We started working with Stephanie H a couple month into our home building process and she made the whole process so much easier. My wife and I were building from across the country so of course we had a lot of anxiety that went along with that, is everything getting done? What are timelines looking like? I would like to thank Stephanie, Michael, Randy and all those who participated in making my home building a very pleasant experience. Georgia, was one of the first employees who interacted with me. I was sorry to see her and the first building manager leave. However, the employees who took over were just as amazing. Thank you. Randy is my go to person now he ensures that any concerns I have is addressed.

It was at times a difficult process considering all of the issues throughout the pandemic. However, Ben did a great job keeping us informed and doing everything possible to ensure a smooth process!

What I liked most is Beazer made it a point to call every Wednesday. I did not need to build any Anxiety wondering what was going on with the build. They had weekly updates and they called close to the same time each week. I also could have very friendly conversations with them. Sometimes I would get excited and get a little chatty but they were never rude. They would listen and still answer every question that I asked a hundred times. I believed they really valued my business.

Kenny & Lonna were great throughout the whole process. They answered questions and provided weekly updates along with progress pictures. We appreciate the flexibility and transparency while building out of state. So far the home is awesome & energy efficient. We love our Beazer home!
