Colton was by my side through the building process and made sure I understood everything taking place from the beginning to the end. I’m forever grateful for him. From the time we contacted the builder until today, a couple of months after closing, communication has been top-notch. Christian and the team were highly professional and followed up on the minor details to keep the process smooth and make us comfortable and happy. I Couldn't ask for a better team. I would highly recommend the builder. The team and people makes them standout.

We purchased in Amira Tomball and were paired with an exceptional team. Our sales rep was extremely direct and informative, answered our questions honestly and we never felt mislead or misinformed. Our design center designer provided the perfect amount of opinions to help us select the perfect finishes for our home. Our construction project manager was hands down the best. Kept us informed every step of the way, and only missed his targeted deadline by 2 weeks (which in new construction is amazing!). Buying a new home is already a stressful process, and to add new construction increases that stress, but the team at Beazer did a fantastic job of not adding to that. Every day I find something else to love about my new home. The fine touches, build quality, and modern standards are all reasons to go new and to go with this builder! I particularly liked that our new home counselor stayed in touch up until the day of closing to let us know what all was happening.

Darren the builder really cares and adds a personal touch by being available to answer any and all concerns. His follow through is amazing and he ensures everything is addressed if it needs. He treated my home as if it was his own home!

From house hunting for 2 years we came across this beautiful homes . As soon as we stepped into the model home it felt like we belonged here. Home manager Keedron is very professional , answer any question you may have and guides you through the process . The building process is very quick , they inform you every step of the way and makes you part of the buying a home experience . Highly recommend !

The builder Terry and Beaver representative Megan, have been extremely helpful with the process. Our only complaint is the quality of the appliances that were installed. It would have been nice to be able to pick what we wanted.

My wife and I purchased our new Beazer home in late October. Chris, David, & Brittany from the Beazer Group helped make our home purchase and move-in experience very pleasant. Our new home and neighborhood are amazing! We knew we had found our dream home the first time we saw it. Timber Hallow is a conveniently located neighborhood and we absolutely love it here.

Beazer has an energetic sales team ready to show you around the community and help with site visits. We liked energy efficiency aspects of the homes and upgrade options available during the construction phase. There were many walk through appointments starting with the sales team, the construction supervisor, a final walk through, and you can bring in your home inspector if you choose to do so. The home warranty team fixed even the smallest issues that we identified. All the teams were very responsive and professional. The free solar is a great addition.
