The whole process was pretty much seamless. There was no hassle even in the initial negotiation and all the way through into closing. Everyone was and has been really professional and helpful, even after closing! I highly recommend the team and the company for your housing needs.

My husband and I were looking for a new construction home in an up and coming central Florida area and our realtor introduced us to a new community building Beazer homes at Park View at the Hills in Minneola. We were instantly impressed with the design of this home and also the sales man Abe. Abe made us feel right at home and had one of a few conversations with us about the area and what was to come in terms of future development. He continued to be easily accessible and friendly throughout the entire home-building process. Abe was instrumental in making sure that we were comfortable to ask any and all questions as we waited months for the home's completion. While Abe was an awesome start to the process, we had the added bonus of having the most amazing foreman overseeing the home build from the very beginning of the building stage to the end. Jeff was everything we could have hoped for throughout this process. He was always friendly, available for any and all questions and concerns, and just an overall fantastic person to work with. We truly consider Jeff a friend because he promised to make this home everything we could hope for and honored that to this very day. We love our new home and while we often hear negative things about the quality of new construction homes today we honestly cannot place Beazer homes in that category. Closing and moving went well. Working with Beazer team is always great, they will listen to our concerns and provide a solution to it. Quality of the house is nice. The only concern I have is Engineered Hardwood flooring easily getting damaged without placing Sofa or bigger items on the floor.

Overall a great experience. As an out of town buyer I was kept informed every step of the way with weekly videos and calls once construction began. My sales rep. Monica and builder Jeff were awesome to work with and talk to. Happy to know them both.

The Beazer team at Harbor View was amazing. From the time we visited the model home, till we moved in our home the team was first class. Brad the salesman was first class, he was honest and open about the whole new build process. He made time to answer all our questions. Matt the building manager was on top of the build every step. He knew exactly when things were going to be started and completed. One of the best things about buying a beazer home is the weekly progress call from Matt and Brad. The entire team was very professional throughout my buying process. They corrected all items noted in the final walk through as well as responded promptly to minor issues I noticed after having lived in my townhome for a while. I love my new townhome! It is beautiful, quality built, and exactly what I was looking for and more within my budget. We are from California and we decided to purchase this property in NC . There were initially two thoughts on how it will all play out when almost all of the transaction had to be done remote and I am so happy with how the entire process went . Heather was in the forefront of all these discussions keeping us appraised of all the various stages of the process . We had timely emails with prompt follow up for any actions that were due on our side . Heather was almost our most reliable ally in the entire process often suggesting what would be our best next step weighing in all options in hand . When it came to issues that needed attention with the property , Alec was a very reliable member and someone whom we could always depend on for swift and timely actions . He was very responsive whether it came to measurements for appliances or any other little change sets . We are so happy that he was able to travel this path with us and help us all the way till closure and much beyond .
