From the beginning when I first arrived from out of state to do a walk through of the model to my final closing. The experience was very smooth. All individuals involved in my purchase and closing were very helpful and understood my interests. They were all concerned about my new purchase and their communications were above and beyond. I have never had a home built for me, but this one was an absolute breeze (aka Beaze!!). Kudos to everyone and to Beazer Homes.

I would not purchase from beazer especially in harborview I felt pressured into the purchase, they rushed the build to make quotas the automatic garage door opener is hanging off the wall I'm doing more work in a new house than I would of in a previous built home hanging ceiling fans,changing lights blinds, painting. Not a happy customer

does not honor warranty work seems bunch of us have tickets submitted no work being done at all .Dont know how they passed code enforcment on building as they break most of the rules .Rush job to build house concrete suppose to set for 30 days to get to 75% cure there building on them in 4 days concrete cracks all around neighbor hood . Get the run around by warrenty people .

Our home buying experience with Beazer was excellent from start to finish. The weekly updates from Brad (sales) and Katheryn (construction mgr) were much appreciated, especially as an out of state buyer. We have been in the home for 2 months now and love it. Everything we wanted it to be. The couple of small follow up issues we have had have been promptly resolved by Kelly in customer care. Couldn't be happier with house and Beazer.

In my opinion there are too many doors. I think bifold would be more practical and take up les space in rooms. I think openings should be wider to accommodate wheelchairs or walkers. I think the use of door handles instead of knobs is preferable. If these options were available, I do not recall them being offered.

Beazer was easy to work with. They provided weekly updates during the build. They have a great reputation and lived up to it on our house. Ww live our beautiful new home. If we need to contact them for warranty items, they are quick to respond. Highly recommend.

The entire process was flawless. The Beazer team was absolutely fantastic to work with. From sale to move in went excellent. Great people. High quality home!!

Our experience from start to finish was amazing. We did not live in the area, Brad and Katheryn made our experience amazing. We felt as if we were there!! The weekly updates and pictures were great. Katheryn did an amazing job teaching us about our home and you could see the pride she took in building my dream home. It didn't end after closing. Brad and Katheryn made us feel special and both took pride in letting us know that we could come to them for questions. The quality of the house they built shows in every little detail. Highly recommend Beazer Homes.

House was supposedly finished a month after the initial closing date. While we were doing the final walk through, the house was still being worked on but we had to close that day. We were told not to worry because there was a warranty. Then after closing we were told that the defects, such as scratched cabinets, paint drippings or any other defect isnt covered unless they were on the pre closing list. Carpet strips weren’t installed correctly, which resulted in cutting our feet and we were told to repair it.

I had the best experience working with Brad, Kathryn and Crystle from the beginning to end. Always friendly and upbeat. This was my first experience building a home through a track builder. However, I do consider Beazer a semi-custom builder as they do offer upgraded options. I've built two other homes thru private builders, so I have knowledge of what to expect. I did my homework researching different builders, their workmanship along with the many people I'd be working with during the process. Kathryn was my building manager agent and she took all the stresses of building off my shoulders so I could focus on the other moving parts to make for a smooth closing. And smooth it was! Communication during the process is needed for this to happen. I never once felt it slipped. Actually Kathryn at times was fussier than me because nothing is perfect . They all made me feel comfortable to feel free to ask questions. There was no lag in responding back on any questions. I couldn't be happier with my outcome. I purchased my home from out of town and was treated exceptionally well by a team of true professionals. My new home is fantastic!

Our overall experience was excellent. Communication and attention to details were highlights.

Building a home from a different state was difficult because you could not be here daily to see the craftsmanship. If I were here I would have checked the building processes daily and haven been able to have input of my dislikes or concerns. Possibly because of my daily visits, contractors would not have been so sloppy. Going backwards and fixing rushed and sloppy work should have been avoided. Many simply things now take several weeks to be resolved if at all.

Brad our sales guy was great we visited the neighborhood few times, before buying our for ever home. He answered every question we had , several questions he got answers quickly. Then we were introduced to Katherine our supervisor of construction she was great also, she made sure house was built well and on time. Katherine and Brad made our experience awesome. Along with Brandon and crystal who also help out. They were great also.

ALL INVOLVED (ESPECIALLY BOB) WERE ALL TOTALLY INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS, & KEPT ME INFORMED "WEEKLY" (WITHOUT FAIL), AS I WAS LIVING ELSEWHERE! KANDRA (REALTOR) WAS ESPECIALLY "HELPFUL" IN SENDING ME "PROGRESS" PHOTOS & VIDEOS!!! I'VE "BUILT" 12 HOMES IN FL & SC W/SEVERAL BUILDERS, & I'VE NEVER BEEN MORE PLEASED THAN WITH BEAZER HOMES & THEIR PERSONNEL---SUPERB!!!

Thanks to John M we felt confident from the start that our new Beazer home would be everything we were looking for., energy efficient, aesthetically pleasing and quality built! Cary W our builder kept us informed with calls and photos throughout the whole process. We especially appreciate his attention to detail and high standards. Overall it was a great experience and we couldn’t be more pleased.

This home purchase was the best I have ever had. Jessica in the sales office was very helpful in every aspect. Cary from the building department was excellent to work with. They both kept us up to date on each phase of the build. Highly recommend Beazer Homes.

Beazer keeps you well informed during the build. They also take care of any problems that have occurred in as timely matter. Overall a great experience

Wonderful floorplan and overall, a good experience. However, there was a lack of attention to detail throughout the building process. We selected the option for a solid wall enclosure for the master shower. It was prepped for a glass one. We noted this on photos that were sent to us. We told construction folks and they corrected it. We also selected the hand-held shower wand. That was overlooked as well and had to be corrected. The living room floor electric outlet was not placed where we had specified and had to be corrected. Exterior gas bib was not where we specified and had to be corrected. Blinds in guest bath has no mechanism to open and close blinds. We have waited almost 2 months for this to be corrected and are still waiting. I would tell potential home buyers to pay close attention to their new home during the building process so as to catch details that have been overlooked or missed. The process of buying a home with Beazer was fantastic. From the minute we sat down with our sales person Brad, till the second we met our builder Brandon, we knew we made the right choice. Brad made the whole process of buying a home so simple and easy. He was there every step of the way from our first conversation all the way up to and after closing. Our builder Brandon couldn’t have built us a better home. He was there every step of the way also. He gave us weekly reports on the progress and patiently and respectfully answered every single question we had about the build whether during the week or even on weekends. He has gone that extra mile to make sure we are happy with our new Beazer home. You will be 100% satisfied with a Beazer home. Beazer has had excellent follow through, great communication, and a great understanding of what it takes to build a quality home. Absolutely beyond our expectations and fantastic workmanship !!!

I like our new home with the exception of a couple issues. Main issue I have is with the Heat system or it could be Duck work, either way unit with master bedroom in back does not get the air flow need to properly heat the bedroom in winter without turning up the thermostat. Gas bill higher than you would think for such an efficient unit as stated to us. Did not like the Gas Stove, was not given an option of Electric.
