Overall experience was good. Sales rep, customer service rep and superintendent all came through to make our overall experience a good one the 2nd time.

The experience has not been so pleasant, I thought this would be a joyful experience since this is my first new build purchase but after I moved in then all the saga began from having a gas leak that I was subjected to living in the home with for 2 months and slowly being poisoned until my hero the warranty mgr sent someone out to check the smell and a leak was discovered due to Beazer negligence of forcibly installing an oven that the delivery company stated that did not fit upon arrival, it was forced in place which caused the leak and damage to the oven. Dealing with issues I should not be as purchasing a new home lights wired together from the utility room and pantry, no electricity in the utility room which caused no power in the doorbell, no light in the utility room, ventilation system didn't work for weeks, bugs coming under front and back door from improper sealing, garage door going down noisey due to hard stucco substance in tracks I had to have scraped out, annoying gnats getting in the house, it's just being a horrible ordeal….noisey ceiling fans…. I didn't spend this type of money to have to go behind and spend more money correcting issues that should have been done properly from the start. ... More

Overall experience was positive. From Sales, to Design, Build and Warranty personnel have been professional, transparent and communicate well.

It was an overall good experience and exceeded expectations.

Follow up is excellent. The care after the purchase is phenomenal. Highly recommend.

The part of the home buying that was not good was the tedious mortgage application and the constant contacting I had to do in order to get questions answered. Or a request for things completely ignored. The looking at the house and pre mortgage signing was a wonderful experience thanks to Tiffany who sold the home and Gavin who took care of everything and answered all my questions. He still does this at two months in!!

There were some issues but easily resolved, even twice before we asked.

The experience from buying the home through the building process to the closing was excellent. The weekly communication with Brandon could not have been better. Any request that I made was immediately handled. The closing process could not have been better. The finished home was exactly as we wanted. After 4 months there have been only minor problems and they were handled immediately and professionally by Brandon and Nicole.

The process was easy and communication was great although out, even after purchase.

The experience of buying this property in as much dealing with the supervisor, laborers and upfront office staff was fantastic. The complaints I have are with information I was given concerning the design and front property of the house. The first issue I have is I wanted the stone facade not the brick facade on the front of the house. I was told several times it was no longer available to me and the brick would have to be used. Much to my consternation there have been homes erected after my home was erected that have the stone facade. I am angry about that and it irritates me every time I have to look at this brick. The other issue I have is that I specifically inquired about the sidewalk and sod with the tree in front of the house and whose responsibility it was to maintain. I was told it was the HOA responsibility. Again, after reading the CC&R'S it is not the responsibility of the HOA but the homeowners responsibility to maintain the area. There are several cosmetic things I have found once moved in you see ...that is on us as the Consumer and lesson to be much more diligent when inspecting things for sign off of things. Having said that the experience of the project boss, Sam, has been phenomenal. She is wonderful. She is effective in her decision-making and comes through on everything that was put to her. I would recommend her to head up any project that comes her way. From start to finish everyone was super help full had some hiccups along the way but got taken care of right away! And as in the house everything was very well done had some little touch up that needed to be done but nothing major from our perspective and our inspector and they got all the touch ups taken care of as soon as possible! This is our first home and they all have been helpful with helping us with first hole things lol!

Everyone was so friendly and kind. Everything went so smooth and fast.

The garage is built too small and the builder is putting buildings on every parcel of land, so you are losing the esthetic's ***** of the community.
