my only complaint is the builders are slobs. the throw their trash on the street where i have make sure my dog does not eat their chicken bones. and in 3 months i have gotten 3 nails in my tires on the plus side i love the house

The people selling the homes were curious kind and weren't pushy

First I had a Home inspector at my own cost to come in and inspect the Home, he found very few problems, the house was not 100% finished. Upon completion I had about a month before I moved in (my choice) When I did move in I only found a few minor details needing to be tended to. I'm Very happy with the construction and lanscaple of this home.

Was never offered anything other than standard options. Electrical layout is something less than to be desired. Lawn installation is extremely uneven. Overall just mediocre

The initial purchasing to move-in was pretty seamless and any issues were addressed with our sales associate in a judicious manner. In my opinion too many details were missed before the final move in the were addressed after our move in but we feel they should have been addressed before the move in. To potential home buyers, please ensure you visit the home weekly to address details as you see them to ensure the final walk does not reveal any surprises. Our concerns have been addressed but it did take a few additional weeks for them to be resolved.

We were skeptical at first, buying a home in this market but after a long and dedicated search we decided on a home in Somerset and Beazer took over...Everything was done with care and concern for our requests and needs. From sales to service after the sale it has been amazing. Would never reccommend another builder ever.

Our experience with Beazer Homes has been satisfying, memorable, and far better than we expected, largely because of the incredible team that guided us throughout the process. Brad, Lonnie, Katheryn, Dylan, Cary, and Kelly were all wonderful to work with and truly made the experience a satisfying and memorable one for my wife and me. From beginning to end, we felt genuinely heard, understood, and supported. The level of communication and customer service we received was exceptional. Throughout the build, the team consistently kept us updated through phone calls, texts, emails, FaceTime, Zoom meetings, pictures, and videos showing the progress of our home. Questions were answered quickly, updates were proactive, and we always felt informed about pending items and next steps. Building a home can feel overwhelming, but the communication and transparency made the experience much smoother and less stressful for our family. One of the most meaningful moments for us was the pre-drywall meeting. Since we travel with our children, this was an especially important visit for our family. Even during an unusually cold day, the team took the time to carefully walk us through everything, explain details thoroughly, and mark items for the construction crew to ensure our requests would not be missed. That attention to detail and willingness to listen made us feel valued as homeowners. The warranty orientation was also extremely helpful. The process, coverage, and procedures for future issues were explained clearly and patiently, and we were provided with written documentation and contact information so we would know exactly what to do if anything came up after closing. We left feeling reassured and supported. What truly made our experience stand out, however, was the professionalism, honesty, and transparency shown throughout the process. Prior to Beazer, we had experiences with other builders where promises were made about delivering the home we wanted within our budget, but those expectations ultimately fell apart. Naturally, we approached this process cautiously at first. To our surprise, Beazer delivered on what was promised. Expectations were communicated honestly, and the final result reflected the vision and budget we discussed from the beginning. That level of follow-through built a tremendous amount of trust and confidence for us during such an important life decision. While we are very happy overall, the one area that truly needs improvement is the Design Center experience. Unfortunately, that part of the process felt unnecessarily long, uncomfortable, and frustrating. Although we could physically see and touch samples, there was no software or digital visualization tool to help us see how selections, colors, and finishes would actually look together in the home. Having technology that allows buyers to visualize combinations in real time would make the process significantly easier, faster, and more accurate. There were also several instances where items discussed during the appointment were reflected differently on paperwork and required multiple corrections afterward. Improving the organization, accuracy, and technology used during the design process would greatly improve the overall customer experience. That said, the quality of care, communication, professionalism, and support we received from the Beazer team ultimately made this an experience we will always remember positively. We had a great experience. Brad was amazing and very helpful all the way through to the end. Everything went smoothly, and the lender was exceptional. We got the best rate, too! Would definitely recommend Beazer to everyone looking to purchase a home!

Our experience with the Beazer builder was very good. The expectations were laid out from the beginning and they were honored by the entire Beazer team. As expected, we had a few issues, but so far Beazer has been quick to respond to them. Since there is still a lot of construction in the neighborhood, I am pleased with the cleanliness of the sites and also that the many contractors do not interrupt the residential quality of living. I do like to walk through the community and I do find that there are some nails and screws on the street. It would be helpful if the contractors could police the area around their trucks, the driveways, and the dumpsters to try to minimize the number of objects that residents might step on or that they may drive over. While not about the builder, there have been a number of complaints about the Beazer rep on the HOA Architectural Review Committee. Some residents complain that the person seems to have veto power to reject projects, even when the points in question are not in the HOA guidelines. Also, I find it difficult to communicate with the HOA leadership, having to go through the community management organization. It seems that while Beazer did a great job with communication when building the home, the same level of transparency is not carried over into the transition of the neighborhood. ... More

From the first house we were shown by Jessica til the day we closed everyone involved was extremely caring, helpful always there to answer any and all questions and family oriented. We love our new home the neighborhood is great and neighbors are so friendly.

I would to say that we absolutely love our new Savannah home. Cindy was absolutely fabulous in explaining all the options on our new Savannah home. Cindy was patient, courteous, informative, and more than helpful during the buying and building process. Cindy answered all our questions in a timely fashion. David has been an absolute godsend. He has helped guide us thru the building process, explained all the inner workings of how all the features of our new home worked and how to maintain them. He also been been very responsive to any small issues we have had and taken care them in a timely fashion. He is truly a tremendous asset to Beazer and specifically Sunset Landing. Jamie kept us informed weekly about the construction progress. He answered any questions we had. David was there at my walk thru to explain everything and was very thorough. When I moved in, he always answers my call,and is right there to take care of the issue that I may be having at the time. He is aways very pleasant and courteous, and I am so glad he is around to help when help is needed.

We purchased a spec home therefore did not go through the build experience. The team was thorough in prepping the home and expedient in getting ready for a quick closing. The initial warranty rep was not as quick to respond to our issues. However, the replacement has been right on top of every item with contractors arriving within a week.

James and David and Mike aim to please and go above and beyond anything I have experienced. My wife and i have bought many homes in the past 30 years and this is by far the best home buying experience we have ever had. What ever you are paying these gentlemen isn't enough. This kind of dedication is very rare.

Meagan was my initial contact with Beazer at Somerset she was very helpful with the my selection of the lot,house style and the selection of all my options. This being my second Beazer home is that Beazer is making more of a better home with improvements to the structure 2×6 outer walls, whole house foam insulation, easy access whole house water shut off,electric car outlet,improvement of the HVAC system and a conduit ran for future solar power etc.Brandon was my Beazer building contact and Brandon was awesome he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.He kept me informed during all stages of the build lay out the slab ,to the framework inspections plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, siding, etc.And when I called Meagan or Brandon they answered the phone which was assuring that I was just not a number but a valued Beazer home buyer. ... My entire experience buying a Beazer home has been exceptional. The sales representatives, Cindy and Mike, the builder, Jamie, and my customer care representative, David, have all been outstanding. Everyone, at each juncture of the buying and moving in process, has responded quickly, fully, and transparently to my questions and concerns. I trust that if an issue arises, it will be dealt with in a timely fashion. I feel lucky to have had such a stress-free experience!
