Jeff and Shawn were there for us every step of the way—through construction, settlement, move-in. Shawn cares about the details of our condo as if he were the owner. Beazer responds promptly to correct any minor problems with our home—and they do so with a smile.

I would highly Beazer Home Builders as a builder to "work with". As a group they friendly, flexible and understanding. Some builders made me fell like they were doing me a favor to let me look at their house, Beazer was always warm, candid and understanding. I would highly recommend them in all sides of the business: the Sales Department, Home design Center, Construction Management, Quality Control, Financial options and After Sales support. Highly recommended for a enjoyable buying experience.

Like every new home buyers, I too had a lot of questions in my mind. Since this was a whole new experience, everyday research was not helpful until i was guided by the expertise and choosing Beazers as one was my right decision. I am thankful that I was guided through all the steps to make beazers house my home. Their guidance and support was not only limited to our closing date but also after several months of move in. I do remember I had several questions or changes I wanted after i moved in but kept it to myself as i was not aware if that would be right to contact them but Nathan reached out to me on his own and ask if we are settling down well or not. From our first meeting with Hayley to the last detail being completed by our builder Chris, our experience was great. Hayley guided us through the whole process with clear updates and was always available and willing to answer any questions we had. Chris was thorough and detail-oriented and made sure everything was to our liking. Overall, they took the stress out of building/buying a home.

We made our down payment before we saw our home in person. Moving in from out of state, we knew what we wanted, a new home in a nice neighborhood. Our sales person went above and beyond to create a video of the home and area, and based on that we decided to buy. The home was just what we hoped for and the process to get a lender was easy with the assistance from Beazer.

Overall very pleased with the experience. The sales team to construction team did a great job. The weekly updates and direct communication during the home building process was excellent.

Beazer is the worst builder in the Nation. Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction isn’t a focus for Beazer. No Accountable and Ownership with Beazer. Communication and Followup is horrible. Beazer doesn’t hold there Employees accountable. Beazer supports employees not doing their job properly. There is lack of Professionalism, Communication, Accountability, Turn time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from Beazer.

2x6 walls with pumped in insulation and sprayed in roof insulation makes for a quite and highly efficient home. This degree of attention to detail is seldom found in today’s construction. From the solar system to the very efficient AC you will appreciate even more when the electric bill comes. The superintendent, Vito is a pleasure to work with when and if you discover a problem.

ALL INVOLVED (ESPECIALLY BOB) WERE ALL TOTALLY INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS, & KEPT ME INFORMED "WEEKLY" (WITHOUT FAIL), AS I WAS LIVING ELSEWHERE! KANDRA (REALTOR) WAS ESPECIALLY "HELPFUL" IN SENDING ME "PROGRESS" PHOTOS & VIDEOS!!! I'VE "BUILT" 12 HOMES IN FL & SC W/SEVERAL BUILDERS, & I'VE NEVER BEEN MORE PLEASED THAN WITH BEAZER HOMES & THEIR PERSONNEL---SUPERB!!!

It was a great experience. Everyone involved was very helpful. They were always a phone call away ready to answer any question that came up. They were very friendly and not only cared about selling the home but about your personal well-being as well.

New residents onboarding and orientation went well. Follow up inspections are conducted on time and management is always available to solve the issues.

I recently closed on a new home built by Beazer located in Las Vegas. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of service and attention to detail exhibited Beazer. When my family and I embarked on the journey of purchasing our dream home, we entrusted Beazer to provide us with a residence that matched our vision and expectations. However, what should have been an exciting and joyful experience has turned into a nightmare filled with frustration and disappointment. Shortly after moving into our new home, it became evident that several crucial mistakes had been made during the construction process. The most glaring issue is the incorrect tile installation in the kitchen. Despite my best efforts to rectify this matter promptly, I have encountered nothing but delays, excuses, and a blatant lack of urgency on the part of your team Despite repeated assurances from your maintenance manager and promises of immediate action, it took an exasperatingly long time for a flooring specialist to even visit our home. To add insult to injury, upon their arrival, they did not possess the correct tile and were unable to locate any, prolonging the ordeal even further. Compounding this problem is the fact that I am colorblind, which unfortunately prevented me from identifying the error during the final walk-through. It was only thanks to my family’s keen eye that the mistake was noticed at all. Since then, I have been diligently attempting to resolve the issue, but my efforts have been met with frustration at every turn. Furthermore, I must also bring to your attention other significant defects present in our home, such as sharp staples protruding from the carpeting, which have caused injuries to my family members. These issues, coupled with the overall lack of attention to detail and poor communication from Beazer, have transformed what should have been our dream home into a source of constant stress and disappointment. As a conscientious consumer and homeowner, I feel compelled to share my experience with others who may be considering purchasing a home from Beazer. I recently purchased a home from Beazer in March 2024. The house was a spec home, so I didn't have any choices to make on options. The home is very well built and has some nice upgrades. I didn't give Beazer 5 stars because I feel the work by some of their subcontractors is not the quality one would expect in building a new home. I did have some issues, again because the subcontractors. But the Beazer Customer Service people are addressing thi=ose issues and fixing my issues. The Building Foreman is very polite and helpful as are the Customer Service people.
