All in all my experience has been ok...slow at the beginning and rocky at the end. Best highlight of my experience was the walk through near the end, seeing the completed work was great. Also, I absolutely love that Beazer provides 2 options for the layout of each floor plan. The sales agent and builder did a good job in responding to my questions via email/phone call in a timely manner. My home was built within the suggested time frame - even more exciting!

Our home buying experience was detailed oriented from beginning to end. The sales team was very knowledgeable about the floor plans, house details and lots. The weekly construction updates were extremely helpful so as to plan our move from PA to SC. The Design Center had enough choices to ensure a beautiful home. Our Sales person and Head Construction crewman were very responsive to our questions and concerns.

Very smooth and easy process

The purchase of our home was a very smooth process from start to end. Our Contractor Dan and new home counselor Kelly were great with communicating and keeping us updated also answering all questions we had! We are pretty satisfied with our home, there are a few things like our HVAC that had to be checked out, also our irrigation system. Also the paint job throughout our home was not the best. Other than that we love it!

Be sure to do the walk throughs!

Everyone seemed very conscientious with multiple walk throughs I only did the second to final walk through. I felt like they had it covered but now I wish I had paid more attention as there were several things they missed. And it taking a long time to get these items taken care of! I've called about an AT&T cable on my front lawn multiple times but can't seem to get anything accomplished. They are supposed to fix the interior items and I believe they will but its taking a long time.

We had a rocky start with Beazer as the communication was not always there, but they went the extra mile to make us happy as a customer. They communicate weekly, and do follow up well, however, sometimes you have to push to the point where you are doing it yourself in a way. I feel the quality of the home is great and they do have beautiful amenities and layouts available. The neighborhood has come a long way, and has great views. Just wish the move in was on time as it got delayed multiple times causing us personal struggles to move and get acclimated.

Easy purchasing process

The house was generally good but some things were finished in a sloppy manner and the builder is not very flexible in changing or adding things before closing. Overall I am happy with the house.

it was ok, still have a few details in my home, quality is not that good.

For example, I was charged full price for my kitchen but still have some issues, as equal I still have issues with the color of the stairs they did painted as they wish no mine, and few more details that I will need at least one page to escribe all the issues.

Beautiful home, no negotiation or bonuses

Our experience was one of zero negotiation. We found a home we fell in love with and it was the last home available in Phase 2 of Jasmine Point. Our home was the Holly model and already built. Upon doing the final blue tape walk through, our real-estate agent found a list of minor fixes that were to be completed before we closed. Now I would like to mention the fact that our closing date was rushed and pushed. We are a military family and were moving here to South Carolina for a permanent duty station change. Our overall experience was good but we did have delays in closing and there were some things that weren't completed on the final walk through. they told us that it would be completed but when we called back to follow up we were told that it would be handled under warranty, which is not what they said on closing day. it took several weeks to get it fixed so I feel like I was getting the runaround. In the future, I would not go to closing until all the punch items were fixed.

Great Home / Poor Building Process

We love our home but the building process lacked timely/detailed updates, timeline, and customer service. Mike M. (our designated salesperson) was not very helpful and lacked the customer experience during the process. However, Stephanie Hassell was very informative during the process especially since she was not our delegated sales rep. She went above and beyond just due to her kind nature and personality.

Great House - Awful Experience and Communication

The house is great quality built with great materials. Beazer outsources all their work to local/regional trades so the quality is fantastic. The actual Beazer team is where we hit all the issues. The communication was awful throughout the building process, we often received false updates and our house was delayed 4 months. They are unwilling to push or try to pivot anything. They just say "This is the way it is now". Other family members of mine have used other builders during this same time and they all were completed on-time or early because beazers competitors made pivots.

This was our first home-building experience which made my husband and I extremely excited about the opportunity. Also, extremely nervous as we didn’t know what to expect. Lack of attention to detail

I feel the house is qualm. However, the sales experience was terrible. Mistakes in the design of my build causes an over 3 month delay. Also, had a sales person tell me I could walk away, this was after waiting over 5 months.

Overall it would have been a great experience if management didn’t screw me over $2k. Initially what I have picked out at design center was not honored by Beazer even though it was Beazer design center person who messed up my design. I was told they will take care of it, but as time got close to closing I noticed back splash were not installed. Management didn’t want to honor what was shown vs what I got.
