Sales person and building contractor very helpful through the whole buying| building process. That was greatly appreciated being that I was not local as the house was being built. No major problems since I moved in, and the few problems I had were attended to promptly.

We finally found a home that fits most of our dream expectations Beazer Homes very helpful in getting us what we were looking for. New home, great view, luxury amenities included.

Park Place, a beautiful area. Home construction was superb and includes extensive environmental and energy saving concepts. Support of the sales and construction managers made the entire process enjoyable. Glad we did this.

Do a few walk throughs to iron out any glitches

Love our new home and becoming acquainted with neighbors despite the lockdown by coronavirus. House was completed in about 80 days and love the finishes. Landscape was limited, requiring a rework and eventually replaced everything.

Blinds hung incorrectly, sagging in middle. Called to get help with situation, no answer or response. Was told I could get plumbing, electrical, & painting assistance after closing, no response.

We love the home but seems people promise everything as long as we give a great review so they get a bonus then nothing is followed through on.

John made the process of buying our new home easy and answered any questions we had along the way. Stacy took care of any questions or problems we had during the building process.

We had a very smooth process up until closing and the final inspection after the walk through. Some problems in the house cannot be detected until after a person moves in. Ice maker in fridge broken, dishwasher needed new electrical face and had missing parts, no light in microwave.(still not fixed) We had to sign up for the warranty first and wait for someone from Whirlpool to come even though they did not work from the start. Broken drawer, chip in shelf and 2 doors that do not lock all discovered the day after we moved in still have not been fixed. My advice: do not agree to sign off until a few weeks after moving in because you will discover more things you didn't see on the walk thru and they promise to come when you call but never show up. ... Smooth and Easy... Love our new home!

I’m very impressed with the service given by your people after we moved in . All problems we have experienced so far have been taken care of almost immediately . What was not taken care of is in process of being completed. Your follow up Warenty team is outstanding. They just get things done no excuses .

Overall, we have been very happy in our new Beazer Home. We love the layout of the home and in general the workmanship of the home was very good. In addition, we have been very happy with the Warranty program. After moving in, we did notice some defects in the home. Each time we logged the problem into the Warranty department and each time it was corrected.

Nice design. Finished ok. Beezer never finished the punch list we both agreed to and signed .

So far in the purchase and closing process everything has gone smooth. We purchased a spec home that was completed a while ago so some of the issues with purchasing a new home have already been taken care of. What issues we did have were addressed quickly and efficiently.

Our buying experience with Beazer Homes was excellent. From the time we signed the contract, till completion, the process only took 4 months. Our buying agent (Grant) was in contact with us consistently and was willing to work with us on changes, as necessary and allowable. As with all newly built houses, there are little things here and there that need addressing and for the most part, Beazer was willing to accommodate changes. The one thing I would suggest to Beazer is that you allow the home buyer more than 1 day/hours to view things that need to be addressed (walk through) as it is impossible to see everything in a few hours and I felt very rushed. I would also suggest that Beazer give two to three month for any corrections that need to be made. Most of us don't want to wait a year to correct issues with drywall, nailpops, faulty painting, siding, etc. Our warranty manager (Phillip) is very very responsive, and corrects things if he can, but most things are not under warranty. For example, one of the large landscaping bushes (main stem) was broken upon installation and the landscaping company left it that way/propped. I did not see it until a couple of weeks later, when doing some weeding, which is not under warranty. Then, our pond experienced a washout which caused the turf to slide downhill after a heavy rain within a month of moving in. It too isn't covered, despite it not having had the time to root. Finally, in high 30-40 mph winds (again, a month after moving in) several pieces of siding blew down, due to the fact that they were not installed properly. Phillip agreed to have it fixed, even though it was not under warranty. It would seem that siding not installed properly should be under warranty. In the grand scheme of things, these are minor, but as I reflect on the overall picture, they are things that I wish were addressed in a better manner. ... More

storage area above garage should be included in price. garage painted should be included. other new housing developments in the area with similar pricing include these.paid for a premium lot but with all the setbacks it's useless. you should tell us the details of the lot before you buy. Quality of house is excellent

Our experience with building our new home has been exceptional. Everything as promised was delivered. The home is beautiful and exactly as we thought it would be. The customer relations throughout the building process from Brad and Johnathan was outstanding. They answered all our questions and sent pictures weekly. Outstanding work from Beazer and team.

Be very careful and make sure you totally understand what they are offering. Words get twisted, stories change, promises get broken and there is a lot of misinformation given out. The homes seem well made but all the trades lacked finesse and quality. Already many problems to fix on a brand new home. The standard options leave much to be desired. Minimal quality at best.

I have never written a bad review, but in this case I sought out every place on the internet to leave a review about my experience! I have written 7 so far and I will continue until I am no longer angry, and that may take a while!!

I feel that they knew I was moving in and at the last minute just threw stuff together. Have had several issues which some have been taken care of. Had trouble with my water heater and they had the plumber come out. If someone represents a company they should have a card with their name on it. You may know who they are, but I don't. Am not new to moving as we have moved 10 times and built 3 custom homes. Grant it this is not a CUSTOM hone, but it is my home and one I hope to enjoy. You also need to notify homeowners when a water pumping truck is coming and blocking my way for 45 min. I am a heat patient and what if there were an emergency. Communication here is not very good. I’ll start by saying this Rudy from warranty is the exception. He has been nothing but professional and has worked hard to try and tackle a very long list of issues. Even at times when I’ve lost my cool he has been understanding of my frustration and has been nothing but great. After that there isn’t anything about beazer I could hang my hat on me and my neighbor’s yard has not been usually since our move in it’s been wet and mushy since day on they re graded portions but there’s still issues. The house on the other side sits higher and the rain drains to my side and sits there. Toward the front of the house on the side seems to be graded fairly ok but you can clearly see where towards the back it’s flat. My grass has turned to algae in spots and when you touch it, it tears wipes off to mud. I have a young daughter and a dog and northerlies have used the backyard due to this. I was lied to from the start of the process till the end the house was rushed and it shows the list is so long we were asked to hold off on submitting anymore warranty requests until they can catch up. Things we pointed out before drywall was up are still an issue the island Fran is out of plum which we pointed out. Trim wasn’t cut correctly walls weren’t sanded doors weren’t sanded poor patch marks for wholes that were in doors our French doors look terrible. Concrete was broken and hidden with pine straw during final walk they and the repair job is a joke. Concrete splatter all over. Sod stopped a few inches from curb. With no dirt in between or a bunch of sand in between depending on location. I have faith in Rudy addressing most of these issues while I do think it is going to take months if not almost the whole year to address. The landscaping at this point is very disappointing as it doesn’t appear the landscapers will do anything about it and I believe it’s above Rudy on whether he can also. I’d love for someone from corporate beazer to come visit and see some of the issues and try to tell me honestly I got what I paid for. ... More
