I would of gotten the same poor craftsmanship but saved 200k if bought a dr horton or Lennar. Beazer does not care about the customer there method is to make it so miserable for them to fix stuff you give up ask any of my neighbors

We purchased a spec house that was approx. 70% completed and signed contract in early August. At that time the estimated completion date was on or about November 1. Based on this date we contracted the sale of our current residence with a closing date of December 1st which based on buyer mortgage commiments we excuted on such date. No Attention to Detail, poor workmanship, overall bad quality

No Quality Control. Bay window has uneven spacing across and uneven height. Closet supposed to be in hall was in bathroom. Toilet does not have a seat that fits. Screen room is constructed so poorly an alligator could get in. Today at 7:30 am there was banging on my house. Without notice they decided to fix the wrong facades they originally put on the building. And using my electric. Sure a poor quality builder So many issues with the house The cosmetic appearance is like a preschool project Water leaks, no heat, doors wrong, broken trim, terrible paint jobs…and that’s just the beginning Don’t buy a house from Beazer The construction manager on site was useless, I wouldn’t have him build a dog house

Mistruths, Broken Promises and Poor Craftsmanship

Be very careful and make sure you totally understand what they are offering. Words get twisted, stories change, promises get broken and there is a lot of misinformation given out. The homes seem well made but all the trades lacked finesse and quality. Already many problems to fix on a brand new home. The standard options leave much to be desired. Minimal quality at best.

I’ll start by saying this Rudy from warranty is the exception. He has been nothing but professional and has worked hard to try and tackle a very long list of issues. Even at times when I’ve lost my cool he has been understanding of my frustration and has been nothing but great. Awful Warranty service less than a month in my new home

We had our doorbell ringer inside almost catch on fire less than a month moved into our brand new home! Called the warranty service right away to get an electrician out and it has been 3 weeks and still nothing!!! The warranty is a joke. We also had a few other issues and still have not heard back from anyone in over a week!

With this being the 4th home that I reviewed for quality, there are several recommendation that Beazer should look at. • Your appliance installer should be fired. Damaged appliances, bolts missing from installation, doors messed up, etc. • Your siding contractor does very shady work. Poor bends, bad cuts, bad angles. Get someone else. • Electrician shows little attention to details. The second Beazer home I have purchased. I should have quit after the first. AC does not work when it's hot and heat does not work when it's cold. Drawers in bathroom vanity won't shut properly and landscaping was not done properly. My wife and I have called so many times I have listed the contact simply as complain again.
