Corbin was our construction manager and he made the whole process run smooth and enjoyable. We had many problems during the building process -- almost all of them related to personal issues. For instance, my father fell and broke his hip and we needed to make the home appropriate for a disabled person later in the process. Corbin helped us with these problems. In fact, the only thing we ever heard from Corbin was "no problem, we can fix that." He was great, and we truly appreciate his knowledge and expertise. Overall we have had a great experience building with Beazer! From the start, the sales associates weren’t pushy (unlike another builder we met with). We were provided with weekly email updates on the progress and had an open line of communication with Justin and our builder, Chris. They stuck to their timeline and actually moved our closing up to get us in before the holidays, which was great. We had an independent inspection and everything checked out well. We have only had a couple cosmetic issues that have been taken care of by Chris and through the warranty system. We would build with Beazer again in the future! ... More

Had an excellent experience buying with Beazer. There were some issues that were a concern to us but the Beazer team addressed them and made the move in process as seamless as they could.

Throughout the build process, Christian always kept me informed of progress through messages and photos. He always took time to address my questions and concerns I came across on my own walk throughs and during those scheduled. Christians knowledge and professionalism were comforting qualities. I’m very happy with how this process went. Thanks Christian!

Jake and Ben were great to work with

Jake, my construction manager, was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly, he was responsive whenever I had an inquiry. I enjoyed working with him.

Our builder Mark could not have been more helpful thru this whole process. My family was extremely happy to see him return to sweetgrass village. This past week. Can’t wait to see our neighborhood grow with Mark overseeing it.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers and we went with Beazer after spending a lot of time researching our options, neighborhoods, and builders. Kevin, our construction supervisor, was with us every step of the way and communicated updates daily and asked us questions. I am so proud of this home and the staff at Beazer for being super stars at their craft! The Super always says hi to me and my family and Brian is always great with my family needs and schedule. They are agreat asset to the Beazer and need a pay increase! I have seen some great staff but they go above and beyond and for that i am truelly grateful.

We love our new home. We were first time home buyers, and Ray and Josh made the process as smooth as possible. They answered every question we had, and included some add-ons to the house that we didn't even ask for, in order to ensure that we were happy with everything.

Keendron assisted us with the purchase of our new home, throughout this process Keendron was always available and answered all our question. Keendron guided us throughout the process and made us feel secure and comfortable. Thank you Keendron for always being professional and providing us with excellent customer service skills, you made us feel like family.

Staff is superior: friendly, knowledgeable, helpful! Looking forward to getting involved in the activities that are here for me! All of the residents I have met, are very friendly, always smile and wave.

This was the first time my wife and I have built or purchased a home and we could not have had a better experience than with Beazer. Everyone was wonderful to communicate with, quick and efficient to answer questions, and overall helpful during the entire process.

I can't say with confidence, I'd purchase with Beazer. The building process wasn't cumbersome, but our realtor had to follow up on a few things and we got an inspection. For the final inspection, they hadn't done everything by the first or 2nd walk through. For the identify and tape process, their were weird rules. Our realtor couldn't help, it had to be so many feet away, had to be a certain size, etc. Mind you, you're spending over a half million on your investment! Point all the things out including all the horrible busted through nail holes in all the drawers and some cabinets. Point it out and on the final walk through before closing you see they placed a obvious little piece of wood. So tacky and your told the drawers wouldn't be replaced...mind you, we're spending how much and it was the person's own negligence while working. On final walk through all things still aren't completed; from inspection or our walk through. Also, we got our closing date with under 30 days notice and it all continued to feel rushed. We close on 11.22.23 and we continue to have vendors in and out! Imagine having your closing rushed and still have to deal with people in and out your home! Disappointed doesn't do it justice! There are other annoying nuisances once moved in. Lastly, internet was a major issue. We couldn't get at&t because our addresses weren't registered...that was a lengthy delay. Also, our address numbers are used 2 other times in the subdivision and we're constantly getting others packages. Not sure if that's a Georgia thing or what but it's a headache. Love my home but probably would try another builder. ... More
