Leslie & Erica (design center), Tracy (project manager) and Chris (construction manager) were great unfortunately can't say the same about sales team nor preferred lending provider (VIP Mtg.). If new build I HIGHLY recommend checking on a weekly basis and getting independent inspection. Tracy and Chris had to clean up mess left by previous project manager, but they were Great and did a stellar job! Leslie and Erica with the design center went above and beyond securing all the upgrades I wanted.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Our home buying experience with Beazer Homes in Texas exceeded every expectation we had - and then some. From start to finish, Cory and Elizabeth were nothing short of incredible. They made what can often feel like an overwhelming and stressful process smooth, clear, and even enjoyable. Their communication was consistent, honest, and timely. No question ever felt too small, and they truly took the time to make sure we understood every step along the way. You can tell they genuinely care about the families they’re working with, not just the transaction. Having previously built a home in California with a very basic, builder-grade company, we came into this experience a bit guarded. But the difference was night and day. With Beazer Homes, the level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail was on a completely different level. The design options felt thoughtful and elevated, the process was organized, and the final product truly feels like a home built with intention and not just assembly-line construction. What stood out most was the feeling of being supported. Cory and Elizabeth made us feel seen, heard, and valued throughout the entire journey. From start to finish, this was nothing short of a five-star experience. The entire home buying process often known for being overwhelming felt smooth, organized, and surprisingly enjoyable. Kyle, Sean, and Kristen were all great to work with. Made the process easy to follow as a first-timer getting a home built. Especially with the amount of questions I had and requests for followup. The big disappointment I have is with the quality of the sod and the lack of prep by the landscape company before the sod was installed. In fact the individual installing the sod mentioned to me the quality of sod they have to install is "not good" and suggested I contact them after closing to change it out to a better product (which I have not done). Tremendous amounts of weeds in the sod which I'm now paying a lawn maintenance company to eradicate, and the lawn both front and back are both very "lumpy" and not smooth such that my lawn mower jumps constantly from hitting high and low spots. ... My experience with Beazer has been great so far. The process has been smooth, and the team has been very helpful every step of the way. Corbin and Ashley have been amazing to work with — both have been responsive, professional, and always willing to answer questions and provide updates. They’ve made this experience much easier and more enjoyable.

I was walked through the whole process with weekly updates by construction manager Brandon Lapp who is absolutely fantastic. Beazer dropped the ball on permits leading to a two year delay in starting construction with zero communication.

We’ve had a few repairs that needed attention, and the team has been helpful. We especially want to give a huge shout out to Joe—he has been incredibly responsive and easy to work with throughout the process!

The whole process was easy. All of our questions and concerns were promptly answered. Joe Z and Anne F were very responsive to all our after move-in concerns. Items were quickly addressed and resolved.

We’ve had a great experience from day one of touring houses all the way to now two months after closing!

My wife and i were very happy with all the assistance we received from Cindi and Jody during this process. From the first time we met them to today. We are uniquely situated near the office and can ask post purchase questions in person. The continued care of Beazer staff goes. above and beyond, We love living in the New Arista community we have joined.

Isaac and Jace have been tremendous through this process. The house has been extremely high quality, and we haven’t had any problems with the house itself at all. For those couple of small issues we had in the early stages (mostly with appliances/manufacturers), the team of Isaac and Jace went above and beyond to resolve them for us, and all were resolved within our first month of living here. Grateful for the Beazer team!

The entire buying process was great. Sean our builder was very helpful through the entire process and incredibly easy to work with. I have never experienced a higher level of customer service than what I did with Sean.

Our decision to buy took a few months and each of the few times we came over, Becky was helpful and informative. We did not feel pressured but educated.

The builder was great. Everything was done as we asked and Eric is very informative and helpful. We had to close later than what we planned but it worked out in the end

The Beazer Family made this such an easy and fun experience for us. From the first day walking into the sales office to the last day of signing closing paperwork it was the best. They answered all of our questions and took care of all our concerns as well. Beazer builds quality homes and when you walk into one you can instantly see the difference from all the rest. We absolutely love our new home and location and would encourage everyone to buy from Beazer Homes.

I must say that my experience was great. Beazer and my loan officers made the buying experience and process easy to navigate. I love my new home!

The overall process went pretty smoothly despite some paperwork challenges with the lending bank that were resolved by a relentless Wells Fargo mortgage consultant and allowed us to close in about three weeks. Bought in December and moved in in March. The customer service team, Anna and Joe, were extremely responsive throughout the process. From getting the place opened while we were still at our previous home to allow for appliance deliveries or internet installation, to addressing all the little fixes on our punch list within a week of us reviewing it with them. I was even able to call Anna from the airport as an item I was expecting much later was delivered early. She came to grab it from our porch and put it away while both my wife and I were traveling. Talk about service! We have a few boxes left to open and put away and the only challenges left will be to figure out paint color for some of our walls and where to hang our framed photos and art. This was our one and only major cross country move in our lifetime and while stressful, everything fell in place nicely, we love our new place and our new city. ... More
