We had a wonderful experience with Beazer Homes from start to finish. Everyone that was a part of helping us build our dream home was amazing. Hayley was so informative and very quick to answer any of our questions when picking and designing our home. Chris was absolutely fantastic and truly went above and beyond to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. Communication was clear, and we always felt heard and supported during the process. We are extremely happy with our home and would highly recommend Beazer to anyone looking to build.

We experienced a great journey with Beazer from the beginning to the end…. Javier was a wonderful salesman then Mark came along to add to the final touches to our beautiful home. Shannon was a great asset in helping me choose the best designs to complete the home. Kyle was there every step of the way to make sure our house was perfect and that we were completely satisfied! Mark and Kyle are a great team to work with-they are dedicated and hardworking…they both continue to be available for our after closing needs as well! The care and attention they provide from start to finish and even after closing is incomparable. Our work with this builder was smooth. This was not our first home nor was it the first time we've built a home. Christian and John had top-tier communication. They were accommodating and patient the entire time (even when kept coming back to look at models lol).

Overall it was a very good experience. From initial contact (Noah) was very helpful and great to work with. I appreciated the weekly videos(Jamie) on the progress. Especially good for people building from other states. I appreciated the weekly meeting. I do feel the contractors could be more careful with their lack of picking up after themselves. Beazer has more than enough dumpsters around for them to pick up after themselves. A few things could have had more attention to detail especially since people are spending money. I wasn't happy with the sidewalks being put in after we moved in. I definitely appreciate the Customer Care Rep. (Dave). Definitely an asset to your company. ... More

Our story is extraordinary. Everyone believes that, however, we were not looking to purchase a home. We visited Beazer and were informed by Becca on the efficiency, quality oconstruction, and the advantages of new construction. Even with that, we saw an inventory home that was discounted and ready to move in, and we would have to sell our home to buy. Becca assisted us finding an awesome realtor, Lani, that sold our home for 0% commission. The rate offer at the time was great. All excuseswere removed. We had the BEST experience building and buying with Beazer. We had the best team every step of the way! Marty-Allen was a dream to work with! She always kept us so informed and up to date on how everything was going. She was so kind and made us feel so taken care of. She is the BEST. Working with Erika at the design center was so fun. She is so knowledgeable about the the product and helped us with every decision big and small. Working with her was JOY! Grant made us feel confident that the product him and his team built were going to be great quality. Any time we had a question or concern (hardly any), he always addressed it. He went above and beyond to give us a honest we LOVE. As we were getting ready to close, John Reed helped assure us that we were in good hands even after we closed on the house. He and Grant walked us through all the home features, and let us know they were a call away if we needed anything. Very smooth process and Jaron took time to go over everything on the house prior to closing, and took care of all requests to make sure they were addressed. He even sent back the painters to touch up after moving in. I would highly recommend Beazer if you are looking for a new home.

Purchasing a home through Beazer has been a pleasure! Working with Robert and Travis between getting the contract complete and the construction complete has been smooth. We are very happy with the quality of the home, particularly with the insulation and how they build these homes. The staff is great to work with and we are loving our new home. We would definitely recommend purchasing a home through Beazer and would buy again!

We were super nervous to go with your typical spec home builders due to the many stories you tend to hear about them relating to poorly built homes, bad customer service, the list goes on. However, this cannot be said about Beazer. We have been impressed with Beazer from start to finish. We got to pick a ton of finishes/hardware/colors/etc. which definitely made things feel much more customized in our new home. Additionally, the team at Beazer was super communicative and responsive to any questions or concerns along the way on both the sales side and the builder side. Brice as a builder has been fantastic. We expected that once done, we would never hear from anyone again but the team is always checking in to make sure things are going well and answer any remaining questions we may have. From the moment, I started working with the sales people and I had two sales people during my contract. They were very helpful. Very informative. Answered all of my questions. Easy to talk to. The construction managers, also, I had two during my contract were outstanding. I had a great time working with the design center as well. They were a great help in making my decisions on everything that went into the house. Kudos to the entire team. I had a great experience during this process. I had a hard time getting my home to sell, and Beazer held this home for me. I have to give a special thank you to Hunter, my construction manager. First time home buyers and were very anxious about buying our first home. Instantly greeted when walking into the office. Both Shannon and Jyoti were professional and courteous. They quickly figured out what we liked and disliked. During the process of buying they kept in touch always keeping us updated on the status of documents along with the status of the house progress. Needless to say I will being staying in touch with these two so that I can contact them for our next home.

We had an excellent experience building our first home with Beazer! Not only were we new to the building process but we are first time homeowners so we had A LOT of questions. Josh was an absolute pleasure from day one! He walked us through every step and was always available for anything we could possibly need! Even after we closed, he continued to check on us regularly to make sure everything was exactly as it should be.
