The only issue I have is that the company that I purchased my Tesla Battery in the new home purchase went bankrupt and it is is causing major delays with NV Energy inspections, time, and money.

The Vacaville team made the process so simple. , When making a large purchase you want to ensure that every single thing is in line . I appreciate the communication and updates on my home, especially the photos .

My homebuying experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The team of Jill and Chase were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were amazing and awesome, and they made everything easy to understand and truly cared about helping me complete and close on my home. The house was completed in record time, and the finishing surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend their services!

Our home building experience was overall just okay, but the final cosmetic details missed the mark. Specifically, the house was painted during freezing temperatures, which led to poor adhesion, cracking, and peeling. The drywall texture and paint finish also look rushed and lack attention to detail. While the structural process went fine, the closing process was frustrating. Despite notifying the construction manager about these issues early on, we were repeatedly told to "trust the process." Ultimately, they rushed us to closing without completing the necessary finish and paint work, claiming it was too late. Our experience with Beazer was amazing. Steve and Kelly were there for us the entire way through the process. They were readily available and extremely helpful/knowledgable.

Tommy was great to work with and everything was super turn key! Great quality builds with great floor plans. Jason was also great at the tail end of it all!

From the multiple tours and communications with Tracey, who was a pleasure to work with and very prompt and communicative. To Aneta, who managed our construction, she was able to bring up any issues and resolve them promptly and helped us get to the finish line in a timely manner. We appreciated their friendliness, professionalism, and expertise throughout the whole home buying process. We are loving our new home and look forward to raising our family here!!

Very helpful and patient showing homes

I was told building a house was going to be extraordinarily stressful and frustrating. Dan and Nicole made sure that was not the case at all. I was looped-in regularly, got good, honest status updates, and any issues we had were resolved very quickly. My agent and inspector could not believe how straightforward the process was. We love our home and are settling in nicely!

I had a smooth transaction and My warranty Rep Angel was a big help getting my small issue taken care off.

Everyone at Beazer has been super making home buying a pleasure, solving any issues that came up in a timely manner. In particular, Ashley‘s been very responsive to issues that have come up, although there were very few. And then of course Corbin does a great job and has made this home very special.

I had a great experience with beazer. The house that we bought is perfect for our family. The staff is very helpful and very accommodating. The builder did a walk through with use and even pointed out thing they needed to fix before we even moved in. It only took use one month to finalize everything and move in. It was a great experience for our first home

This would be one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. It was delayed 18 months to begin with. The whole buying experience was so disorganized, I had insurance companies calling me before they had even broken ground asking to sign me up. The forced mortgage providers was one of the most unprofessional I have ever seen. Tiffany from Cross Country Mortgage was beyond unprofessional, rude, and used tactics that I have never experienced. I tried following with the multiple lead people on the project. Eventually was put in touch with Janise, who ultimately told me to get lost as they had been paid and the project was complete. Purchasing my Beazer home was the best experience I could have asked for. The sales consultants (Rafael and Lacy) were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and always very quick to respond to any of our questions and concerns. I was so impressed with the process. The energy efficient features and the Choice Lender program were highlights for us. It can be an intimidating process purchasing a new build and they made it feel exciting and as close to stress free as possible. I would 100% recommend a Beazer home.

The builder Dan keep me informed weekly about all the build steps of my home also Chris was a lot of help in the design center overall the Beazer team was great!

This was my first home purchase and the whole process was very smooth and everyone made it super easy! From the sales office to my loan team and escrow! Can’t thank Josh, Kathy, Mark, Stacy and Manny enough for how wonderful they’ve all been. Everyone was so communicative throughout the entire escrow process. Manny has been fantastic helping me out with fixing some minor things around the house after we closed as well. I also love this neighborhood and especially my dog because she loves her walks and walking around here has been so nice because it’s clean and feels safe and I actually look forward to the cool weather so we can go walking together!
