Our buying experience was a bit expedited, but has been phenomenal. We have really enjoyed everyone we have worked with and any issues or challenges have been met with care and speed. We are only a little over a month of living in our build, but thus far it has been excellent.

This was our first time experiencing a new buy and Beazer made the entire experience amazing! From start to finish we had frequent communication that kept us in the loop with every new update to the home. With us moving from another state, they would also did face time if needed and sent constant pictures. I would definitely recommend using Beazer!

Salesman Kent is very low key, but very knowledgeable. When we did make a choice, and I needed some window measurements, he personally went to the house, measured and took pictures. He answered phone calls and texts immediately. After the Sale service has been excellent. Beazer home Warranty customer care has been terrific. John calls back within 24 hours of my call. A few minor issues were corrected. Armando, the project supervisor, also has been fantastic. Due to the recent heavy rains, we developed a bare spot in mulch in the front yard. I was apprehensive about buying a new home that wasn't built yet, but Kristen was very knowledgeable and managed the process and sent photos all along the way. The project was completed months... yes, months... ahead of schedule and Josh did an outstanding job down the stretch, making sure every last item was perfect. I'm about to make my first minor warranty claim but have confidence it won't be an issue. If you don't see another review from me, then it went well. Highly recommend Beazer new homes. Really exceeded my expectations.
