Jessica is amazing. Melissa is very personable. People in the neighborhood are very friendly.

The Construction manager was wonderful. He always answered our calls, questions and took care of all of our needs even after the sale. Our Customer Service Representative made us feel like a top priority, between calling to check in and always looking out for things we wouldn’t have otherwise noticed. She’s got initiative and is very efficient, getting everything done right away! We were so fortunate to have such a wonderful team working with us!

From the initial contact with Beazer, Jessica and Bob created a seamless construction experience. They guided us through the process in a knowledgeable, caring and joyful manner. What could have been a very stressful time, was actually very worry free and fun. We learned a lot and laughed a lot. Jessica and Bob are THE TEAM!

My wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about our entire experience from Jessica, Bob , Katherine ,and Melissa. Starting with Jessica explaining, with much patience, the options and process. Then, Jessica and Bob, with the continued pictures and weekly updates during the build were appreciated, considering we lived out of state. During the build Bob was very attentive and forthcoming with info, answering any questions we had. As we closed in on our finish, Katherine and Bob were very involved ensuring all our questions or issues were addressed. Melissa took the lead after the closing helping us understand the process with the home after construction was completed. We had two very small issues, after the closing, that Melissa helped rectify very quickly with a smile on her face. Everyone mentioned in this review was very attentive to any questions we had. We are very pleased with the construction of the home. This is our 3rd home we have built. We are very impressed with the noise reduction inside the home from outside. From sales, to construction, and warranty, perfect experience all around

We had a great experience beginning with Brad walking us through the process to Lonnie who takes great pride in delivering a solid home. Finished with Kelly who made sure everything was to our liking before we signed.

From the sales person with his knowledge and follow up and morgage company making it easy.

Buying our new Beazer home was such a great experience. Mike was very knowledgeable and informative. He gave me confidence that we were getting a quality built energy efficient home. John was great with all the buying process and Terri was super helpful with the walk-through and operation of things on the house. Just a great experience overall.

I can honestly say my experience with Beazer Homes as amazing from start to finish. The sales agent mad the process so easy and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The construction manager was great about keeping me updated and always took the time to explain things. After moving in, the warranty department has been so responsive and quick to help with any little questions or concerns. It really felt like everyone cared about making sure I had a great experience and a home I truly love. I'm so grateful for the entire team and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build.

Brandon has been such a great helper and is willing to answer calls about everything i call about with the house. Recommended highly for promotion! Justin is also a good customer representative!

The Beazer team of Abbey, Brandon and Justin are second to none. Our initial meeting to our final walk through was a stress free, positive experience. We were impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail. Weekly pictures and phone calls were much appreciated. Communication was a priority with the team. It started and ended with Cindy…Cindy made our first time home buying experience simply amazing …She stayed with us from the first day we came into the office till the day we moved in..Cindy kept in touch with us every time there was any updates and gave me her personal number to call any time we had any questions or needed help…I am very sad that she is no longer with Beazer and have no clue why she was let go …She is the type of person that gets the job done and has a heart of gold

After 6 home building projects, Beazer was our best building experience to-date.

We had an absolutely amazing home buying experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us with anything we needed, and answered all the questions we had regarding our home.

Let me start off by saying, I have purchased new builds from two other competitors prior and the experience with Beazer was far superior. From sales going the extra mile, like he got on the floor of the garage with a tape measure to make sure it would be big enough for us to our PM always being available for my questions and quickly responding, I am happy to say I love my new home. They kept in constant contact with me and made building a new home from across the country seem as if I were here the whole time.

Even though we have closed builder is still helpful when little things are needed or even help with a dog who ran from the house.

Both positions are so critical, not only to my home getting completed on time, but to my satisfaction and specifications. Brad paid attention to every detail I selected making sure he got everything recorded correctly the first time, while Lonnie ran all the myriad of contract companies ensuring my home was built just right. Kellie has been here for every question, follow up or hand holding I’ve needed. The Beazer family has been the best experience in home buying I’ve ever had! The highlight being a buyer from out of town, was the weekly phone calls providing updates about the progress on my house followed by the pictures! From the moment we walked into the Model Home and met Abby, we knew we were home! Living in NJ and planning a move to SC was extremely stressful- Abby was always there for us! As the building process began, Abby was joined by Tracy and later Jamie who would walk us weekly through videos during the building process. We couldn't wait each week for our video walk through. NO MATTER WHAT QUESTIONS we had, Abby and/or Jamie were always there for us. We always were aware of the status of our new build! Great communication amongst all the TEAM members made us feel more secure and confident that all was going well. Before we settled at Sunset Landing, we visited many communities in the area but were 100% sold on the exceptionally high quality of construction and their commitment to energy efficient homes being ENERGY STAR certified. We became more educated on both HERS Scores and the added bonus of Beazer's indoor airPLUS systems. Our realtor, who wasn't familiar with Beazer Homes, now is! Now that we are settling in, we continue to be impressed- we love our new home. Everything we had discussed pre-sale was 100% PERFECT. Many of the recommendations/guidance suggested pre-sale were right-on! We are so grateful to Abby- she has made our transition PRICELESS! And now that Jamie and the new construction TEAM has stepped away from our build, even though it is nice to see Jamie's smiling face throughout the community, David has stepped in- and he IS ALWAYS THERE FOR US! No matter what the question and/or concern is, he has made it VERY COMFORTABLE for us to contact him- he is always prompt with his communication and solutions to anything we have asked. The Warranty Team is also very responsive and follow up is GREAT! Several weeks ago, we noticed a car circling the neighborhood and they stopped in front of our driveway while we were unpacking our garage. We welcomed these strangers into our home - they walked thru our home and yard asking us MANY QUESTIONS - if we were satisfied, would we do it again if we had the choice etc. I guess they were satisfied in our responses because their house is currently being constructed on a lot behind us! It is hard leaving family and grandchildren but waking up every morning to our beautiful home is AMAZING! The community is friendly and welcoming- we are always meeting new people- this is an ongoing INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. We love everything about our new home. The guys we've encountered with Beazer have been amazing too. I don't know of any other builders that checks in with their buyers and ensures everything is top notch. Beazer definitely puts themselves above the rest in every category.

Brad, Lonnie and Kellie absolutely the best. The quality of our home is five stars. This is our forever home.

The team from beazer were great !!.....Megan was a great help with the purchase...Justin was very helpful with explaining how everything works in the house and answering my million questions .......and Brandon was the best at showing and explaining the build...he kept in touch weekly keeping me updated on the progress...I did not worry about anything and the house turned out wonderful....I am glad I went with Beazer!
