Fantastic experience from start to finish. Shannon and Joanne were excellent in guiding me through my first-time home buying process. They went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. The communication was fantastic and I felt taken care of. The mortgage choice program was also amazing and a process I had no idea existed. It allowed me to view multiple loan options and choose the most ideal loan for my situation. The Carver Group did an amazing job. Troy was amazing at the design studio as well. He was able to give expert recommendations and suggestions that really fit well together in our home. After moving into the home, Keisha has been amazing! She follows up consistently to make sure everything is going smoothly. She was also able to answer all the questions I had about my new home and continues to ensure everything is great. Our home counselor, Matt, was very friendly, answered all our questions, and gave us all the information needed to apply for a loan, pricing, options for designing the home, timeframes, and process of new construction homes. It was a pleasant and fun experience. Our builder, Joe, was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He kept us updated on timeframe of home and if there were any issues. He explained the process, answered our questions and showed us how everything worked. Beazer homes is the best. Good build quality and they incorporated all the latest devices and technologies. The construction took a bit longer than expected, but it was common with almost all builders due to the supply chain challenges during pandemic. Totally satisfied, highly recommended.

Love my new home and I appreciate the people who helped make it happen. The sales team was amazing, the construction team was really good at keeping me informed and made sure I was satisfied with each step. I probably drove them a little nuts by checking in every week of construction but they treated me with professionalism and kindness.

The purchasing experience was wonderful. I feel the home quality could improve. They have not responded to many items on the 30 day punch list and now I have new items. Walls and windows are not plum. Paint job is lacking.

Awesome experience working with Patti and John. The process from signing the contract to the final walkthrough was smooth and very automated. Patti was always just a phone call away and would always respond promptly. My final walkthrough went great. John was very attentive to the few minor things we found and had them resolved prior to signing. Highly Recommend !!!

Our home buying experiance was exceptional and phenomenal. It exceeded our expectations from our initial visit for information and up until our closing and beyond. Lloyd helped us in making our choice better and much easier and he paid attention to all our queries and assisted us in making the decision of buying our first dream home. We were updated regularly during the construction process by both Lloyd and construction manager David. David was incredible and answered all our questions. A big thanks and appreciation definitely goes to Sam who provided us with very important and useful information during our new home celebration which was very detailed. She continued to help us after we moved in as well which is very much appreciative and we would definitely need to mention that she is a wonderful person to work with and a great fit to the organization. We are thankful and appreciative of DaMarcus who provided us with incredible service and assistance with our warranty needs and continues to provide excellent service. Beazer Homes has been exceptional to my family throughout the home building process. From selecting our lot location to the closing table, the process was fun, manageable, and educational. We were provided detailed updates regarding the progress of our home on a weekly basis and they did an excellent job answering our questions and resolving any concerns. Beazer has proven to be not only a knowledgeable homebuilder, but a competent homebuilder as well. We are thankful that we chose Beazer to build our new home.

This is the third new home we have had built and Beazer exceeded the other two by far in all aspects of the buying process! From start to finish every step of the way was smooth and seamless! Communication was easy and Laura and Scott were always just a phone call away. They were also very flexible with us and met with us quickly whenever any concerns arose! I would highly recommend Beazer Homes to any of my friends and I have sent 5 friends already!

My expectations were met and in many areas, exceeded! I love our new home, and would recommend Beazer for a quality built home that also happens to be very energy efficient! And in this day and age when horror stories abound on super long build times, we closed on our home ahead of the schedule they had estimated at the beginning of the process! Kudos to Laura and Cory for calling me every single week with updates!!!! And when I had a question between calls, they got back to me quickly with the answers…that really was important to me!

The sales team at Juniper Trails, Detra & Carmine are top notch! Exceptionally knowledgeable about the homes and the entire process. Carmine patiently waited 2 hours for me after hours to sign my contract while I was stuck in traffic. Detra was comforting to work with. She connected me with Josh and she made sure he gave me the best mortgage that suited me. Had some great laughs with these two My walk through with Tobi went very well. She was thorough and knowledgeable about everything. It was clear my satisfaction was important to her. I absolutely love my new home!!
