I feel pretty satisfied with Beazer Homes' overall experience. Caroline has been great helping me find my desired house, and she's been guiding me through lots of the confusion and difficulties as a first time home buyer, while my broker was on vocation. Todd, my construction manager, has been taking care of the various quality control and warranty stuffs during this entire purchase. He's been really responsive and helpful, especially considering this special time of contractor shortage and supply chain's backorder issue.

After the nightmare of an experience my family had with First Texas canceling our contract (they increased the home price $80000), I'd almost given up on buying a home. At was at this time I walked into the Beazer model home and met Ryan. Denise with Thrive Mortgage, Ryan (sales consultant) and Brewer (project manager) made this home purchasing experience a breeze. Sales team is always pofessional and easy to work with.

Buying an out of state home is always a challenge but Beazer made it a great journey. There were delays along the way as it is expected with any new construction (during COVID) but it was well worth it in the end. Project manager went above and beyond to make sure things were on track and was quick to address any issues even after closing.

We had a great experience working with the Beazer team . The sales team Eric and Lauren were such a pleasure to work with. They were patient with all our questions and concerns of buying a new construction home. They kept us updated throughout the whole process. After walkthrough and move in the customer care team Mike and Joseph were just as responsive and helpful making sure all our questions and concerns were addressed. We love our new home and are very pleased with our decision to buy a Beazer home.

Abe was a great sales guide walked us through the process and accepted us graciously every time we came to visit the house and model. Jeff is outstanding kept in touch with us through out the building of our home sending us pictures and updates. And even after we closed confirming any minor touch ups were done to our satisfaction. Both gentlemen went above and beyond.

The Beazer sales team, Joanne and Shannon were fantastic! They are so caring and communicative throughout the entire process. They kept me up to date with every step, reaching out with any changes or milestones. They facilitated any follow up or questions I had timely, and with a smile.

Jacob was very attentive and personalized my experience. He was very customer focused in ensuring that I understood the process and the steps necessary to progress me to closing. His responses were prompt and his personality was an added perk. He is an awesome representation of the Beazer brand and made this process seamless for me.

The experience has been nothing but amazing. Ryan is the greatest. If it werent for him helping me through this entire home building process, I'd honestly be lost. He been nothing but a wealth of knowledge, genuine care, and a complete pleasure to work with. His communication is a tiers above the rest. Take absolute pride in his work. My experience with buying a beach villa in a Beazer community at Bishop’s landing was pleasant. John the manager in charge of building our house was great. John kept us informed during all phases on construction. John was very helpful and pleasant during our walkthrough. After walkthrough, he has been very responsive in answering our questions and fixing all things that needed attention. Overall experience has been great.
