Wow, Where do I begin. My wife and I were told by Beazer after purchasing the house to mark areas with painters tape so those areas can be repaired. My wife and I spent 3 hours- TWICE applying tape. After they attempted to make repairs-over half of the issues were not addressed as the tape was still all over the house. We had work order set up through Beazer for a carpenter and an electrician. They both came by and both indicated that the order they received had one or two items on it- not the 5-6 we told Beazer about. The electrician was able to spend the extra time to fix our ...

Never recieved hoa rules at closing. John M

What continues to be a problem is that we have not received a copy of the hoa guidelines. Beazer was suppose to deliver a paper copy at the closing. We are seniors and I cannot download the info. As far as issues go, we are waiting on a few that have now gone into the 3rd or 4th week.

The purchasing experience was wonderful. I feel the home quality could improve. They have not responded to many items on the 30 day punch list and now I have new items. Walls and windows are not plum. Paint job is lacking.

Brandon, the builder, did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and kept us up-to-date on what was happening each week, along with John, the sales rep. Brandon was always available to answer all of our questions. He still stops by and checks in on us.

We purchased a spec house that was approx. 70% completed and signed contract in early August. At that time the estimated completion date was on or about November 1. Based on this date we contracted the sale of our current residence with a closing date of December 1st which based on buyer mortgage commiments we excuted on such date. When deciding to purchase a new build we went with Beazer because the Sales Representative Monika was quick to get back to us and answer any questions we might have. The process was slow and there were delays some due to material shortages others due to personnel and priority to spec homes. We finally were able to close on our home but it was far from quality work. The paint job was terrible with multi shades, random brush strokes, missed spots, and drips.
