I had a great experience with Beazer homes. Alec made every effort to explain things in detail and answered my questions promptly in each meeting. I am happy with the build quality and quality control. It was very important for me because I was remote and couldn't stop by frequently while the house was under construction. Also I received regular updates every week from Heather and Lisa with photos of the construction, current progress, and what to expect next. Thanks to this team.

Beezer made the home buying process fast, simple, and exciting! Couldn‘t ask for a better team!

The people were great to work with. I am not thrilled with the appliances. The microwave with no handle is hard to keep clean as there are always fingerprints on it because there is not door. The refrigerator is small. There is no place to hang a towel rack by the master shower which is problematic if you forget to put the towel by the shower. All and all we love our new home.

It’s been an easy process from start to finish. From sales (Sara), construction supervisor (Troy) and customer care(Lorin), the folks at Beazer Homes have been great. After looking at hundreds of homes we came back to Beazer as pricing and quality of homes met all our parameters.

Overall a great experience. Special mention to Cynthia (on site contractor) at Hampton Chase for going above and beyond forever grateful for her!

Colin, Mitch and Bill have stuck by us after the move in process. They have been extremely helpful in getting the small items we identify fixed up to our satisfaction.

We are really enjoying our new Beazer home. There were a few issues along the construction process (typical with any new build) but the team was great working through them. The post closing warranty team has also been great and very responsive. The only negative is that we found Beazer to be less flexible on design changes and options than most other builders. Overall though we are happy.

I had very good experience with them. From start to finish, whole process was smooth. I would recommend this builder to anyone.

Before deciding on the Thornebury neighborhood in Morrisville, NC, I did extensive research to determine which would be the best option and was left perplexed. Heather and her team assisted in clearing these and facilitating the sale while the market is at its peak and would-be buyers are camping out at night. His pleasant demeanor and ability to stay on top of construction, delivery, and coordinating appliances, HVAC, and design changes made a significant difference. Beazer Homes truly lived up to our expectations. They were transparent and honest with us during the entire build process, and were always available and present if we needed anything at all. They stuck to tight timelines, remained flexible, and ultimately delivered us a fantastic home (doing so within our rate lock suspense timeframe). Specifically, Jessica and Joe were an absolute pleasure to work with and were always timely and professional. We’re extremely satisfied with Beazer Homes and would definitely use them again!

The home buying experience from start to finish was amazing. Matt and the sales office staff were courteous and always available to answer any questions my wife and I had. Joe was phenomenal when it came to providing updates on the progress of our home build. We never went more than a week without an accurate update on where our home was at within the process. Give Joe a vacation! That man has earned it.

I had almost given up. I had visited other builder communities in which I was turned off by the customer service and the homes. I signed my contract immediately after touring Magnolia Creek with Matt V. He made the entire home builder process smooth. Now I have my dream home
