Despite the fact that it was a challenging year with supply chain issues, John and Mike always communicated with timely updates and quickly responded to any requests we had. Very professional team and very customer focused. Best quality home.

Beazer Provided Weekly Updates Throughout the Build

Beazer provided weekly updates throughout the build that included reviewing the work done the prior week and expected work and or deliveries for the coming week. Weekly pictures were also provided to show the progress which was helpful because I was out of state during the build. We are pleased with the quality of the home, the Beazer staff (especially Brad, Matt, and Phil), and the Harborview Community.

Disappointed with interior work

We’ve been in the house for 3 months. We’re disappointed with the interior finishing construction on the inside. We’ve had quite a few major problems. The master bathroom has cracked sink and shower needs major work. Our roof leaked during a storm, cold are coming through the vents in master bedroom and microwave. Finished trim work is poor. Had to replace the stove-fire hazard. That’s just a few. It’s under warranty but no one has come over to fix those listed above for a month. Contractor told us to wait about 6 months to see if the roof leaks again. Extremely disappointed!

Jessica was a very positively involved part of the process. She sent photos with her status weekly status update. The builder, Mike, did an excellent job of being involved in the weekly meetings. Our only concern comes to the contractors. We have a mostly small list of issues that are in the subcontractors hands. They don’t seem to be responding in a timely manner.

There were very many issues we had at closing of our home/ I fully understand all the delays in supply issues and getting permits from county. In the beginning, we were getting weekly updates, keeping us posted on progress of the house. There we many issues we had found upon checking out our house as it was in the building process. We purchased a Camden model with Option B kitchen. It seemed that contractors did not know how to read blueprints. When we signed the contract to purchase, we picked out all our design. options. Took WAAAAY too long

It was just shy of a year to get a modest home without upgrades. People have babies in less time. In addition there were other homes labeled as 'quick move-ins' that were started significantly after our home was started, but completed much quicker than ours. Needless to say, not happy! The build quality seems good so far, but time will tell. We did get a THIRD builder during the process and he has been very good and quite possibly the reason we are in our new home now.

From day one talking to Brad who is a no pressure and very knowledgeable laid everything out to the tee. He had answers for every question even on one of his days off which was all me forgetting which days he was off. Also Phil has been a gem calling to see if things got fixed and even stopping by just in passing while I was outside just to double check things. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or family without hesitation. A 10+ experience.

This is our second Beezer Home . The first one we owned for 12 plus years . We shopped for close to 4 years for a larger home and decided to stick with a builder we know , and can trust . We continue to hear horror stories from our friends who went with other builders . Our home closed almost 2 months ago and we have had very little issues with the house ,and anything that does go wrong , they have a wonderful warranty system set up . We are very happy with our new Beazer home as well as the experience from contract to closing. We were helped throughout the contract and selection process, given weekly updates on the progress of our home and had all of our questions answered thoroughly. The buying process was good but the finishing and walk through was sub par. I believe they rushed to finish and it showed . The painting inside was horrible and even paint spots on the floor. Our builder did not follow up on our walk through concerns. For the price of these houses I expected a much better finished product.

I am upset with the poor workmanship on many aspect of our finished product. From scratches and poorly working windows to uneven walls and crooked counter areas that make drawer lopsided and warranty responsiveness lacking for real issues.
