It was gratifying to receive solutions to all of my concerns, and I was delighted to see great results. Beazer Homes is an establishment, which stand firm behind delivering quality structured homes, while keeping you, as the customer, in the loop 24/7 on all of the steps and processes taken to building you a quality home, which is truly energy efficient with a strong structure.

We love our Beazer home in Surfside plantation! The easy process of picking our finishes with John and the weekly updates from Brandon right thru the walk thru was a very pleasant experience. Brandon and Rudy met with us after the closing and went over all the warranty procedures and made us feel confident in our decision to by from Beazer homes.

We really enjoyed the process. I appreciate the phone call from Jamie every week keeping us updated. Monica was very nice and caring too. Beazer made the home buying process easy and hassle free and we enjoy the home.

Overall experience was very good from the perspective of building a home 800 miles away! Great weekly communication from our builder. And pleased with end results. Now down here 6 weeks and still a lot of expected construction but very happy with the constant clean up on the streets and dumpsters so it is not so disruptive to day to day living while our new neighbors homes are being completed. Would have likes to have more detail on the contents of the landscape package we received and changes in floor plan of the Camden which left us missing things that were important to us. Our home buying experience has been exceptional. We purchased a spec home. From contract to close everything was smooth and timely. The Beazer Team has been professional and delivered on their promises. We love our new home.

From start to finish and from 900 miles away the process was seemless and made easy from everyone at Beazer that was involved. Sales team and project manager were on top of things and addressed all concerns in a timely manner and always kept us informed. We are very pleased with the finished product

Buying our home here in Surfside Plantation was great! Brandon, Jessica and Rudy were the best! Only complaint I have is the interior paint. Have been to Sherwin Williams 4 times trying to match interior paint with no luck. I would highly recommend using a better quality semi gloss for future homes. Flat paint is near impossible to clean scuff marks and is impossible to match. Such a disappointment.

Home is beautiful. Follow up service to fix some minor items was quick and excellent. Able to have personal contact always kept informed. Great team in Harborview.

We absolutely love Beazer, Jessica and Jeff. Our house is beautiful! We were able to customize parts that fit our needs best. Overall fantastic experience from start to finish. I will only be buying Beazer homes in the future.

Beazer homes set themselves apart from numerous builders I met with when I was deciding on building a house versus purchasing a resale.Beazer Homes offered a plethora of upgrade options to create your dream home based on your needs, style preferences and budget. This is where the other builders fell short for me. Other builders would not allow any style changes, I.e. cabinet color, carpet color or house color. I felt like with all the luxury upgrades available, in my opinion I was able to build a semi custom home for a reasonable price. In addition the level of service and communication provided by John in Sales and my Construction Manager Cary exceeded my expectations. We had a weekly touch base and I received feedback about the status of my project with next steps including pictures. No matter how many questions or concerns I had I never felt it was an issue. They encouraged me to call or text them any time I had questions. As with any project of this magnitude we had a few hiccups to resolve. Weekly meetings to insure your progress and take any questions you may have . Moved into our new home on August 4. My wife and I had a great experience with the team of guys we were dealing with leading up to our closing. Brad, Mike and now Phil were nothing but professional and extremely courteous with s regardless how many times we bothered them with phone calls and texts. Having a home built in Myrtle Beach while living in New York could have led to major headaches and anxiety but Brad and Mike were able to alleviate those concerns.

Beazer needs to better select sub-contractors. Too much sloppy work that needed to be corrected. Should have been addressed AND NOT TOLERATED by management in real time

Our original home counselor was let go shortly after our buy which led to a few issues with our deal. For the most part they were worked out to the best of our local Beezer contacts' ability. When doing a corporate build, my best advice is to go slow as there is not much flexibility to make changes. Shoutout to Phil!! Thanks Much!!

It appears that all work is being done on homes nearing settlement and not the ones -ours especially-that have settled We’re lucky if we get 1-2 repairs done a week All the repairs are holding up us getting settled into our home—all we get are promises promise s

Customer Service fell off drastically the last 6 too 8 weeks before closing. The change of assignment to Beazer staff did not provide the Customer Service we expected. It also affected the quality of work on the home.

Because of the death of our son we haven't been in our new home very long. We found a few things that I know that they wiil take care of.

Brandon the construction manager worked with us from start to finish. We have built several homes in the past and this was by far the best experience we had.

I used to be a custom home builder. I was extremely pleased with the quality of construction, finish and the latest technology that was incorporated in my new Garden home! The staff at Beazer were also very helpful prior to the sale, with the financing, keeping me informed with the building progress and covering the warranty prior to move in. I highly recommend Beazer Homes and their staff at the Bella Vita complex!

My home was already completely built without my input. That being said, I’m very impressed with the quality of the materials used in my new home. Everyone, from the salesperson to the construction manager, has been very helpful and interested in my satisfaction. I love my new condominium and would recommend Beazer homes to people looking for a new place.

I have found the experience frustrating. I was rushed to close and had issuers that needed to be fixed and addressed that I am still dealing with. I have to call repeatedly to get a response. When we met I got reassured things would be addressed and fixed but it’s been 11 days and I have heard nothing. I do not feel comfortable so far. Maybe it will improve but I would not close until things are done right.
