Our experience with Beazer Homes at Cascade Landing in Dumfries, VA was very positive. Myla and Joe was professional, responsive, and made the process smooth and easy. The townhome is beautiful, well-designed, and high quality. We’re very happy with our decision and would definitely recommend Beazer Homes to other buyers.

Great experience with Beazer Homes

Our builder Cory really changed our perspective on our home buying experience. He was very communicative and gave us weekly updates. He was also transparent and always made us feel that he had our best interest in mind. Cory is personable and works hard to ensure the homeowners feel heard and happy and that a quality home is built.

My first home purchase and it was amazing.

We have built 3 houses prior to this one, with different builders, so we have been through the process and like normal you always have some kind of issues here and there. From the initial meeting with Brad, where he showed a lot of patience with us and our decision making process, but gave us plenty of time to make each and every decision. It was also important for us, since we were moving here from PA to have a realtor work closely with us, and we can say that Brad gave her a lot of respect, which did not happen at the other 4 builders we talked to before choosing Beazer and the Somerset development. Brad then turned us over to Brandon once the construction began and again we were 500 miles away during that process, but the weekly updates were great - really kept us in the loop! Towards the end of the process when it looked like we were going to not make the projected closing date (which was a major issue as we were out of temporary housing and would have had to pay for another month of storage), Brandon really stepped up and made sure the house was finished on time and the closing group made it all happen. We are loving the house, feel like the quality (2x6 walls; insulation, all the corners are square and all the finishes) were so much better than the other builders we had met with here in the Myrtle Beach area. We were looking for our retirement home and could not have found a better home or location. John was fantastic from my first email through the walk through with my aunt then myself a few weeks later. Getting help with one of their preferred lenders Cross Country Mortgage. Working with Tiffany and company was great. Could not have asked from start to finish a nice and smooth transaction.

Excellent customer service, addressed all needs. Was a rush closing and he handled with grace and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Our builder, Chris, and our sales agent, Justin, truly went above and beyond before, during, and even after the build and purchase process to make sure everything was taken care of. Buying a home with Beazer was straightforward and smooth. The builder, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and Slater was flexible and very helpful as well!

The process from start to finish was fantastic. Steve was so easy to work with, he let us know what to expect all the way through and answered all of our questions. He applied no pressure and kept us informed of important dates to look for to help us make our decision. Our new home PM Carson was also great. He notified us weekly of status updates, answered all of our questions, made simple modifications (adding another bush or replacing a tree type) with no questions asked. This is the second home we’ve built, and overall it was a very positive experience—better than our first. Carson kept us informed throughout the entire process, so there were no surprises. We made several trips during the build to check on progress and ask questions, and he was always responsive and thorough in addressing anything we raised. Even after closing, Carson continued to be available to answer questions and make sure items were taken care of. Any issues that came up were handled quickly, which we really appreciated. The only advice I’d offer to future buyers is to be very specific about what you want done. In our case, we made some assumptions about optional items without spelling out every detail. The work itself was done properly and to standard; the difference was simply in expectations. Being clear up front helps ensure everything aligns exactly with what you have in mind. The experience of buying the house was easy. Both Steve and Carson have been fantastic! Any issues that I’ve had with the home after my purchase was answered promptly. I’ve recommended Beazer homes to my friends as well. I have not dealt with any one besides Carson about issues with my home so I can’t speak to your warranty support, but hopefully it is just as good as I’ve experienced so far.

We love our new home very much. Connor and Jackson made our experience flawless and enjoyable! Quality and comfort throughout ~ we couldn’t be happier!

We moved in November 2025 and unfortunately had a roof leak due to pigeons. I contacted Tony right away and he provided the number to the emergency line. They were able to get someone out quick and answered all my questions and concerns. I was worried about mold and other issues so Tony called a third party contractor to assure me there was no long term damage. He is always so helpful and patient with my schedule and phone calls.

Wonderful experience with agent, worked with us on choices and upgrades. He was available to answer questions from start to finish.

Brandon, Justin and Megan did a fantastic job. Every time I had a question, they answered. They made it very easy to purchase my home I’m very pleased with their professionalism

We had a great experience with our buying processing begun with a friendly tour by Katina and then a thorough walk through by Sam as we moved along the process of closing. Communication through the entire process was great and they made us feel comfortable as we navigated anxiously about purchasing a new house. Would highly recommend others to consider Beazer homes!

Experience purchasing a Beazer Home was pleasant and seamless from the moment I toured to the moment I received the keys. Angela is a phenomenal agent in the community and the construction manager Bob was very helpful in explaining the features of the home/community. I’m excited to see what else may come to the community and as they continue to build look forward to some hopefully added features. We know they’re still building but also look forward to added street lights and parking spaces as the community continues to grow. Easy process, on time , perfect finish

The home process was seamless and communicated effectively week over week. The final product of the home was fantastic and we are happy with the finished product. The building team was very thorough and the inspector we hired complimented the building team on their attention to detail.
