My name is Flores. I am very happy that we chose Beezer homes at the Hills. Theie team have overwhelmingly exceeded our expectations untouched by the other Builders we experienced.

Our experience with Beazer was wonderful! They kept us informed every step of the way. We are very happy with the home. Cory was always good about getting back to us anytime we contacted him, and did a great job of seeing to it that everything was completed prior to closing. Laura was very helpful through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Beazer homes to others.

There is 2 reason for 5 even 7 stars. One, I personally saw the employee working and building this community, I felt their hard working, commandment to quality and using the best materials. So, it is one side of the my review for the Beazer Home, and other reason I respect the people / company / entity who is working hard and making this world beautiful. Come the the point, Long Gate Overlook is a great community, clean, clam neighborhood, just across the Long Gate shopping center and next to YMCA and most important great schools.

It was great working with the front office all the way through the process of choosing the interior upgrades. The build was on track with the initial ground breaking and completion date. The finish product came with no major flaws, very impressed with the service.

Let me start by saying that the condo design and layout meant all of my expectations and more. It has 2 floors, a deck and my own garage. The purchasing and design process went smoothly. Two thumbs UP for Michael in the sales office. He put me at ease with his knowledge and insightfulness regarding the location, floor plan, the purchasing process, and was always available for my questions. Michael kept me updated weekly on the many stages of the construction and even sent photos. The design studio had lots of options and upgrades to personalize each room. My design consultant Nicole laid out all of my choices so I could already imagine how each room would look from the carpet, tiles, lighting, cabinets, and fixtures. The on-site construction manager Wayne walked me through my condo carefully before all the walls were up so I could see the behind the scenes look at how well made and efficient the mechanics and bones of my unit. He also explained the steps and phases of the building process and made sure I was satisfied before and after the walk thru. Oh, thanks Wayne for putting my swing chair together after I moved in. Lastly, Beazers Customer Care will respond immediately to correct any flaws that might have been unnoticed and that’s a big plus! Overall, I was very pleased with the entire process. The builder was very good about informing us the total process of the build. If we had questions they replied promptly. They were very professonial and polite. Our closing was very great with no problems.

Working with Beazer Home was a great experience starting with Ryan who worked with us on getting the property location and helping us find the right mortgage company was very professional and friendly and he made it happen for us From the design center with Brittany who did a great job of helping us find the right bricks, carpet, flooring and painting for our Home and the builder contacts Brewer and Hunter did a great job of keeping us informed doing the building process it was a pleasure working with each of them. Keep up the great work.

I thought Wayne was the bees' knees until I met his counterpart, Mark. Mark has been an absolute wizard with my request, I am really going to miss them when this project is completed!

Our New Home Consultant and Construction Manager went over and above to provide us an exceptional home buying / building experience. They remained in contact with us throughout the entire process and kept us updated on progress and always answered any questions we had. Building a home can be very stressful and they made it seamless with such positive attitudes. We cannot thank them enough.
