We are so happy we chose a Beazer home. We were very well taken care of throughout the process. They were open to all our questions, and continued to check in on us in the year after we moved in. We haven’t heard of a similar experience with any other builder. Beazer surpassed our expectations.

Our family had a great experience with Beazer Homes for the Boulder Creek community. The home counselor we had the pleasure of working with was Kent. Kent went above and beyond for us from start to finish and even after. We were in great hands with him the whole time. Thanks Kent and Beazer Homes!

Beazer home is well designed, plenty of storage and living space.

From people who we first met to get information and see the models houses, to the construction crew and title person, the process was well conducted and informed. The house has good quality and is well built. The small details they had to fix before the closing were all solved.

My wife and I received great service from beginning to end. Our team, Ken, Darren and Brittany are great and very attentive. We love our new home.

Had major leak issues with 2 of the 3 toilets in our brand new home. All three toilets were installed incorrectly. Contacting Beazer personnel was useless.

Beazer keeps you well informed during the build. They also take care of any problems that have occurred in as timely matter. Overall a great experience

our contract was signed 1/18/2023. After that date the plans for our house changed. It was no longer identical to the model. Nothing was communicated about the change. Rather than build our group of houses to plan, the company decided to delay the process to build per the new plans. The sales team was not very forthcoming. Responses were not always timely. Start dates were given and missed. The operations folks were always portrayed as being too busy.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The only problem was with communication between sales and construction. It was resolved satisfactorily.

The whole team was understanding and worked with me. We enjoyed working with them and seeing the progress on our home.

Our recent move was a successful one and we are reaping the rewards for making this life altering transition. Part of the success is due to our home builders at Beazer Homes and most of that has to do with the customer experience we received during and after the home closing. Our Beazer team has had our back from day one and that commitment to customer fulfilment and happiness shows in how responsive, passionate, and committed they are to making it right. Well built home with people that care about you, the buyer.

Fantastic communication and transparency from the salesperson, Michael. Builder manager, Corbin was great as well. Couldn't be happier and definitely recommend Beazer homes. No regrets!

Wonderful floorplan and overall, a good experience. However, there was a lack of attention to detail throughout the building process. We selected the option for a solid wall enclosure for the master shower. It was prepped for a glass one. We noted this on photos that were sent to us. We told construction folks and they corrected it. We also selected the hand-held shower wand. That was overlooked as well and had to be corrected. The living room floor electric outlet was not placed where we had specified and had to be corrected. Exterior gas bib was not where we specified and had to be corrected. Blinds in guest bath has no mechanism to open and close blinds. We have waited almost 2 months for this to be corrected and are still waiting. I would tell potential home buyers to pay close attention to their new home during the building process so as to catch details that have been overlooked or missed. With the exception of the blinds issue, customer service has been exceptional. ... More

Great building design, energy efficient and excellent build.

No doubt Beazer builds a beautiful house. Fit and finish is excellent. Quality materials used! Beazer needs to find a way to complete the home by using higher quality landscaping and trees. Our sod has more weeds and bare spots than grass. I paid a landscaper to replace the front sod and tree. Beautiful home, poor lawn!

Team helped me lot overall

The entire process was great. Having never built a house before, I didn't know what to expect. But I got in early, and Alex was great at guiding me through the process. Because I got in so early, I was able to select all of my options, and even that wound up being way easier than I anticipated. I was provided regular construction updates and Dan and Alex both answered questions I had throughout the process in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the Quality and value of my home. Beazer has a great reputation in the Nashville area for building great homes and communities, which is why they were the only builder I even considered, and I have not been disappointed. I'm a first time homebuyer and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Even after I move in, the Beazer team at Jasper Point have continued to make sure everything is going well.

My wife and I were so happy to purchase a home in Monon Corner, but our timeline was narrow due to job changes, our sold home’s closing date, and a daughter due to be born approximately one month after our bought home’s closing date. Kyler and Isaac moved their schedules, expedited work, and kept a clear line of communication throughout the entire process to help make our move as easy as possible. Customer service is really great! From the realtor Harriett who greeted me when I first walked in and established a relationship with me through the approval process all the way to Greg in maintenance. I’ve had some issues within my home after closing which seems to be typical for brand new construction. As we’ve been working through minor fixes, the team seems to be really on top of everything and they’re committed to ensuring I have a positive experience as a first time buyer! Thank you!

The process of buying a home with Beazer was fantastic. From the minute we sat down with our sales person Brad, till the second we met our builder Brandon, we knew we made the right choice. Brad made the whole process of buying a home so simple and easy. He was there every step of the way from our first conversation all the way up to and after closing. Our builder Brandon couldn’t have built us a better home. He was there every step of the way also. He gave us weekly reports on the progress and patiently and respectfully answered every single question we had about the build whether during the week or even on weekends. This was the first time we built a new home and while we were excited, we were also a bit apprehensive...it turns out, we had no reason to be. Our builder, Mike, was a joy to work with and he made the whole process simple and seamless for us. We relied on him to be our eyes and ears since we live in New England. Mike comes from a custom home background, and it shows! He brought the same energy, commitment, communication and perfection to our job site. And he did this with a smile and "can do" attitude every step of the way! He made us feel like our home was the only one he was building. He answered every call and text swiftly and took immediate action whenever we had a request. He exceeded our expectations in every way. He kept us fully informed on our home's progress (never too busy to send us pictures), and when it came time for our pre-construction and new home meetings, he reviewed everything with the utmost detail. He handled our punch list in the same way--ensuring that corrections were made in a timely manner and that we were happy with the results. We can attest to the fact that Mike is a proud Beazer employee. We cannot sing Mike's praises loudly enough!
