Overall we had a very positive experience with our sales consultant, Mark. He did everything in his power to get us the best possible price and connect us with a great mortgage company. We love our new home, but unfortunately within the first two weeks of living here we had a slew of issues. First, our HVAC system went out and took almost two weeks fix. Here in Texas it’s hot and humid, so you can imagine it was quite uncomfortable. We will certainly give credit to Dax, our warranty rep, who was able to provide a portable AC unit which made it a little more comfortable in the house. Second, after a heavy rain storm, we had water intrusion in both our front office and garage. After some investigation, they found water getting into the garage through the tankless water heater exhaust vent which wasn’t properly sealed. The upstairs outer window sills had several areas where water was getting in and running down the inside walls, soaking our office carpet. Dax did his best to get our warranty issues resolved as quickly as possible, which we are appreciative of. This is by far our largest investment and we understand things aren’t always perfect, but to have this many issues within the first two weeks seriously makes us question Beazer’s build quality. ... Our salesperson, Dustin, was everything you would want in a salesperson. He was professional, courteous, prompt with replies. We were really sorry to see him leave.

When we did closing we have been promised to get everything completed but there are still a lot of issues and no one cares about remaining stuffies. There is no tracking system to check own case. Terrible

The overall experience was great! The engineering supervisor, Beazer sales contact kept us in the loop with the start, progression, and completion of our home. Our design center representative was very knowledgeable about the designs available and assisted with decisions we struggled with during the selection process. The team made the experience stress-free. We live our Beazer home!

I have fell in love with the Beazer community: Sevilla at Ironwing in Litchfield Park, AZ!! Being able to talk with Amber in the sales office was amazing! She was soo helpful and a breath of fresh air. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in the WHOLE process from my pre-qual to the closing of my home!! I was able to get weekly photo updates of progress. D (head foreman) always kept for updated and informed on every step of when things would be installed. If there were going to be any possible delays he was very honest about the complete building process for my home! I am so glad I purchased my new home with Beazer!! I was originally soooo excited to move - talked with a sales agent on two different occasions that I would get to design the home and that the backyard would be 20’ by 20’…fast forward to walk though and there were many issues including the fact that they were now telling me the backyard would only be 20’ by 14’ which is a massive difference. I had a list of things to be fixed and only half of them were done by the time of closing and the rest went on exception list. I also had a rough time dealing with their “preferred lender” hindsight I should have gone with my own as I didn’t get a very good rate and the guy was very unprofessional. Some of the builders and such were super nice but it was just not a very good or smooth process and that is very disappointing that I did not get the product that was advertised. I talked with some other home buyers who had also been told the same about the backyard in addition to having issues with their homes. In love with this community already. Entire process of buying our first house was made easy by beazer. Elisa was great and she helped us a lot in pretty much all the steps of our house buying. David, Adam and Bryan were helpful too. They were sweet and quick enough to comeback and fix our issues.

We are finally settling in to our new Beazer home. From beginning to end, the experience was very smooth. Yes, there were bumps in the road, but that's expected when building a new home. Our New Home Counselor, Bill was excellent. No matter the problem, he was able to smooth out all the issues we brought to his attention, He always made himself available, even on his days off and weekends. He undeservedly handled the brunt of our frustrations (mainly due to delays) on a few occasions. He deserves a raise. Larry and Mike were also super helpful during the build process. I've had to deal with the warranty center for a few minor issues, and they were also helpful...after some prodding. If you commit to a new build, expect delays. You'll save yourself frustration later. Also, if you upgrade in the Design Center, ASK FOR SAMPLES!!! It'll help you during your own home design experience. I will limit my comments here; (1) I was not aware until I read the fine print that Model homes represent prototypes or ideas, and necessarily the home that will be built for you. (2) Read section 9 of the contract -- very important -- I only skimmed it and it cost me. (3) Always ask for in writing a copy of the plat map of the lot you are purchasing; I asked many times but only received the actual lot map at closing. This came back to bite me. (4) I constantly felt at odds with the company, as in; the company wins and you the customer lose situation. This seems odd to me, like the polar opposite of customer service. Anyway I learned a lot I guess you might say. (5) I did want to add that the construction manager and builder team were very responsive to our needs, and took care of issues quickly. I understand that things can be missed when so many homes are being constructed in a fairly short period of time, but the old adage of measure twice cut once still applies. Bottom line: I was naive and didn't read the fine print, so lesson learned. ... More

The whole experience was overwhelming as we were first time homebuyers but Beazer Homes made the process ssooo much smoother from start to finish. The financing, the customization, the building and the timeline really felt like it just flew right past us. Not to mention the quality. We had a third party home inspector inspect every phase of the building process as we were holding Beazer Homes to a higher standard, and even our home inspectors were impressed by how little discrepancies were discovered. 10/10 Highly Recommend.

I am extremely happy in my new Beasor home. The weight was long, but in the end it was worth it. My home is not only beautiful, but oh great quality in the products that Beazer uses.

We moved into a newly built home and thus far have had a much better experience with the quality of work, customer service, and comfort of the neighborhood than past “new build” experiences.

This is out first home and Matt and Tina were very patient with answering our questions upfront . The only thing i was a little upset on is the price negotiation piece where i didn't get to take advantage of Realtor credit. But apart from that everything else went smooth with weekly updates on where they are with construction and the closing was smooth too. Mike and Patty were very helpful till date with any questions regarding issues in house once we moved in. Overall good experience for a first time buyer.
