We are very happy with our new Beazer home as well as the experience from contract to closing. We were helped throughout the contract and selection process, given weekly updates on the progress of our home and had all of our questions answered thoroughly. Our New Home Counselors, Bob and Penny, and our builder, Matt, were all exceptional.

Many things made this a very good experience, we had things go wrong but Jessica was always helpful with suggestions and pointed us in the right direction. Matt made our new home,and very happy he was our builder.

Monika is the first person you come in contact with for your Beazer experience. She is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and eager to help you along in the process. We purchased our home long distance, Monika and Augie (construction mgr.) would give us updates and pictures of the house in different stages being built. If we had any questions, they were answered as quickly as possible. We are very happy with our home, even though there are a few issues, their warranty people are on top of things rather quickly, and even Augie has gone out of his way to help even though these issues do not fall under his responsibilities. Since we were building this home remotely, the Beazer representatives were very accommodating and responsive to our questions and needs.
