and have found the quality control during construction to be lacking with Beazer. With that being said, the customer support team is good, polite, and friendly.

First time home buying experience and Beazer made it an enjoyable, and easily manageable process. Still enjoying the home today!

Beazer builds a great product. I'm very happy with my home. Matt was helpful and encouraged me to speak up if I had any concerns. And helped as much as he could.

I have been waiting over two months for them to touch up almost every cabinet because their product is awful and they gave me one option day before a holiday!? I’m so livid that’s it’s been this long while I look at messed up cabinets I have blue taped up so they don’t miss anything when rhet finally arrive. It’s really a shame

I was extremely happy with the service Eric from Beazer home provided. He was always on top of any small issues we had after we moved in. He made sure that those issues were resolved to our satisfaction and also kept us posted if there were any delays with the servicing company. Thanks a ton for making our home buying journey wonderful.

We bought our Beazer home while living out of state. Work re-location brought us to Arizona. William and Dawn in the sales office were there to guide us through the process every step of the way. The Docu sign feature is such a game changer for home buying nowadays. As with any new home purchase we've had a couple of small issues but after contacting Abraham with the customer service team those were addressed and corrected. We would highly recommend a Beazer home to our family and friends.

As first time homebuyers, the buying process was exciting but overwhelming. I’m so glad we choose Beazer. Everyone along the way, especially Belinda and Jake went truly above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love our home, couldn’t have asked for anything better.

I really love the experience I had with Beazer, everyone was so helpful and professional. I was able to get a beautiful home and Beazer did an excellent job building my dream home.

Overall, a reasonable experience. Our negative experience is the focus on the extended delays in the construction schedule which resulted in needless complications for us in terms of selling our existing home (Beazer requires listing your home within 30 days which is fine provided they stay on schedule). Beazer didn't make adequate financial adjustments to account for these costs experienced on our behalf. On the plus side, Jeff and Shawn kept us informed of progress during these extended delays.

I had a wonderful experience as a first time home buyer. From the moment my wife and I went to look at the properties available, Shelley welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. Our construction manager Darren went above and beyond with our build and was never in a rush and took his time to explain everything to ensure we knew everything possible about our home. The New Home Orientation was done thoroughly and Darren gave us lots of valuable information and advice. After closing, he was still a call away and made us know that if we had any issues he would be available. Hailey our Warranty Rep has been great and has been scheduling different trades to come fix different issues in our home. Everything is good so far and chase has been very helpful and quick to resolve small issues I had in the 45 days period. I really enjoyed working with chase. He is supportive and helpful. Beazer homes build quality is good and easy process from start to end.

Overall Beazer did an awesome job with high quality. But they fell short on a few key areas. First, they made us purchase home theater equipment we did not need nor use. It is literally stacked in our garage now. While I appreciate Beazer’s respect for the environment, their policy about home theater systems is anything but wasteful for buyers and wasteful for the environment. Beazer also charged us extra for concrete they never poured, because what they advertised in their model homes they could not offer. It really bums us out that Beazer would bait and switch their customers in this way. And they have the nerve to double charge us for the concrete. Future buyers of Beazer homes need to be careful about the “packing” of needless things into their contracts by Beazer. They also need to be aware Beazer advertises features they can’t offer you, feels like a bait and switch tactic which left a bad taste in our mouths because it cost us thousands of extra dollars.Beazer would have received an A+ grade from us were it not for these bait and switch tactics.. ... I had no issues with the home buying experience. Hassan(Sales) and Matt(Foreman) were extremely helpful and professional.

It was smooth and efficient.

Outstanding experiences all the way through the process from sales (Michael) to the leads on the construction crew (Wayne and Mark). We continue to have great service and professional expertise in all respects.

The sales process experience was great and really appreciated the engagement of the pre-selected lenders to engage with. Truist was amazing in staying contact and monitoring interest rates. The onsite construction team, including Wayne were very helpful. The largest disappointment is the poor sound proofing for the Rivas model. The second disappointment is that the Rivas patio deck ceiling is not sealed, so if the condo owner above spills a drink, let's hope you are not standing on your patio deck. We will have to decide if this is a long-term home for us.

I first contacted Beazer about a new home because of the location of the community and the floor plan. I fell in love with the Brook plan when I viewed in person. Jake S. was great at keeping me informed during the construction process. Although there were hiccups along the way Jake did everything he could to help me through the process. As a side note, Beazer has slightly changed some things on the Brook floor plan and the last time I checked the old floor plan was still on the website. I.e There isn’t a double window in the kitchen, only a single and the valet doesn’t include the cabinet above, only the bottom cabinet. I had a really great experience with both Josh and Roman. Both of them gave me their personal phone numbers to contact them at honestly any time for any questions me and my wife had. Josh has continued to check up on us post home purchasing and making sure everything is going smooth. Josh and Roman were both extremely helpful in our first time home buying experience. From start to finish and even after moving in, Beazer has provided world-class service. My husband and I researched several builders in the Katy area and took many different tours, but none aligned with our priorities the way Beazer did. We were looking for a home that didn't feel like the building time was rushed, had a great location, and was affordable. The energy efficiency saves us some money monthly and the home itself was in our price range with the bed and bath count we were looking for. Even now that we are months after our close date, the building managers Josh and Jon consistently check in with us, especially after every storm.
