Jill was like a angel that was sent directly from God for me, this lady went above and beyond. To make sure I got my property. She answered every call and every message. My home buying experience with Beazer couldn’t have been short of extraordinary. Shalitha walked me through the entire experience. Being that this was my first purchase I was clueless to the process. But the handoff didn’t end after the deal was final. Matt my construction eyes came in and walked me through the construction process explaining all of my crazy questions. He never made me feel as if I was an issue to him. They truly treated me like family and with great respect. Thank you for this life long accomplishment in my life.

Signed up for our first home with Beazer homes. It was smooth process right from choosing the lenders with closing. Construction managers and customer service were courteous and professional giving us walking through and prompt in completing any final touchups if any needed.

When we started our home buying process, we had certain features in mind and when we stepped into our home for the first time, we knew - This is it, this is exactly our dream nest we had in mind. No second thoughts or delay. It was a straight forward hassle free process. Amber patiently explained every single aspect of their homes and she’s such a sweet person. She kept us informed of every single process and schedule promptly until closure. The construction manager Kyle is such a friendly person, he is always available over a text or call whenever we had something to be taken care of. He patiently explained us in the walkthrough sessions and very knowledgeable. Appreciate both of them following up now and then. The process from initial purchase to move-in was mostly smooth, and overall, it was a positive experience for our team—DeAnn, Dave, and Vito, whom I highly admire and am incredibly grateful for. The home is well-designed, energy-efficient, and offers great value, but there are a few minor drawbacks. The garage feels small, and my Tesla trunk sometimes hits the ceiling. We also noticed a few loose nails in the carpet—not dangerous but poking out slightly, which I easily fixed with a hammer. There’s also limited street parking for visitors. Despite these minor issues, the Beazer team is exceptional—always receptive to my concerns and quick to address them. If you’re looking for a builder that listens and delivers quality homes, Beazer Homes is a great choice. Overall, we’re happy with our new home! ... More
