Looked at numerous new homes from many builders in Cane Bay and found we liked the house built by Beazer the best. The outside had clean lines with subtle accents and the inside had really nice finishing touches. A couple of really minor issues were noticed after we moved in, and the Beazer team on-site were very quick to come by the house to see if they could fix it right away. If they could not fix it then and there, they set the process in motion to remedy the problem as soon as possible. We would definitely buy another home from Beazer!

First of all, the location is perfect. Just off I-526 and minutes from Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and North Charleston. The homes are quality with solid construction. A visitor to my new Beazer home commented "the stairs don't even creak". I love the styles - reflective of the Lowcountry. Most importantly, the staff, from the representative up front to the builder, they are highly professional and go above and beyond to please and make living here a pleasant experience. A very seamless experience

While there were a few minor issues in the build process, it really couldn't have much better. There were only a few fit and finish issues and the builder was on top of those promptly. After being in the home, I've noticed a couple of items that need to addressed through the warranty process, but they are very minor. There were enough options to satisfy my needs and other options were taken care so as not to turn the process into a year long second job. Highly recommended

For a first time home buyer, Beazer was extremely easy to work with. Julia and Brandon took excellent care of us, and continue to be helpful as we settle into our new home. The process was laid out very simply from the start. The team was transparent and helpful as we evaluated our home. In the end, the build quality was far and away amazing. The floor plans are open. The whole experience was very simple.

Wonderful service from Debbie and Wes. Home was ready when they promised even with a week delay because of possible Hurricane. Considering this is not a custom home, I feel that there are many nice design features. Liked that I could customize floors, cabinets, countertops, etc. Granted at a price! Beazer is a good solid reliable builder.

All in all my experience has been ok...slow at the beginning and rocky at the end. Best highlight of my experience was the walk through near the end, seeing the completed work was great. Also, I absolutely love that Beazer provides 2 options for the layout of each floor plan. The sales agent and builder did a good job in responding to my questions via email/phone call in a timely manner. My home was built within the suggested time frame - even more exciting!

Our home buying experience was detailed oriented from beginning to end. The sales team was very knowledgeable about the floor plans, house details and lots. The weekly construction updates were extremely helpful so as to plan our move from PA to SC. The Design Center had enough choices to ensure a beautiful home. Very smooth and easy process

The purchase of our home was a very smooth process from start to end. Our Contractor Dan and new home counselor Kelly were great with communicating and keeping us updated also answering all questions we had! We are pretty satisfied with our home, there are a few things like our HVAC that had to be checked out, also our irrigation system. Also the paint job throughout our home was not the best. Other than that we love it!

Everyone seemed very conscientious with multiple walk throughs I only did the second to final walk through. I felt like they had it covered but now I wish I had paid more attention as there were several things they missed. And it taking a long time to get these items taken care of! I've called about an AT&T cable on my front lawn multiple times but can't seem to get anything accomplished. They are supposed to fix the interior items and I believe they will but its taking a long time.

We had a rocky start with Beazer as the communication was not always there, but they went the extra mile to make us happy as a customer. They communicate weekly, and do follow up well, however, sometimes you have to push to the point where you are doing it yourself in a way. I feel the quality of the home is great and they do have beautiful amenities and layouts available. The neighborhood has come a long way, and has great views. Just wish the move in was on time as it got delayed multiple times causing us personal struggles to move and get acclimated.

The house was generally good but some things were finished in a sloppy manner and the builder is not very flexible in changing or adding things before closing. Overall I am happy with the house.

This was our first home and overall, the experience was enjoyable. We were the first tenants in our section of the neighborhood so we faced the common issues closing on the first property. Design changes, delays, etc. Overall, the Beazer team did a nice job guiding us through the process.

Overall we are happy with new home in the Oaks Canebay area. Grass replacement in areas didn't happen. Still need partial wood for replaced. Grass we will wait till spring and check on then but it is concerning that it wasn't taken care of. Lot of water wasted waiting for hot water in kitchen. Same issues for showers. Might need 2nd tankless heater? Door bell on the fritz for 2nd time. Minor issues that hopefully will be addressed before 11 month. Development here is outstanding with great people. I still believe that Beazer is one of the better builders and will take care of our issues.

For example, I was charged full price for my kitchen but still have some issues, as equal I still have issues with the color of the stairs they did painted as they wish no mine, and few more details that I will need at least one page to escribe all the issues.
