Great to work with. Smooth and exceptional experience

It was a pleasant experience .

This is my third time buying a home and the overall experience could have been better. I understand there will always be growing pains with new builds but what I’ve experienced is a lack of thoroughness and quality control. The issues I have are due to people cutting corners and rushing through the building. With my home being in the last run of buildings, I feel things were overlooked in hopes I would not notice. That is not OK. From the jump, things were rough, and hiccups continued along the way and are continuing to happen, even though I am 45+ days into living in this home. I’ve voiced my concerns to the Beazer team. I just hope my concerns and opinions are discussed and taken into consideration for future homeowners. I worked extremely hard to be able to afford this home and paid $400,000. $400,000 is a lot of money. The issues I am dealing with should not be occurring in a $400,000 home. 1. As of today, the ongoing issues I have are as follow: HVAC not heating 2. Electric bill being $250 because of the heating issue 3. Carpet coming up in multiple places 4. Door handles falling off 5. Wood not being stained to match the rest of the stairs/railing 6. Large staple hanging from the bottom of my laundry door which has left a mark on my carpet These are the things I have noticed thus far. As the home continues to settle, I am confident there will be other issues that arise. I’ve expressed my concerns to roughly 4-5 people on the Beazer team, and Airtron and Dura Floors. I feel like I should be compensated as I haven’t had a chance to enjoy my home because of these quality issues and concerns. I bought this home because my friend and her husband bought two homes from Beazer between 2016 – 2019. Our initial experience wasn't all that great however when Lee stepped in he completely changed our opinion of Beazer. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great and we closed on time!

The sales person left soon after we signed the purchase contract and we did not receive the weekly updates we were supposed to receive.

Well, I moved in my new home @Opal Point, two months ago & I enjoy every minute’s of it. The quiet neighborhood, the modern architecture of the town houses will be my favorite. Thank you Beazer & the wonderful team # Tobi!!!!!

We worked mostly with Rafael, but the whole team is wonderful. They were knowledgeable and made the process very easy and smooth. The photo updates of the house being built was really appreciated as well- made the whole process more personal.

Buying two homes from Beazer was a wonderful experience. The team is professional, very friendly and kind. We are very impressed with their warranty department. I Love my new Beazer home! I’ve been here a couple of months now and it has been simply wonderful! I love the community. I love the workmanship of the house. And I love the Beazer Team! The staff members have all been very professional; while at the same time friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service and quality of build!

We had a great experience. This was our first time buying a new build and it was very pleasant. Cindy, Cynthia, and Ryan were all great to work with, keeping us regularly informed of progress. The required buyer walkthroughs and open access during the build made us fell good about seeing the progress, even though we were out of state. We are very happy with the quality and with the buying process. I would recommend friends consider a Beazer development.

I recently purchased a home from Beazer Homes. During my very first visit I met with my sales rep, Shannon. She was such a pleasure to work with. She was always available to answer all of my questions, and provided me with constant updates. Upon closing I met my service rep, Joe. Joe has been a big help in instructing me on how all of my home’s features work, and making sure that I don’t have any issues with my home. I’d recommend Beazer!

Enjoyed the planning, customization, and build of our new home within 6 months! Build Manger (Will F.) was quick responding to any of my concerns or request before, during, and after our build! Customer service attitude and availability is very important to me when making large purchases.

It was very important for me moving into Bella Vida from another state that contact was made on a weekly basis by Bob, the contractor/builder of the home. He called every Thursday with an update, and as well I had my realtor stopped by a number of times to do videos for me, which was very helpful as well.

Like all immigrants, we are Brazilians, our desire was to buy a house in America and have a real experience of the American lifestyle. Because we knew little about the culture and commercial relations in the USA, our biggest concern was having someone who could help us and understand our needs and perspectives. Therefore, we visited several house launches in Orlando and the region. We heard from friends about Minneola's future potential, and we decided to check it out. We knew several brokers from different condominiums in the region, but when we discovered Beazer's project through the broker, Mrs. Mariana, we fell in love. The house and the size of the land immediately met our expectations, and Mrs Mariana's good work was decisive in the purchase. We speak very little English, and Mrs Mariana was very patient and tried hard to understand us and talk about the details. She translated a lot of what we said using Google Translate, her patience helped us a lot. As soon as we started building, we were surprised again by the good work of Mr Jeff, who sent us an email, giving details of the construction stages. At the time we were in Brazil and we were unable to follow the construction, but Mr Jeff always sent photos and details of the stages and this was very good, as we were able to follow from afar as the construction progressed. When we scheduled the closing of the house, we had a new surprise with the service from Mr. Carlis, who spared no effort in giving us all the details of the house and the closing process. Mr. Carlis scheduled a visit and explained to us with great patience, translating with the Google app and with the help of our broker, Mrs. Aslhey, all the details of the house, writing down the observations and the following week, the few points that identified, they were already resolved. In short, we felt very calm and safe when we learned about the work of Mr. Carlis and Mr. Jeff, who were always tireless in helping us whenever we needed it. We were so grateful to them for their patience and help, that we made them a typical Brazilian barbecue in gratitude. We were also very happy to choose the construction company Beazer. At the time, we searched Google for information about its suitability, history and quality. We really appreciate knowing that this is a large company, concerned with the environment and with the best quality of services. Therefore, we warmly congratulate the team of professionals at Beazer, represented by the professionals we know, Mr Jeff, Mr Carlos and Mrs Mariana, and for the construction company's excellent service, thus realizing our American dream of living.
