James and David and Mike aim to please and go above and beyond anything I have experienced. My wife and i have bought many homes in the past 30 years and this is by far the best home buying experience we have ever had. What ever you are paying these gentlemen isn't enough. This kind of dedication is very rare.

Meagan was my initial contact with Beazer at Somerset she was very helpful with the my selection of the lot,house style and the selection of all my options. This being my second Beazer home is that Beazer is making more of a better home with improvements to the structure 2×6 outer walls, whole house foam insulation, easy access whole house water shut off,electric car outlet,improvement of the HVAC system and a conduit ran for future solar power etc.Brandon was my Beazer building contact and Brandon was awesome he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.He kept me informed during all stages of the build lay out the slab ,to the framework inspections plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, siding, etc.And when I called Meagan or Brandon they answered the phone which was assuring that I was just not a number but a valued Beazer home buyer. ... My entire experience buying a Beazer home has been exceptional. The sales representatives, Cindy and Mike, the builder, Jamie, and my customer care representative, David, have all been outstanding. Everyone, at each juncture of the buying and moving in process, has responded quickly, fully, and transparently to my questions and concerns. I trust that if an issue arises, it will be dealt with in a timely fashion. I feel lucky to have had such a stress-free experience!

Cindy was very knowledgeable and informative regarding the construction and energy efficiency of the Beazer constructed homes in Sunset Landing. (It was information overload in a good way. Helped us make the decision to buy a home in this community.)

We have built 3 houses prior to this one, with different builders, so we have been through the process and like normal you always have some kind of issues here and there. From the initial meeting with Brad, where he showed a lot of patience with us and our decision making process, but gave us plenty of time to make each and every decision. It was also important for us, since we were moving here from PA to have a realtor work closely with us, and we can say that Brad gave her a lot of respect, which did not happen at the other 4 builders we talked to before choosing Beazer and the Somerset development. Brad then turned us over to Brandon once the construction began and again we were 500 miles away during that process, but the weekly updates were great - really kept us in the loop! Towards the end of the process when it looked like we were going to not make the projected closing date (which was a major issue as we were out of temporary housing and would have had to pay for another month of storage), Brandon really stepped up and made sure the house was finished on time and the closing group made it all happen. We are loving the house, feel like the quality (2x6 walls; insulation, all the corners are square and all the finishes) were so much better than the other builders we had met with here in the Myrtle Beach area. We were looking for our retirement home and could not have found a better home or location. John was fantastic from my first email through the walk through with my aunt then myself a few weeks later. Getting help with one of their preferred lenders Cross Country Mortgage. Working with Tiffany and company was great. Could not have asked from start to finish a nice and smooth transaction.

Brandon, Justin and Megan did a fantastic job. Every time I had a question, they answered. They made it very easy to purchase my home I’m very pleased with their professionalism

Overall it was a very good experience. From initial contact (Noah) was very helpful and great to work with. I appreciated the weekly videos(Jamie) on the progress. Especially good for people building from other states. I appreciated the weekly meeting. I do feel the contractors could be more careful with their lack of picking up after themselves. Beazer has more than enough dumpsters around for them to pick up after themselves. A few things could have had more attention to detail especially since people are spending money. Megan and Brandon did a fantastic job with all communications and the production of my new home. Anything I didn't understand was explained to me so I could understand and anything I needed after the purchase they have been very responsive. Beazer Homes is definitely a builder I would recommend.

The entire process from meeting the team, planning our new home to breaking ground to closing, the experience was seamless, energized and amazing! Brandon did an excellent job keeping us informed of all the progress from beginning yo end and even after we moved in. Brandon made sure everything was perfect which it was. We would definitely recommend Beazer Home for excellent quality, craftsmanship and customer service.

My initial consultation with Cindy in sales and continued my relationship at which time I received weekly updates from Jamie all the way through closing and then David stepped in with Warranty work . The team worked like a well greased wheel.

All new homes come with imperfections so far I am very happy with the attention they have given my concerns. Even the smallest imperfection has been handled with professionalism. Everyone has been courteous and polite this has been a great buying experience! Thank you to the whole team!!!

Inlet Keys is a really nice development. Through construction they always keep it clean.Always ready to answer any questions I have and keep the neighborhood safe with all the worker’s and vendors doing their jobs.

From sales people to Superintendent Brandon our home buying experience was excellent. We purchased a Spec Home and we were very happy with the design choices Beazer made. The team at Somerset was very prompt in responding to any and all questions we had. We highly recommend purchasing a home in the Somerset Neighborhood.

Jessica is amazing. Melissa is very personable. People in the neighborhood are very friendly.

The Construction manager was wonderful. He always answered our calls, questions and took care of all of our needs even after the sale. Our Customer Service Representative made us feel like a top priority, between calling to check in and always looking out for things we wouldn’t have otherwise noticed. She’s got initiative and is very efficient, getting everything done right away! We were so fortunate to have such a wonderful team working with us!

From the initial contact with Beazer, Jessica and Bob created a seamless construction experience. They guided us through the process in a knowledgeable, caring and joyful manner. What could have been a very stressful time, was actually very worry free and fun. We learned a lot and laughed a lot. Jessica and Bob are THE TEAM!

My wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about our entire experience from Jessica, Bob , Katherine ,and Melissa. Then, Jessica and Bob, with the continued pictures and weekly updates during the build were appreciated, considering we lived out of state. During the build Bob was very attentive and forthcoming with info, answering any questions we had. As we closed in on our finish, Katherine and Bob were very involved ensuring all our questions or issues were addressed. Melissa took the lead after the closing helping us understand the process with the home after construction was completed. We had two very small issues, after the closing, that Melissa helped rectify very quickly with a smile on her face. Everyone mentioned in this review was very attentive to any questions we had.
