From the initial visit through closing, our sales representative (Joel) and general contractor (John) were very knowledgeable, highly competent, and incredibly prompt with responding to and resolving any concern. The quality of our new home (Laredo) is excellent! It is well-built and highly (energy & water) efficient. Our only frustration was with the design center, specifically the limited builder-grade options, significant upgrade costs, and less-than-timely responses.
