The builder Terry and Beaver representative Megan, have been extremely helpful with the process. Our only complaint is the quality of the appliances that were installed. It would have been nice to be able to pick what we wanted.

I have had a great experience from working with Jessica purchasing the home to Lonnie handing all the construction and walk through. Also Rudy has been great with any warranty questions we have had.

These homes are beautifully built. The sales staff is amazing. My only complaint is the information on the HOA, no town was listed on application, wasting time to apply for a fence. Assumed it was in little river. To date I still have not received my fob to access the pool and community house. Also could have been given information on Garbage days and recycle

This is our 2nd home built by Beazer. We have lived in the Lafayette Park development in Little River before and because of family issues had to leave. We decided to look at the Sunset Landing since it is a Beazer development and the new home we bought was better built than the previous one. Among the upgrades at no additional cost were the spray foam insulation which has made the house must quieter and warmer, the additional roof attachments to the rafters and the air exchange system. This is now our forever home. Truly a good home.

I have been so pleased with every part of buying my new home! As I told a friend yesterday, “I haven’t met a Beazer person I didn’t really like.” I worked most closely with John, Brian, and Melissa. John was very professional and helpful in everything relating to buying the house. Jessica is the most capable woman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She has all the answers for any inquiry and such a friendly and outgoing demeanor. And, since moving in we have had very positive results with Rudy, who is quick to follow up on any issue that may occur.

We appreciate the quality and attention to detail. We wanted a home that would truly last us a lifetime. We appreciate the use of 2x6’s in construction of the framing. Love the superior level of insulation and the myriad of options to choose from. The staff is great ; from Jessica the home advisor, to Lonnie the project manager, to Rudy our warranty representative. They kept us informed and were eager to handle anything we needed.

We worked a lot with Brandon . He did an excellent job getting us in a great home . He was hands on from the first meeting to the closing . Brandon still checks in on us . He really cares about the finished product.

From the beginning when I first arrived from out of state to do a walk through of the model to my final closing. The experience was very smooth. All individuals involved in my purchase and closing were very helpful and understood my interests. They were all concerned about my new purchase and their communications were above and beyond. I have never had a home built for me, but this one was an absolute breeze (aka Beaze!!). Kudos to everyone and to Beazer Homes.

I would not purchase from beazer especially in harborview I felt pressured into the purchase, they rushed the build to make quotas the automatic garage door opener is hanging off the wall I'm doing more work in a new house than I would of in a previous built home hanging ceiling fans,changing lights blinds, painting. Not a happy customer

does not honor warranty work seems bunch of us have tickets submitted no work being done at all .Dont know how they passed code enforcment on building as they break most of the rules .Rush job to build house concrete suppose to set for 30 days to get to 75% cure there building on them in 4 days concrete cracks all around neighbor hood . Get the run around by warrenty people .

Our home buying experience with Beazer was excellent from start to finish. The weekly updates from Brad (sales) and Katheryn (construction mgr) were much appreciated, especially as an out of state buyer. We have been in the home for 2 months now and love it. Everything we wanted it to be. The couple of small follow up issues we have had have been promptly resolved by Kelly in customer care. Couldn't be happier with house and Beazer.

In my opinion there are too many doors. I think bifold would be more practical and take up les space in rooms. I think openings should be wider to accommodate wheelchairs or walkers. I think the use of door handles instead of knobs is preferable. If these options were available, I do not recall them being offered.

Beazer was easy to work with. They provided weekly updates during the build. They have a great reputation and lived up to it on our house. Ww live our beautiful new home. If we need to contact them for warranty items, they are quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Katheryn did an amazing job teaching us about our home and you could see the pride she took in building my dream home. It didn't end after closing. House was supposedly finished a month after the initial closing date. While we were doing the final walk through, the house was still being worked on but we had to close that day. We were told not to worry because there was a warranty. Then after closing we were told that the defects, such as scratched cabinets, paint drippings or any other defect isnt covered unless they were on the pre closing list. Carpet strips weren’t installed correctly, which resulted in cutting our feet and we were told to repair it.

I had the best experience working with Brad, Kathryn and Crystle from the beginning to end. Always friendly and upbeat. This was my first experience building a home through a track builder. However, I do consider Beazer a semi-custom builder as they do offer upgraded options. I've built two other homes thru private builders, so I have knowledge of what to expect. I did my homework researching different builders, their workmanship along with the many people I'd be working with during the process. Kathryn was my building manager agent and she took all the stresses of building off my shoulders so I could focus on the other moving parts to make for a smooth closing. And smooth it was! Communication during the process is needed for this to happen. I never once felt it slipped. Actually Kathryn at times was fussier than me because nothing is perfect . They all made me feel comfortable to feel free to ask questions. There was no lag in responding back on any questions. I couldn't be happier with my outcome.
